We had the chance to be the owner's accueilis who is very friendly, which made us the tour of the apartment and recommended places to go to buy a pizza or go shopping.
The apartment is lovely, very well equipped, within 10 minutes walk from the beautiful bay of St Cyprien (there you will find beach restaurants, a yacht club and water sports club and especially the sea with all his fish to see snorkelling). It is also within 10 minutes walk of a small town center with supermarket, butcher, newsagent and restaurants.
The garden is very nice and gives the impression of being home.
We had a very good relaxing holiday and would highly recommend this property.
Nous avons eu la chance d'être accueilis par la propiétaire qui est très sympathique, qui nous a fait la visite de l'appartement et nous a recommandé les adresses où aller pour acheter une bonne pizza ou faire nos courses.
L'appartement est très agréable, très bien équipé, à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la très belle baie de St Cyprien (là, vous trouverez des restaurants de plages, un club de voile et un club de sports nautique et surtout la mer avec tous ses poissons à voir avec masque et tuba). Il est également à moins de 10 minutes à pieds d'un petits centre ville avec supérette, boucherie, presse et restaurants.
Le jardin est très agréable et donne l'impression d'être en maison.
Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances bien reposantes et nous recommandons vivement cette location.
The apartment is very nice, with all the comforts appreciable. The owner friendly, generous and very helpful. I would recommend the apartment Conca Blue to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation (the residence you can rest assured undisturbed) and looking for a location to shoot the south of Corsica (ideal position to reach Porto Vecchio and Bonifacio).

Raccomanderei il residence Conca Blue a chiunque sia in cerca di una vacanza rilassante (nel residence si può stare tranquilli indisturbati) e in cerca di una posizione strategica per girare il sud della Corsica (posizione ideale per raggiungere Portovecchio e Bonifacio).

Rent according to the announcement. The picture of the pool does not make its true greatness; great pool and very well maintained. The wooded park is beautiful and the view of the beautiful sea. The only downside there is no supermarket nearby; only a bakery and a supermarket that practice fairly high prices. It must be organized, but it is doable.
Location conforme à l'annonce. La photo de la piscine ne rend pas sa vraie grandeur; piscine très grande et très bien entretenue. Le parc arborisé est magnifique et la vue sur la mer splendide. Le seul inconvénient, il n'y a pas de supermarché à proximité; uniquement une boulangerie et une supérette qui pratique des prix assez élevés. Il faut s'organiser, mais cela reste faisable.

We spent 11 days pleasantly relaxing, the house is bright, fully equipped with everything you need, located in a quiet area but at the same time close to a beautiful beach (less than 100 meters). Upon our arrival we were greeted very warmly by Mrs. Eleanor, that the rest had been from the very first contact via email and telephone below, to agree on the dates and conditions of stay. Is certainly recommended to young families with children, for them, there is a nice playground within the structure. For us that the Corsica hang out for almost 30 years, certainly a point of reference for future stays.
Abbiamo passato 11 giorni piacevolmente rilassanti, la casa è luminosissima, attrezzata di tutto ciò che serve, collocata in una zona tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo vicinissima ad una bellissima spiaggia (meno di 100 metri). Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti molto cordialmente dalla Signora Eleonora, che del resto lo era già stata fino dal primo contatto via mail e telefonico in seguito, per accordarci sulle date e condizioni del soggiorno. Sicuramente da consigliare sia a giovani che a famiglie con bambini, per loro, c'è un grazioso spazio giochi all'interno della struttura. Per noi che la Corsica la frequentiamo da quasi 30 anni, certamente un punto di riferimento per futuri soggiorni.
