I am a lucky person to have chosen this house to intuitively Avola because it was the successful start of this fifteen-day stay in Sicily. essential and very comfortable home. very fresh with a garden that makes the difference. the owner, a very helpful and attentive to the needs of the customer, always ready to listen to the needs and then makes you feel very followed. chance to taste the fruits of the trees of the garden that season produce. The house location is very strategic as it is placed in the center of all amenities of the village of Avola that as distance from all the most famous places to visit. I highly recommend. Mi sento una persona fortunata ad aver scelto per intuito questa casa ad Avola perchè è stata la partenza positiva di questo soggiorno di quindici giorni in sicilia. casa molto confortevole e essenziale. molto fresca con un giardino che fà la differenza. il proprietario, una persona molto disponibile ed attenta alle esigenze del cliente, sempre pronto ad ascoltare le necessità e quindi ti fà sentire molto seguita. possibilità di assaggiare i frutti che gli alberi del giardino in quella stagione producono. La posizione della casa è molto strategica sia come collocazione nel centro di tutti i servizi del paese di avola che come distanza da tutte le più rinomate località da visitare. la consiglio vivamente. The rustic studio is spacious with a large kitchen. In the bathroom lacks some comfort, but it compensates with a huge walk-in shower. But what is a real paradise is the garden, great attention to detail. Fruit trees provide shade and coolness (and wonderful lemons) and the lawn where we ate breakfast and lunch, it's gorgeous! What can I say more? Despite being in the peace and quiet of an ancient beam, we are the center of Avola, so you find yourself standing out in clubs, bars, supermarkets, and charming squares and monuments. Finally, a special mention goes to the owner, prof. Ballatore, friendly person and extremely available. Ps I would recommend trying the cheeses and wines delll'enoteca pizzicheria via Syracuse and cakes and ices Bar Girlando.
Il rustico monolocale è spazioso,con una grande cucina. In bagno manca qualche comodità,ma compensa con una cabina doccia enorme. Ma ciò che è un autentico angolo di paradiso è il giardino, curato nei minimi dettagli. Alberi da frutta assicurano l'ombra e la frescura, (e meravigliosi limoni) e il prato all'inglese dove facevamo colazione e pranzi, è stupendo! Che dire di più? Pur essendo nella pace e relax di un antico baglio, siamo al centro di Avola, per cui uscendo a piedi ti ritrovi locali, bar, supermercati, e incantevoli piazze e monumenti. Infine una menzione speciale va al proprietario, prof. Ballatore, persona cordiale e disponibilissima.
P.s. Consiglio di provare i formaggi e i vini delll'enoteca pizzicheria di via Siracusa e i dolci e granite del Bar Girlando.

The house is as shown in the ad, a beautiful garden and studio complete with everything. The owner is very friendly, helpful and available if you need anything, a very hospitable person. Moreover, in the garden there are fruit trees and the taste of figs, plums and lemons harvested with their own hands is really delicious. The sea is 700 meters but it is worth wandering around the beautiful beaches of the area.

Il proprietario è molto gentile, disponibile e presente se serve qualcosa, decisamente una persona ospitale.
In più nel giardino ci sono piante da frutto e il sapore di fichi, susine e limoni raccolti con le proprie mani è davvero delizioso.
Il mare è a 700 metri ma vale la pena girare per le spiagge meravigliose della zona.

Mr. Paul is very polite and helpful person that welcomes its guests warmly and carefully, always present in case of need. Definitely worth a visit for those who visit the area!
Un angolo di Sicilia nel pieno centro di Avola tra colori e profumi di un tipico orto ricco di agrumi e piante. Questo è lo splendido scenario che accoglie chi ha la fortuna di alloggiare in questa tipica villetta siciliana. Spacious apartment with fantastic garden in the center of Avola a 15-minute walk from the sea. Mr. Paul was a delightful person! Despite the short stay we were very well although I would recommend renting a car to get around the villages around for more independence.

Despite the short staying we really enjoyed Avola and our permanency there however for more independency I would suggest to rent a car so to visit also the villages nearby.

The classification in studio for this green paradise in the center of Avola is very simplistic, the spacious interior makes it possible to live comfortably both the living area and the sleeping area without having to close or move the beds. The bathroom has a large shower (not visible from the photos posted). In addition, the rich garden and pergola of jasmine give broad evenings. There is a modern barbecue and games for children. Mr. Paul completes the so availability.
La classificazione a monolocale per questo angolo verde nel centro di Avola è decisamente riduttivo; l'ampio spazio interno permette infatti di vivere comodamente sia la zona giorno che la zona notte senza dovere chiudere o spostare i letti. Il bagno ha una comoda doccia (non visibile dalle foto pubblicate). Inoltre il ricco giardino ed il pergolato di gelsomino danno ampio respiro alle serate. Non manca un moderno barbecue e giochi per i bimbi. Il signor Paolo completa il tutto con tanta disponibilità.
Perfect house, good allocation is to avail the services citizens to move and explore the surrounding areas. The owner is a very helpful person. We really enjoyed it.
