Excellent stay for four weeks. The studio is very nice and quiet with breathtaking views over the sea We enjoyed being able to access the hotel and its facilities KARIBEA 200m from the studio.

Apartment very clean and well decorated. Nothing to complain! Only downside for me, the two flights of stairs! I do not like stairs! Otherwise everything was perfect.

Pleasant atmosphere, lease but well appointed, nice view on cocoterais, beautiful sunsets, a pity that the path to it is in poor condition. We would go there again.
Accueil agréable, location simple mais bien aménagée, vue sympathique sur la cocoterais, jolis couchers de soleil ; dommage que le chemin qui y mène soit en mauvais état.

Quiet and relaxing. Very good place to spend a nice stay in Guadeloupe. The cottage is convenient and has a lovely terrace with a beautiful view of the mountains and the Caribbean Sea. Very warm welcome from the owners Michelle and Eric. We have already spent 2 stays of 2 weeks (2008 and 2009) and plan to return in 2010 with great pleasure.
Endroit calme et reposant. Très bonne adresse pour passer un très beau séjour en Guadeloupe. Le gîte est pratique et dispose d’une terrasse très agréable avec une jolie vue sur la montagne et la mer des Caraïbes. Accueil très chaleureux de la part des propriétaires Michelle et Eric.

Maison tout à fait conforme au descriptif et même plus belle que l'impression qu'elle donnait sur la photo présentéé surle site. Très bon accueil le jour de notre arrivée; arrangement possible sur date arrivée et heure départ à la fin de la location très apprécié. J'ai trouvé honéreux les frais de nettoyage/ménage qui devraient être pris en compte d'office dans le prix de la location ou bien on ne demande pas au locataire de bien vouloir laver draps/serviettes. Peu d'explications sur l'environnement de la résidence un peu éloignée surtout le soir et qq travaux de voierie seraient à faire justement au niveau de la résidence. Séjour très agréable;mobilier neuf confortable;jardinier passé normalement et pisciniste venu un lundi iso vendredi suite notre relance après orage.
