The apartment I stayed in is in a very central position a stone's throw from the port and the clubs in vogue for young people; equipped with every comfort and seemed to be at home; flat. Recently refurbished with a bathroom featuring an excellent walk-in shower; a small but comfortable terrace which, although facing the main road, was not affected by the noise of the center. The owner person particularly helpful, respectable and kind with whom I have pleasantly related ... highly recommended.
L’appartamento in cui ho alloggiato e’una posizione centralissima a due passi dal porto e dai locali in voga per i giovani ; dotato di ogni confort e’sembrato di essere a casa propria ; appartamento. Ristrutturato di recente con un bagno dotato di cabina doccia eccellente ; un piccolo ma confortevole terrazzino che pur affacciando sulla strada principale non risentiva dei rumori del centro .
La proprietaria persona particolarmente disponibile , perbene e gentile con cui mi sono relazionata piacevolmente ...consigliato vivamente .
Cinzia was a perfect host, very attentive to our needs- the house is very nice and functional, well furnished and clean In the center and fresh, so much so that although there are air conditioners and being very hot days we hardly used them Definitely recommend it

Me and my boyfriend stayed a week in September, the house is very nice and cared for, right on the beach, excellent sea view from the terrace. Very nice also the beach (and the pool) under the house, for those who do not want to move, crystal clear water. The Gulf of Marinella is nice and quiet, there are restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy, we found ourselves very well, everything available for a great holiday. Thanking the very kind Mrs. Marisa, I hope to return. Highly recommended.
Io ed il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato una settimana a Settembre, la casa è molto bella e curata, direttamente in spiaggia, ottima la vista mare dal terrazzino. Molto bella anche la spiaggia (e la piscina) sotto casa, per chi non volesse spostarsi, acqua limpidissima. Il golfo di Marinella è curato e tranquillo, presenti ristoranti, supermercato e farmacia, ci siamo trovati molto bene, tutto a disposizione per un'ottima vacanza.
Ringraziando la gentilissima Sig.ra Marisa, spero di ritornarci.

Apartment small but properly equipped. We were 6 people, probably best to keep it that nice. Its location is very interesting (at the beginning of the Costa Smeralda) ideal as a starting point. The residence is nice, clean, close to many amenities.

Sa situation est très intéressante (au début de la costa smeralda) idéal comme point de départ. La résidence est agréable, propre, proche de nombreuses commodités.
We were quite pleased with the apartment. The room in question was not very spacious, but being just me and my husband we adapted. The location was great because, if you do not want to move to find new beaches, just a few steps and you're right on the beach (choice of beach or equipped). We were ok and I feel I can recommend this apartment to others. P: S: the question of whether I signed a lease, I said no because, having contacted the woman via e-mail, there was no direct contact.
Siamo rimasti piuttosto soddisfatti dell'appartamento. Il locale in questione non era molto spazioso,ma essendo solo io e mio marito ci siamo adeguati. La posizione ottima perchè, se non vuoi spostarti per cercare nuove spiagge, bastano pochi passi e sei subito in spiaggia (a scelta fra spiaggia libera o attrezzata). Noi siamo stati bene e mi sentirei di consigliare anche ad altri quest'appartamento.
P:S: alla domanda se ho firmato un contratto di affitto, ho risposto no perchè, avendo contattato la signora via mail, non c'è stato contatto diretto.

Le frigidaire et le congélateur sont un peu petits pour 9 personnes… La situation est idéale et la terrasse très agréable… Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette location et la propriétaire était à notre écoute pour toutes questions.

The house is near the third beach. The kitchen is very equipped with a new dishwasher and a large fridge. In the upper bedrooms, air conditioning and large wardrobes. The living room is comfortable and spacious. The upper bathroom needs a makeover. The owner is a very helpful and kind person. I recommend it.
La casa è vicino alla terza spiaggia. La cucina molto accessoriata con lavastoviglie nuova e un frigo capiente. Nelle camere superiori aria condizionata e armadi capienti. Il salotto bello comodo e spazioso.
Il bagno superiore avrebbe bisogno una ristrutturazione.
Il proprietario una persona molto disponibile a modo e gentile.

