The living room and bedrooms benefit from direct access to a very nice South-facing terrace with unrivalled view of the lake and the beach.

The apartment is a duplex (two floors with internal staircase) and very comfortable,like a house.

On the upper level there is a living room and open-plan kitchen. You can lunch outdoors on the rooftop terrace. On the lower level, there are bedrooms and a covered terrace to relax whatever the weather.
The two-level flat is great for dinner and drinks with friends on the high terrace, reading, napping or children's games on the other terrace.

Very convenient for holidays with friends or different generations.
Access to the upper level by rotating staircase (may not be suitable for all).

Small condo built in 2008, with direct access to the harbor and the beach and nearby MEZE Yatch Club and Taurus center. Children and adults can enjoy many activities.

At the end left on D18. At the roundabout, go right in rue de la cave cooperative (see above)
