Lovely, modern apartment in a quiet area within walking distance to the Pine ice rink and speed skating oval. Warm welcoming hosts who were attentive to needs and helpful with any questions. I would definitely stay here again.
Leralora is a beautiful holiday home, well equipped and very clean. The garden and surroundings are so gorgeous, the sweet smell of jasmine, the sweet cherries and beautiful olive trees.
The pool is large and ideal to cool during a hot day.
It is located in the quiet countryside near to Conversano, a good base to visit Puglia, with so many nice cities and Adriatic coast.
The owners Rosalia and Luciano are very warm hosts. They immediately make you feel at home and care about their guests. We arrived as visitors and left as friends!
Adriana had been very helpful and honest about the extent of the hill and the time to go up and down (15-20 mins). It was very steep and we had to decide lungs or hairpin bends!!. However for the views it was definitely worth it! The garden and view were so breathtaking it moved me to tears the first time I walked out! I’m emotional at times but didn’t expect that!
The house is basic Italian style but we enjoyed this. A kettle and better shower would benefit the place but we would not complain at all. Adriana and her husband were a private but friendly and helpful presence upstairs. We had a wild peacock in the garden, their many cats as well as bats around the pool at night, and a non “toxic” scorpion.
We had a medical emergency whilst there and they kindly extended our stay whilst we went to and from Luino hospital. Because of this we didn’t fully explore the area but had great meals at La Gabella and our teenage boys played football for free on the Astro turf in the village during the day. A ferry to Cannobio was great and the train really easy to use with internet tickets prebooked if there was no one in ticket office. A real hidden beauty. Top quality exterior. Very kind hosts with paintings by the owner through the house.
Can’t remember if we signed a rental agreement but felt safer giving money when we got there than paying and risking sending money before.
The property was wonderful. The pool is exactly as pictured and has wonderful views. There is everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The covered outdoor dining area overlooking the lake was great as it was a very hot week. The gardens are beautiful. There is inflatables for the pool and table tennis equipment. The local supermarket in the nearby village has everything you need and stays open until 7.30. It is a steep narrow road to the property but we soon got used to that. Adriana was a wonderful host and her English was very good, which is useful as our Italian is terrible! There is room in the 2nd bedroom for 4 beds for my boys. We had a wonderful relaxing week. I would recommend this to anyone.
A fantastic villa, located close to Lake Garda (3km). The property is spacious and rented with everything you could want. We rented the villa for two weeks and could not find any fault during our stay. The villa is in the town of Costermano, which has a good selection of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The villa's location is perfect to explore the area and Venice is only an hour away. I would recommend the villa and we look forward to going there again.
The garden and and pool area are definitely the best in this property. It is located close to Garda, and the local supermarket is also located nearby.
We had some small problems during our visit, but the owners were VERY quick to respond and help us resolve the issues.

I looked through hundreds of offers of apartments in Puglia, and this house was the best choice!
Top reasons:
1. Tranquillity: the house is in the middle of a vast olive garden, surrounded by many other olive and cherry gardens. No street noise, no neighbours.
2. High standards: the house itself and the inter ion (furnitures, equipments, etc) are all very high standards (not the usual second hand stuff to be rented but brand new). The house was built with special isolation so we did not need to use the air condition at all, it was always cool inside.
3. Owners: a lovely couple from Florence who spend their summers in Puglia. They are very welcoming, we were invited to dinner the first evening to get to know to each other. They live on the same premises: they were available whenever we needed something, but at the same time they fully respected our privacy. Luciano speaks very good English and Rosalia is fluent in French.
4. Pool: larger than normal, very clean, nice surroundings, heated.
5. Place: beside being totally quiet, several towns and the sea are within 5-10 min drive with everything you need. Also thanks to be situated among olive gardens and on the top of a small hill, the temperature was always 3-5 degrees cooler than in towns or at the sea.

