The House is located in the residence "Li Piri", the greenest place in San Teodoro. The environment is relaxing, comfortable and immediately give the idea of holiday!! The place is definitely pleasant and in the evening the temperature is cool due to the exposure.
The house consists of a double bedroom (air-conditioned) and a second bedroom with two single beds, great for 4 people.
The Kitchen/living room is large and consists of a comfortable kitchen with table, sofa and cupboards. The fridge is large, and the house has a dishwasher, oven, microwave and TV24"."
The bathroom is new and complete with shower box, water heater, mirror, etc.
On the front porch there is an outdoor table with chairs to relax in the garden. There is also a small outdoor closet for suitcases, brooms etc.
The back porch is convenient for drying clothes in private, plus there is a large outdoor shower completely tiled and with hot water.
On the same veranda is the box with the washing machine.
The parking lot is reserved with a gate and inside the condominium area there is an ecological area to throw the separated refuse without having to wait for the day of collection.
The house is equipped with hairdryer, iron, fire extinguisher and other useful accessories for a serene holiday.

From Olbia take the highway 131 towards Nuoro. After about 20km, go to San Teodoro. Arriving at the roundabout in San Teodoro take the second exit and continue to the first intersection. Turn left and drive to the via degli asphodeli. Via Li Piri is 50 meters from the intersection.
