Très beau studio, calme, propre et le propriétaire très sympa. Nous avons passé 15 jours de vacances à nous reposer, la wifi est performante et rapide et pas de soleil en après midi fait qu'il est plus frais la nuit, le parking voiture est aussi ombragé.

For a first location, we are satisfied. Studio well equipped and clean. Washing machine, internet works fine, iron, microwave and oven, large refrigerator, air conditioning etc ... and everything works fine. It was a pleasure to come home after a trip to the beach. cool owner. If we must return to Gosier it will be in the studio.

Machine à laver, internet qui marche très bien, fer à repasser, four micro-ondes et four électrique, grand réfrigérateur, clim etc... et tout fonctionne bien. C’était un plaisir de rentrer le soir après une sortie à la plage . Propriétaire cool. Si on doit retourner au Gosier ce sera dans ce studio.

We know the residence Yuccas for 5 years and have been redone exterior painting, group interview ... It's clean. We recommend renting this studio and were very touched by the kindness of the owner.
Très bon accueil de William, le frère du propriétaire. Le studio est conforme à la description faite. C'est très propre, bien aménagé et William est à l'écoute s'il manque quelque chose... Grande télévision. Connexion wifi., tout fonctionne bien. Salle de bain très propre.
La cuisine sur la terrasse est agréable, dommage pour la vue sur le parking, mais en fait, c'est très calme et il n'y a aucun vis à vis.
La place de parking privée pour la voiture est bien matérialisée et c'est très pratique car peu de place pour se garer devant la résidence.
Nous connaissons la résidence les Yuccas depuis 5 ans et les extérieurs ont été refaits: peinture, entretien collectif... C'est propre.
Nous recommandons la location de ce studio et avons été très touchées par la gentillesse du propriétaire.

Very welcome Gladys, as usual. Three times we rent a studio Yucca, sea view and always appreciate the site. Housing is complied ã description, well arranged for 2 people. It has everything you need for a pleasant holiday. The beach is close by, the sea is beautiful and it is very nice to have breakfast on the terrace in small sugar company. We will return next year ...
Très bon accueil de Gladys, comme d'habitude. Cela fait trois fois que nous louons un studio Yucca, vue mer et nous apprécions toujours le site. Le logement est conformé ã sa description, bien agencé pour 2 personnes. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer d'agréables vacances. La plage est toute proche, le vue sur mer est magnifique et c'est très agréable de prendre son petit déjeuner sur la terrasse en compagnie de petits sucriers.
Nous y reviendrons l'année prochaine...
