My apartment is extremely peaceful, Located on the 1st floor of a family house,
Total area 60m2, distributed as follows:
- entrance into the dining room (dresser, table and 6 chairs, small desk, pellet stove, radio, ceiling fan)
- leather lounge furniture and TV, ceiling fan, and air conditioner on wheels
- semi-contemporary kitchen, fully equipped and modern
-1st bedroom with 140cm double bed with mattress topper for more comfort and 3 large wardrobes, 1 ceiling fan.
- 2nd bedroom with 2 x 90cm cm beds, 1 cupboard, 1 ceiling fan
- bathroom with large shower,
- separate toilet
free secure parking space for 2 cars, automatic gate and small private garden area: gazebo, table and 4 chairs.

Other remarks
I can provide you with baby equipment: travel cot with an additional mattress, high chair, bath, potty and WC reducer. a safety barrier at the top of the stairs,
