very beautiful house, very clean, very well located, well ventilated, beautiful view of the island of Dominica, very good comfort, no water cut, beautiful garden, close to super market and caterer for doing our shopping, everything what you need to welcome a baby, very nice welcome with everything you need for dinner in the evening and breakfast (very appreciable given the late time at which we arrived) finally, very welcoming and available owners. In short, this stay was nothing but happiness in this house, I will return there during my next trip to Guadeloupe and I will give the address to all my friends and acquaintances.
très belle maison, très propre, très bien placée, bien ventilée, belle vue sur l'ile de la Dominique, très bon confort, pas de coupure d'eau, beau jardin, proche de super marché et traiteur pour faire nos courses, tout ce qu'il faut pour accueillir un bébé, très bel accueil avec tout ce qu'il faut pour dîner le soir et prendre le petit déjeuner (super appréciable vu l'heure tardive à laquelle nous sommes arrivés)
pour finir, propriétaires très accueillants et disponibles. Bref, ce séjour ne fut que du bonheur dans cette maison, j'y retournerai lors de mon prochain voyage en Guadeloupe et je donnerai l'adresse à tous mes amis et connaissances.
Apartment conforms to the description, clean, functional and ideally located. However, no special attention when we arrived, no first breakfast, not even a bottle of water, despite the high temperatures. We had to go shopping in a hurry. Too bad ?

We stayed at Villa Kazami in April 2023 for a short week. From the first contact with Dominique, everything was perfect. Dominique is a very friendly person who does everything to ensure that your preparation for your stay and your stay goes perfectly. We were able to have access, before our arrival, to a guide of the Villa which included all the necessary information (for the Villa but also tourist information).
Arriving at Villa Kazami, we discovered a real paradise. The place is very quiet and the view from the house is perfect with the sun setting over the Caribbean Sea. The Villa is surrounded by greenery which allowed us to be quiet and to see many different birds and insects (all harmless).
The Carbet and the Terrace invite contemplation and they are timeless places. The Villa is fully equipped in all rooms. Nothing is missing, really nothing (thanks for discovering the Skyjo board game ?). Inside, the temperature is pleasant thanks to the fans and the trade winds. The bedrooms are very spacious, the bathrooms offerall amenities and the living room-kitchen is very pleasant even if we spent most of our time on the terrace and in the Carbet. The decoration is neat with very pretty paintings and the house is very clean.
The swimming pool is "the icing on the cake" of this paradise. We were able to take advantage of the Villa's superb swimming pool when we returned from an excursion in order to take advantage of its freshness (relative to the outside temperature ?) and its exceptional view of the Caribbean Sea.
In addition to all this, Cédric who takes care of the concierge is a very professional person who takes care of the house and its guests perfectly.
To sum up, we had an excellent stay thanks to Dominique. Villa Kazami is an exceptional place where time stands still located in Basse Terre which deserves to be better known because it is much more natural. We would like more than anything to return to Villa Kazami during a future stay in Guadeloupe.
Nous avons séjourné à la Villa Kazami en Avril 2023 pour une petite semaine. Dès le premier contact avec Dominique, tout à été parfait. Dominique est une personne très sympathique et qui fait tout pour que votre préparation de séjour et séjour se passe d’une façon parfaite. Nous avons pu avoir accès, avant notre arrivée, à un guide de la Villa qui comprenait la totalité des informations nécessaires (pour la Villa mais également des informations touristiques).
En arrivant à la Villa Kazami, nous avons découvert un vrai paradis. Le lieu est très calme et la vue depuis la maison est parfaite avec le soleil qui se couche sur la mer des Caraïbes. La Villa est en pleine verdure ce qui nous a permis d’être au calme et d’apercevoir beaucoup d’oiseaux et insectes différents (tous inoffensifs).
Le Carbet et la Terrasse invite à la contemplation et ce sont des lieux hors du temps. La Villa est parfaitement équipée dans toutes les pièces. Il ne manque rien, vraiment rien (merci pour la découverte du jeu de société le Skyjo 😊). A l’intérieur, la température est agréable grâce aux ventilateurs et aux alizés. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, les salles de bains offrent toutes les commodités et le salon-cuisine est très agréable à vivre même si nous avons passés la plupart de notre temps sur la terrasse et dans le Carbet. La décoration est soignée avec de très jolis tableaux et la maison est très propre.
La piscine est « la cerise sur le gâteau » de ce paradis. Nous avons pu profiter de la superbe piscine de la Villa lors de nos retours d’excursion afin de profiter de sa fraicheur (relative par rapport à la température extérieure 😉) et de sa vue exceptionnelle sur la mer des Caraïbes.
En plus de tout ceci, Cédric qui s’occupe de la conciergerie est une personne très professionnelle qui s’occupe parfaitement de la maison et des hôtes de celle-ci.
Pour résumé, nous avons passés un excellent séjour grâce à Dominique. La Villa Kazami est un lieu d’exception ou le temps s’arrête située en Basse Terre qui mérite d’être plus connue car beaucoup plus nature. Nous souhaiterions plus que tout revenir à la Villa Kazami lors d’un prochain séjour en Guadeloupe.
Housing consistent with the photos. We had a lovely family holiday with two young children. We recommend this carefree accommodation, clean accommodation and very friendly hosts.

