The accommodation is spacious, tidy and equipped with everything you need, both the external and internal showers are very comfortable (I hate small showers) and the airy veranda offers space for meals/games of cards or relaxation. It is in good condition. position to reach the beach and the various services such as supermarkets/fishmongers/restaurants on foot. The area also offers many beaches just a few minutes away by car even if the very long and beautiful beach of Costa Rei does not encourage the search for other beaches. Samuele is a person helpful and courteous. We spent a pleasant 2 weeks, myself, my wife and my son.
L'alloggio è spazioso in ordine e dotato di tutto il necessario, molto comode sia la doccia esterna che la doccia interna(odio le docce piccole)inoltre la ariosa veranda offre spazio per i pasti/partite a carte o relax.Si trova in buona posizione per raggiungere la spiaggia e i vari servizi come supermercati/pescheria/ristoranti a piedi.La zona offre anche molte spiagge a pochi minuti di auto anche se la lunghissima e bella spiaggia di Costa rei non invoglia la ricerca di altri lidi.Samuele è una persona disponibile e cortese.Abbiamo trascorso 2 settimane piacevoli io mia moglie e mio figlio.
The apartment is really nice, spacious and well kept. Carmen and her husband were very helpful and hospitable. In addition to what is described in the announcement, we also found umbrellas and chairs for the beach, water in the fridge and coffee capsules! We had a really good time.

Beautiful house 5 minutes walk from the sea. Small but with everything you need, found clean and tidy. The outdoor space is also wonderful, in particular the veranda which can be used for lunches and dinners with a sea view. Owners extremely available and very kind! Bellissima casa a 5 minuti a piedi dal mare. Piccolina ma con tutto il necessario, trovata pulita e ordinata. Stupendo anche lo spazio esterno, in particolare la veranda che si può sfruttare per pranzi e cene con vista mare. Proprietari disponibilissimi e molto gentili! Sicuramente un’appartamento da consigliare.
Also this year, like in previous years, we had a very good time in Simone and Maria's apartment, who are always very kind and helpful. We were met at the airport by Idelma and Adriano who accompanied us to the house despite the late hour. They are exceptional hosts, kind and uncommonly responsive. The house with a terrace and a beautiful garden is very pleasant, 10 minutes walk from a pretty beach. VILLASIMIUS is 15 minutes by car, otherwise the nearest village is Torre di stelle 5 minutes by car with shops, bars and an equipped beach. Nous avons été accueillis à l'aéroport oar Idelma et Adriano qui nous ont accompagné jusqu'à la maison malgré l'heure tardive. Ce sont des hôtes exceptionnels, gentils et d'une réactivité peu commune. La maison dotée d'une terrasse et d'un beau jardin est très agréable, à 10 minutes à pieds d'une jolie plage. VILLASIMIUS est à 15 minutes en voiture, sinon le village le plus proche est Torre di stelle à 5 minutes en voiture avec commerces, bars et plage aménagée. Nous avons passé une agréable semaine et merci encore à Idelma et Adriano.

The house is located in a strategic area to visit the southern coast of Sardinia. Idelma and Adriano are wonderful people who with their kindness made us feel at home.The house is clean and has all the comforts to make the holiday perfect , from linen to beach equipment and even coal for the barbeque, nothing was missing.Thank you again we will definitely see you again.
La casa si trova in una zona strategica x visitare la costa del sud della Sardegna .Idelma e Adriano sono delle persone meravigliose che con la loro gentilezza ci hanno fatto sentire in famiglia.La casa è pulita e ha tutti i comfort x rendere la vacanza perfetta ,dalla biancheria all'attrezzatura da spiaggia e perfino il carbone x il barbeque ,non mancava proprio nulla.Grazie ancora ci rivedremo sicuramente.

Abbiamo soggiornato 12 giorni in questa bellissima casetta a 250 metri dal mare con tutti i confort spaziosa e con un giardino su 3 lati una bella veranda dove pranzare o cenare posto auto privato. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and equipped. It is also very central, in the main street of Villasimius, a stone's throw from restaurants and shops. There is also a large free car park a stone's throw from the house, which is fundamental in my opinion, especially in high season. Simone, the owner, is a very helpful and kind person, he gave us many useful tips about the area, the best restaurants, the beaches. We enjoyed it very much and will certainly be back!
L'appartamento è molto spazioso, comodo e accessoriato. Inoltre è centralissimo, nella via principale di Villasimius, a due passi da ristoranti e negozi. C'è anche un grande parcheggio gratuito a due passi dall'abitazione, a mio avviso fondamentale soprattutto in alta stagione. Simone, il proprietario, è una persona molto disponibile e gentile, ci ha dato tanti consigli utili sulla zona, sui migliori ristoranti, sulle spiagge. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e di certo ci torneremo!

