A charming owner and a location very nice. This apartment is very well equipped and the little garden is a real bonus. It overlooks the forest and the beach is very close. very nice residence. We had a great week and we will definitely return.
Une propriétaire charmante et une location vraiment très agréable. Cet appartement est très bien équipé et le petit jardin est un véritable plus. Il donne sur la forêt et la plage est très proche. Résidence très agréable. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine et nous y retournerons certainement.
This is our 3rd stay in this apartment, this year we stayed for a month and had a great time. The studio is perfect for a couple it has everything you need to have a relaxing holiday. Close to the beach and in between Royan and St George-de-Didonne two beautiful places to visit with many more in the surrounding area. The residence were the apartment is situated is quiet, well kept with very friendly people in the other apartments. We love staying here and look forward to next year.?
The property matched the description. It is in a quite area close to the beach and not far from the town.
I loved the veranda to sit in having breakfast and lunch.
We had a problem with smell from the cellar which caused us some breathing problems as the damp smell was coming into our apartment and we were not permitted to leave front door open to let air in. The renter has been advised and is sorting the problem. Comfortable and suitable for a couple looking for a quiet holiday in a perfect location like Royan which has entertainment most nights in the summer season
Excellent accommodation, M.Erard has thought of everything. We had the best holiday that we have had in many years. We even enjoyed the short periods of poor weather, because the apartment is so nice.
M. Erard made his English guests very welcome and we do hope to return when we can.
Friendly helpful owner. Property was small but comfortable and well provisioned. Very good central location within walking distance of the beach. Only one area of improvement needed. The front outside area which is advertised as a patio needs some attention!! Apart from that good property at a reasonable price.
Location is in the flats favour, five minutes stroll to the beach. It is situated in a block of flats with working / retired tenants. Henri the caretaker speaks no English at all, although we managed to get round that with difficulty. The contract issued by Nicolas is lengthy and in French, so if you are unable to translate it, you may have problems understanding it.
Our own view is if you are appealling to the English market, then it would be most helpful to have an English version available. We were unable to access the internet, neither could Henri, the desk drawer was jammed in. The flat itself was excellent and suitable for rental, although you had to be careful not to damage anything, you can undertsand why the contract is lengthy. Parking is good, with access to a lockable garage, or if you wish an allocated parking space. Two inexpensive restaraunts within a stroll to the town centre are Spago`s and Margot, both o.k.
Very nice apartment, perfectly equipped, with careful decoration. The large terrace is very nice. Well located, a stone's throw from the beach and shops. Responsive and friendly owner.

Owner very welcoming and listening to us. Regarding the equipment of the house, there is everything (dishwasher, toaster etc ...). Two to three minutes walk from the center of St Palais. Nothing to complain about, very good stay in this residence.

2nd year that we rent this apartment and we are still delighted. The owners are always so welcoming and make sure that we are well settled. This year, improvements have been made such as changing windows, new furniture and the provision of bed linen and towels, which greatly facilitates the stay. The location of the apartment is ideal close to the market and a few minutes walk from the beaches. I highly recommend renting this apartment for its comfort, its location, but above all for the human qualities of its owners. See you next year.
2ème année que nous louons cet appartement et nous sommes toujours aussi ravies . Les propriétaires sont toujours aussi accueillants et font en sorte que nous soyons bien installés. Cette année des améliorations ont été apportées comme le changement des fenêtres, du nouveau mobilier et la mise à disposition du linge de lit et de toilettes ce qui facilite grandement le séjour. L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal à deux pas du marché et à quelques minutes à pied des plages. Je recommande vivement la location de cet appartement pour son confort, son emplacement, mais surtout pour les qualités humaines de ses propriétaires. À l'année prochaine.
The house was exactly as advertised. Laurent, the owner, is very welcoming and he will tell you where you can go depending on what you want to do, he is very available, always at your service and does everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Soulac is very pleasant but beware, everything closes at 11 p.m.
La maison était tout à fait conforme à l'annonce. Laurent, le propriétaire, est très accueillant et il vous dira où vous pouvez aller selon ce que vous souhaitez faire, il est très disponible, toujours à votre écoute et fait tout pour que votre séjour soit le plus agréable. Soulac est très agréable mais attention, tout ferme à 23 heures.