I was in this house with another family of our friends from 16 to 30 July. We were 4 and they were 5. The house is large and spacious and gave each family privacy. Well equipped kitchen (with dishwasher!), comfortable veranda for eating, large rooms (I would only change the mattresses). We had 2 bathrooms (therefore 1 per family), but with 5 kids at home.... the third outdoor shower was very useful! Thanks to the table football, the kids had a lot of fun and for those who love to read .... there is plenty of choice! From the terrace on the first floor in the morning you can see a splendid sunrise. We only turned on the air conditioning / fan at night. The owner was really courteous and always available and I apologize again for the inconvenience I had with the garden umbrella. The location is convenient to get to the beach (which is really beautiful). It takes a little longer to get to the center, but you can easily get there on foot. Anyway, nearby there is a deli/bakery, a pastry shop/bar and some restaurants. In the area there are beautiful beaches that can be reached by car in a few minutes and for those who lovewalking / running you can also walk to the splendid Cala Moresca. In Golfo Aranci we also rented a dinghy to visit nearby Tavolara (wow!!) It was a fantastic vacation and I recommend this location!!
Sono stata in questa casa con un'altra famiglia di ns amici dal 16 al 30 Luglio. Noi eravamo in 4 e loro in 5.
La casa è grande e spaziosa e ha dato ad ogni famiglia la giusta privacy.
Cucina ben attrezzata (con lavastoviglie!), veranda comoda per mangiare, camere ampie (cambierei solo i materassi).
Avevamo 2 bagni (quindi 1 per famiglia), ma con 5 ragazzi per casa.... la terza doccia esterna è stata utilissima!
Grazie al bigliardino i ragazzi si sono divertiti tantissimo e per chi ama leggere.... c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta!
Dal terrazzo al primo piano la mattina si vede una splendida alba.
L'aria condizionata/ventilatore li abbiamo accesi solo la notte.
Il proprietario è stato davvero cortese e sempre disponibile e chiedo ancora scusa per l'inconveniente avuto con l'ombrellone del giardino.
La posizione è comoda per arrivare alla spiaggia (che è davvero bella) . Per il centro ci vuole un po' di più, ma si può arrivare tranquillamente con una passeggiata a piedi. Cmq vicino c'è una gastronomia/panetteria, una pasticceria/bar e dei ristoranti.
In zona ci sono spiagge bellissime raggiungibili con la macchina in pochi minuti e per chi ama camminare/correre si può arrivare anche a piedi alla splendida Cala Moresca. A Golfo Aranci abbiamo affittato anche un gommone per visitare la vicina Tavolara (wow!!)
E' stata una vacanza fantastica e consiglio questa location!!
Splendid place for those seeking relaxation and serenity, wonderful panoramic view. The apartment is small but clean and comfortable. Well-kept and comfortable garden both for the covered parking space and for access to the beach. The owner Daria and the sweet Mr. Vittoria are very kind. What can I say ... We will be back with great pleasure.
Posto splendido per chi cerca relax e serenità ,vista panoramica meravigliosa. L'appartamento piccolo,ma pulito e confortevole. Giardino curatissimo e comodo sia per il posto auto coperto che per l'accesso in spiaggia. La proprietaria Daria e la dolcissima Sig. Vittoria sono gentilissime. Che dire... Ci Torneremo con molto piacere.
We had a great time, the apartment complies with the description of the ad. Fully air-conditioned, with washing machine and dishwasher. The location of the apartment close to the center, is very close to the sea (wonderful), with a minimarket, parapharmacy, bakery and greengrocer just outside the house. Highly recommended, even for families like ours, of four people. We hope to return. Enrica

Interamente climatizzato, con lavatrice e lavastoviglie.
La posizione dell’appartamento vicina al centro, è vicinissima al mare (stupendo), con appena fuori casa minimarket, parafarmacia, panificio e fruttivendolo.
Consigliatissimo, anche per famiglie come la nostra, di quattro persone.
Speriamo di tornare.

We stayed as a family with children, 15 days in July, and we had a great time right away. The house as described, 4 comfortable bedrooms, with everything you need for anything, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dishwasher, drinking water, coffee maker, fans, ceiling fans, iron, games, books, movies ... A 5 minute walk from a wonderful beach (third beach Golfo Aranci), it is just a few kilometers by car from many other spectacular beaches. Easy parking in the front door. Restaurants, pastry shops, playgrounds and shops very close on foot. Very kind and helpful owner. I highly recommend it for families looking for relaxation, a very quiet area, but with all the amenities within walking distance.
Abbiamo soggiornato in famiglia con bambini, 15 giorni in luglio, e ci siamo trovato benissimo da subito. La casa come da descrizione, 4 camere da letto confortevoli, con tutto l'occorrente per qualsiasi cosa, aspirapolvere, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, acqua potabile, macchinetta per il caffè, ventilatori, ventilatori nel soffitto, ferro da stiro, giochi, libri, film...
A 5 minuti a piedi da una spiaggia meravigliosa ( terza spiaggia golfo Aranci), è a pochissimi kilometri in macchina di altre tante spiagge spettacolari. Parcheggio facile nella porta di casa. Ristoranti, pasticcerie, parco giocchi e negozi vicinissimi a piedi. Propietario molto gentile e disponibile.
La consiglio vivamente per famiglie che cercano relax, zona molto tranquilla, ma con tutte le comodità a tre passi.
The apartment was clean, in good condition and very welcoming. The landlord's family living in the building was very friendly. A paddle board lying in the garden was spontaneously offered to our boys. The work on a burst pipe in the house was coordinated with our stay in the apartment as well as possible. We felt good.
Die Wohnung war sauber, in gutem Zustand und sehr einladend. Die im Gebäude wohnende Familie des Vermieters war sehr freundlich. Ein im Garten liegendes Paddelboard wurde spontan unseren Jungs angeboten.
Die Arbeiten an einem Rohrbruch im Haus wurden so gut es ging mit unserem Aufenthalt in der Wohnung koordiniert.
Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Excellent location, close to the port and to any service in the center, which can be reached on foot in 3 minutes; By car you can reach the neighboring beaches in half an hour. The house is equipped with everything you need. The owner was very kind and helpful, my family and I were pleasantly satisfied!
Ottima posizione, vicino al porto e a qualsiasi servizio del centro, che si raggiunge a piedi in 3 minuti;In macchina si raggiungono in mezz'oretta le spiaggie limitrofe. La casa è provvista di tutto il necessario. Il propietario molto gentile e disponibile, io e la mia famiglia siamo rimasti piacevolmente soddisfatti!
