This apartment was very good, clean and provided with all we needed. The owner was there like we've agreed. Good explanation of the goings in the apartment and in La Baulle. Very central situated apartment. Very good place for a holiday with a great view to the beach.

Fabulous time here. Have visited the region before about 15 years ago and always had a hankering to go back. The owners, Benoit and Corinne, are so friendly and made us so welcome and went out of their way to get the keys to us when we missed the ferry and arrived at 0130 at their house even though they had work the next day.
Lots of beach stuff at the house which we had the freedom to use.
Cannot speak highly enough of this holiday house or the owners. Hope to meet them again: either in Vendee or in Scotland.
We really enjoyed staying in Bretignolle-Sur-Mer, the village is lovely and the beach is beautiful. The children especially enjoyed the rock pools!
The house was clean, large enough for our family of 4 and well equipped for our family meals and adventures out to the beach.
I would suggest that WIFI be the next investment as a lot of the messages I was sent by the owners whilst away I could not receive until I was at the local mall and signed on to their WIFI. This did cause some communication issues.
It would have also been nice to have the end of rental cleaning requirements be made clearer. I did not anticipate having to clean as much as I the concierge expected me to.

House in Les Sables d'Olonne ideally located for holidaymakers who do not wish to take the car during their stay. Everything is done on foot, is located less than 300 m from the house: the market, the beach, evening entertainment, restaurants. Quiet neighborhood and functional house with very responsive concierge.
Maison aux Sables d'Olonne idéalement située pour des vacanciers ne souhaitant pas prendre la voiture du séjour. Tout se fait à pieds, est situé à moins de 300 m de la maison : le marché, la plage, les animations le soir, les restaurants.

We already come regularly to this oasis of rest. The owners are very warm and always welcome us like good friends. Our dog was accepted into this accommodation, which is great. We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely come back.

Ideal rental for 2 people. Very small bathroom. Living room with equipped kitchen (it has all the necessary kitchen utensils) and a washing machine. The bedding is not superior but we slept well there. The plus is its exterior with the courtyard and its proximity to the beach.
Location idéale pour 2 personnes. Salle de bain très petite. Pièce à vivre avec cuisine équipée (il a tous les ustensiles de cuisine nécessaire) et une machine à laver. La literie n'est pas supérieure mais nous y avons bien dormi. Le + est son extérieur avec le préau et sa proximité de la plage.
Apartment perfectly consistent with the description, very pleasant, clean, well appointed. Very quiet in September. Very well received by the owner with a pretty and good Vendée brioche. Close to the magnificent beach at the foot of the residence, well placed between St Gilles Croix de Vie, Noirmoutier, Île d'Yeu, we had a pleasant stay, beautiful Vendée discoveries.

The house was small as expected (the advert is consistent with what we got) but extremely well located (10 m from the beach), terrace with sea view and sunset every evening!! Very well equipped and warm welcome.

Always very pleasant to return to this beautiful, relaxing and quiet house with a charming swimming pool. Bretignolles-sur-Mer is a very beautiful town with these beautiful beaches and its cycle path. Lots of activities to do too, you never get bored. A big thank you to the owners for their kindness. Well appointed studio with balcony and ideal view. Owner very accommodating, pleasant and honest in contact. I recommend renting the garage in high season, which I did not do and very much regretted!