Very pleasant location, 5 minutes from the beach of the clear grapes. The house, in very good condition, has a beautiful terrace with a magnificent sea view. All the comforts are available (swimming pool, barbecue, air conditioning) which helps to make the stay very pleasant for two couples. A big thank you to Carmen, the concierge of the villa who planned a meal for us on the evening of our arrival (due to the curfew) and who was very responsive, as was the owner. We highly recommend this rental.
Emplacement très agréable, à 5 mn de la plage des raisins clairs. La maison, en très bon état, possède une belle terrasse avec une magnifique vue mer. Tout le confort est disponible (piscine, barbecue, climatisation) qui concoure à rendre le séjour très agréable pour deux couples. Un grand merci à Carmen, la concierge de la villa qui nous a prévu un repas le soir de notre arrivée (a cause du couvre feu) et qui a été très réactive, de même que le propriétaire.

Great apartment to make the most of a sea view during meals. There is everything you need for a good holiday, washing machine, fitted kitchen etc. The owners are very cordial to give us information and for the arrival, there is Natacha for the inventory, really very nice and helpful, so I recommend with pleasure this rental.
Super appartement pour profiter au maximum d'une vue sur la mer pendant les repas. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances, lave linge, cuisine équipée etc. Les propriétaires sont très cordiales pour nous donner des informations et pour l'arrivé, il y a Natacha pour l'état des lieux, vraiment très gentilles et serviable, je recommande donc avec plaisir cette location.

Our 12-day stay in Guadeloupe went wonderfully well, thanks in large part to the Ti Joss studio. Pleasant rental. Good location. Mrs R. listens to holidaymakers and wants everything to be at its best. A few things to clarify all the same about air conditioning, access to the beach and the pool. But otherwise the rental is in keeping with the photos and the welcome gifts made us very happy because it is very nice to arrive with a nice basket of prepared fruits and other small gifts.

Kitchen complete with oven, cooking plate, fridge with freezer, everything working perfectly, including the washing machine, the appliances are placed on the veranda, so as not to cook at home. Abbiamo trovato la casa con un nuovo condizionatore, silenzioso e molto efficiente.
Cucina completa di forno, piastra per cucinare, frigorifero con congelatore, tutto perfettamente funzionante, compresa la lavatrice, gli elettrodomestici sono posizionati nella veranda, cosi da non cucinare in casa.
Belle piscine di cui una con idromassaggio, anche se ci siamo stati solo una volta, il mare è decisamente più attraente, ma le piscine per chi vuole utilizzarle ci sono
Richard come sempre si è dimostrato molto disponibile, ci ha anche accompagnati all'aeroporto per la nostra partenza, oltre a farci trovare al nostro arrivo un delizioso vassoio di frutta freschissima.
Siamo tornati per l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, per la sua posizione, perfetta per tutte le escursioni che si vogliono fare, con agenzie proprio nelle immediate vicinanze della casa, partenze per Petit Terre consigliamo AWAK, il più economico divertimento assicurato , escursioni a Ilet Caret, Les Santes, queste ultime con motoscafi veloci, splendide escursioni con grigliate sulle isole o a bordo dello stesso motoscafo, ottimo diving, consiglio Plongee Caribeenne, tutto questo e molto altro ancora, nelle immediate vicinanze, una piacevole passeggiate per la Marina e troverete tutto, anche il super mercato.
A pochi minuti di auto la splendida spiaggia di Point de Chateaux, le Caravelle, Gossier, Saint Ann ecc.....,
Non ultimo il mercato del Pesce, dove si può acquistare il miglior pesce fresco a prezzi davvero ottimi.
La sera oltre alla vasta scelta di ristoranti e bar, non mancano soluzioni più "economiche" grazie ad i numerosi furgoni nella zona del mercato del pesce, sandwich, bokito e birra a prezzi più che convenienti.
Da non perdere il martedì sera il mercato alla rotonda.
Consigliamo tuttavia di noleggiare un auto per muoversi meglio, noi quest'anno abbiamo voluto provare ad usare l'autobus, essendo la stazione e la fermata molto vicina alla casa, ma sono poco affidabili, attese lunghe e spesso corse non effettuate in orario. sabato corse ridotte e la domenica nessuna corsa.
Cosa altro dire? per noi ormai Richard è un punto di riferimento, quando torneremo sarà un piacere tornare da LUI.

Excellent stay of 3 weeks in this rental very well located on the seafront and near the center of Ste Anne. The very friendly owner gave us some tips for tours and restaurants that proved helpful when you do not know the area. Much to see and do in Guadeloupe we hope to return.

Le propriétaire fort sympathique nous a donné quelques conseils pour les visites et les restaurants qui se sont avérés utiles quand on ne connaît pas la région.
