Nice and clean (except for the balcony) and superb location in the center of Menton. View only towards backyard, but because of this it is very quiet despite the central location.
Two vacuum cleaners. Sparks and smoke from one of them, problems with the button releasing the wire on the other. This was not a major problem, though.

We had a very pleasant stay in this very clean apartment on our arrival very comfortable equipment of the apartment nothing to complain about a lot of storage nice terrace in peace although the residence is at the seaside. A plus also parking space in the basement . Thank you to Mr Luka the concierge for his professionalism and his kindness to welcome the tenants we will surely return to this rental.

Nous avons séjourné dans un très bel appartement, agréable, de bon goût et surtout bien équipé, situé idéalement à quelques mètres du bord de mer, avec une vue imprenable sur le grand bleu, les voiliers et les yachts, ainsi que sur la merveilleuse vielle ville de Menton. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par M. Adamo pour les modalités de prise en charge de la location. Bref un séjour inoubliable pour passer des vacances en famille sous le soleil, le bruit des vagues qui vous bercent et surtout des moments de farniente. Nous aimerions y revenir sans hésitation, lors de prochaines vacances.

The house is really very pretty and has all the comforts. Raf, the owner, was gracious from the first contact we had with the site. The house is facing the sea, a few meters of the Italian border, near the beach, the supermarket, the bakery and tobacconist. The caretaker of the building, Mr. Luca, kind and very helpful. La casa è veramente molto carina e dispone di ogni confort. Raf, il proprietario, è stato gentile dal primo contatto che abbiamo avuto tramite il sito.
La casa è davanti al mare, a qualche metro della frontiera italiana, vicino alla spiaggia, al supermercato, alla panetteria e al tabaccaio.
Il custode del palazzo, il Sig Luca, è gentile e molto disponibile.

Le plus : terrasse sur arrière cour intérieure au calme, vue sur la montagne. Situation idéale en plein centre ville, dans la zone piétonne à deux pas de la Mairie, du front de mer, des halls, des commerces et de la gare SNCF.
Prix très attractif pour 2 semaines
