The owner is very friendly thank you for the little attentions ?.
I recommend this apartment +++ we hope to be able to return next year. Everything was perfect just a small flat a small electric oven in addition to the microwave and the hob would be really the best.
The air conditioning is really a plus for this apartment and despite the fact that we are in the pedestrian street we do not hear any noise thanks to the double glazing.
Only positive can't wait to come back.

Beautiful accommodation, tastefully furnished, everything is provided in the kitchen (except perhaps an oven!); the only downside: because of the duplex there is a lack of toilets near the bedrooms.
Air conditioning is great when it's so hot! but not sufficient for the rooms, it is necessary to provide a fan.
The apartment is very well located: you can do everything on foot: shopping, the beach, the city center!

Apartment very well located, bright and functional.
Address to recommend
Car park (about 5 minutes of steps).
Bright.
Spacious.
Very good value for money.
Owner smiling and welcoming, and very helpful.
And more owner friendly and accommodating.
In short, go.
The only slight drawback: the carpark too far because as soon as you get older it's tiring but otherwise it was good.