On only a distance of about 2 kilometres of Italy’s most beautiful lake, you find this great holiday villa. It is easy accessible, located near Costermano and Garda, but however in a very quiet small street. There is a nice restaurant on only 5 min walking, and by car you are very fast in the supermarket of Costermano or at the lake where you can find an abundance of typical Italian restaurants with wonderful views and picturesque streets. The house has a large, well maintained garden which is completely fenced including an automatic gate. There is enough parking space for multiple cars and you can even park one car in the garage. Moreover, there are a lot of sun beds and chairs, and also two covered terraces where it’s nice to sit when it’s too hot in the sun or in the evening with a good glass of wine. You can even find a hammock attached to palm trees! The swimming pool is perfect, with 2 different areas (deep and less deep for children) and with a comfortable temperature. Even late in the evening the pool is ideal to get some refreshment after a hot day. The house consist of two parts: on one hand you have the house with the kitchen, bathroom (toilet and shower), living room (with sleep sofa) and master bedroom and on the other hand you find the garage with second bedroom and another bathroom (toilet and shower). In all the rooms you find window shutters witch make the rooms very dark, perfect for a good sleep and to keep the heat outside. Indeed, even with temperatures of 34° C during the days, we all slept very good at night (there is also a ventilator if you need it). There is certainly nothing to remark concerning the accommodation of the house. Radio’s, flat screen television, a net for playing badminton, towels, pillows for the sun beds in the garden, board games, and of course pots for cooking, dishes, washing machine, etc... in short: everything you need. The owner of the house speaks good English and is very helpful when you need something or when there might be a problem. The region is marvellous, with a lot of possible activities like boat rental, shopping, windsurfing (northern part of the lake in Riva del Garda, Torbole,... where you are in less than one hour by car), visiting the famous city Verona, or you can even go into the mountains where it’s colder and where you have beautiful views of the lake. More southern, there is a theme park “Gardaland” and closer to the house (Lazise) there is “Caneva World” wich is a theme park with only water attractions... great for young and older people during the hot days! What you certainly have to visit is the “Speck Stube” in Malcesine located in the middle of olive trees were you can eat typical dishes of Tirol. In short, you are never bored at Lago di Garda! We rented the house for two weeks and had a good time. We liked it so much that after one week we contacted the owner to book the house already for the summer of 2013... the best evidence that we had a great holiday!

We stayed 6 days in this beautiful apartment and felt at home. Valentina and Filippo are two exceptional hosts, kind and always present. They honored us every day with organic products from their garden and showered us with attention and excellent advice. The apartment is studied in detail, there is everything, from the washing machine with short programs to the dishwasher, without forgetting crockery and pots of all kinds. Furthermore, Valentina left us detergents and soap, salt and coffee in capsules, we really didn't need anything. If desired, the lakes can also be reached on foot, since the apartment is located not far away and in the immediate vicinity of the sports hall and a super-equipped children's playground. We will be back as soon as possible as it was one of the best stays ever. A thousand thanks.
Abbiamo soggiornato 6 giorni in questo splendido appartamento e ci siamo sentiti a casa. Valentina e Filippo sono due host eccezionali, gentili e sempre presenti. Ci hanno omaggiato tutti i giorni con i prodotti biologici del loro orto e ci hanno riempito di attenzioni e di ottimi consigli. L’appartamento è curato nei minimi particolari, c’è tutto, dalla lavatrice con programmi brevi alla lavastoviglie, senza dimenticare stoviglie e pentole di ogni tipo. Inoltre Valentina ci ha lasciato detersivi e sapone, sale e caffè in capsule, davvero non avevamo bisogno di nulla. Volendo si possono raggiungere i laghi anche a piedi, poiché l’appartamento è ubicato poco lontano e nelle immediate vicinanze del palazzetto dello sport e di un parco giochi per bambini super attrezzato. Ritorneremo appena possibile perché è stato uno dei soggiorni più belli mai fatti. Grazie mille.
Fantastic view over the Lago Maggiore. The garden invites you to linger. Very nice, helpful and discreet landlord. A good starting point for day trips around the Northeastern Lake. Always my pleasure :-)

The apartment is very well furnished and equipped. The small garden overlooks silences and horizons, offering pleasant moments even outdoors. A short walk takes you to the enchanting lake of Serraia. The owners are exquisite and very attentive people. Pleasant and relaxing holiday!

The apartment is very well maintained and clean. A kitchen for self-catering, a shower and a toilet is available. The place is quiet and beautiful and invites you to stay. The nearby pebble beach (Lago di Garda) is clean and well maintained. Overall we had a wonderful holiday. Thanks to the extremely hospitable and knowledgeable owners/guests of the apartment. We will probably come back again.
L'appartamento è molto ben tenuto e pulito. È disponibile una cucina per il self-catering, una doccia e un WC. Il luogo è tranquillo e bello e invita a rimanere. La vicina spiaggia di ghiaia (Lago di Garda) è pulita e ben tenuta. Nel complesso abbiamo trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa.