We had a great time, Mr. Martial is a very cordial and very helpful person. Complete flexibility on arrival and departure times. The apartment is one of the most complete and stocked we have ever found, very clean and nothing is really missing. We spent a week as a couple in this cute house in the center of Villasimius, and we found it very comfortable and conveniently located. 15 minutes from most of the most beautiful beaches in southern Sardinia, it also allows you to meet in the evening directly in the main street of the town, to be able to take a tour without having to use the car. Internally, the space is one of the strong points, which in my opinion is more than abundant for two people. All the rooms are equipped with the necessary equipment, especially the kitchen where every object you may need is easily available. We were also impressed by the careful cleaning with which we were made to find the house, and by the availability of the owners, who welcomed us without any problem even at 22.30 on Saturday evening. I would therefore recommend this house to anyone who wants to spend a few days in the comfort of the center, without worrying about the distance from the sea and without fearing the welcoming environment!
Abbiamo passato una settimana in coppia in questa carinissima casa in centro pieno di Villasimius, e l’abbiamo trovata molto confortevole e di comoda collocazione.
A 15 minuti dalla maggior parte delle più belle spiagge del sud Sardegna, permette anche di ritrovarsi la sera direttamente nella via principale del paese, per poter fare un giro senza dover ricorrere all’uso dell’auto.
Internamente lo spazio è uno dei punti forti, che a mio avviso, per due persone è più che abbondante.
Tutti gli ambienti sono muniti delle dotazioni necessarie, specialmente la cucina in cui ogni oggetto di cui si può avere bisogno è facilmente reperibile.
Siamo stati colpiti inoltre edalla pulizia accurata con cui ci è stata fatta trovare la casa, e dalla disponibilità dei proprietari, che anche alle 22.30 di sabato sera ci hanno accolto senza alcun problema.
Mi sento di consigliare pertanto questa casa a chiunque voglia passare qualche giorno nella comodità del centro, senza preoccuparsi della distanza dal mare e senza avere timori sull’accoglienza dell’ambiente!
Excellent value for money, very kind owner, welcoming and helpful, house stocked with everything and very well furnished. The garden is very enjoyable and the distance from the sea is not too much, you can go down on foot without effort, then the return with the climb is a bit more tiring. However, we suggest the car to visit all the beautiful beaches and enjoy the splendid sea of Costa Rei. Parking in front of the house, on the street, has never been a problem despite the week of August. The extreme heat this year was acceptable, even in the absence of air conditioning, because the house is cool and equipped with fans. Thank you ! Guests from Monza 2022
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo , proprietaria gentilissima, accogliente e disponibile, casa rifornita di tutto e molto ben arredata. Il giardino è godibilissimo e la distanza dal mare non troppa, si può scendere a piedi senza fatica, poi il rientro con la salita è un po’ più faticoso. Suggeriamo comunque l’auto per visitare tutte le bellissime spiagge e godere dello splendido mare di Costa Rei. Il parcheggio davanti casa, su strada, nonostante la settimana di ferragosto non è mai stato un problema. Il caldo pesantissimo di quest’anno è stato accettabile , anche in assenza di aria condizionata, perché la casa è fresca e dotata di ventilatori. Grazie ! Ospiti da Monza 2022
The house is delightful? exactly as described and photos. It is new and perfectly maintained ... with attention to every detail! The shower with hot water outside is very convenient. The owner is really kind and attentive. Great hostess! She let us find fresh water and tea upon our arrival which after a long journey really makes a difference! I absolutely recommend it!
La casa è deliziosa… esattamente come da descrizione e foto. È nuova e tenuta perfettamente… curata in ogni dettaglio! Molto comoda la doccia con acqua calda all’esterno. I stayed in this terraced house with my family, wife and two children. We had a great time, everything corresponds as described, the outdoor terrace, the outdoor hot shower, air conditioning and the parking space are very comfortable. Ho soggiornato in questa villetta a schiera con la mia famiglia, moglie e due bambini . Ci siamo trovati benissimo, corrisponde tutto come da descrizione, molto comoda la terrazza esterna ,la doccia calda esterna ,climatizzatore e il posto auto. È veramente a 300 metri dal mare dove si può scegliere se andare nella spiaggia libera o in un lido a pagamento . Grazie mille al sig. Samuele .
