The self-catering Gîte is an old farmhouse restored to keep its period charm, independent in a small hamlet a few kilometers from Perigueux in the direction of Sarlat.
It is composed of 3 bedrooms with two 140 cm beds and two 90 cm beds, one 160 x 200 bed, a main room with kitchen around a period fireplace, a bathroom with separate toilet, a large living room of 50 m2 with a table football game as well as a mezzanine and its extra bed.
The terrace with garden furniture overlooks a large wooded green space. A playground for children is set up under an old oak tree.
Equipment: gas hob, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, microwave plus all you need for the kitchen, fridge/freezer and TNT television.
