Super location, identical to the announcement. I spent seven weeks fabulous. Jean-Pierre, the owner, welcomes you well and gives you all the necessary information for your stay worthy of a 5 star hotel. I will return to Mauritius in this owner. I séjournée and really only "hassle-free " is awesome. Very well equipped and especially the birds in the morning great.

Je reviendrai à l'Ile Maurice chez ce propriétaire. J'ai séjournée seule et vraiment le "sans souci" est génial. Très très bien équipé et surtout les petits oiseaux le matin super.

We spent a wonderful week at "carefree" recently renovated and tastefully decorated. Jean Pierre, the owner, made us a very warm welcome. Remained available and listening throughout our stay, helping us even in the choice of our visits. It was a pure pleasure. An address to remember unreservedly thank you again Jean Pierre.

We rarely received like this: you really feel like guests ... And yet, we had vacation rentals! And this is not the first time that we had to Flic-en-Flac, but there hat! Really, it's great: housing very comfortable, friendly and a part owner who knows how to be there without being too far ... The price / quality ratio is rare, believe us. Really, you will not be disappointed with this choice, and I wish you a great holiday!

Vraiment, c'est génial : le logement très pratique et confortable, le cadre sympa et un proprio qui sait être là sans être trop présent... Le rapport qualité/prix est rare, croyez-nous.

In a few words: EXCELLENT quality accommodation and hospitality EXTRAORDINARY. The bungalow is even better in reality it is very clean, very comfortable and not too far from the beach. It clings really :-). Dans quelques mots : qualité d’hébergement EXCELLENTE et accueil EXTRAORDINAIRE. Le bungalow est encore mieux en réalité, il est très propre, très confortable et il n’est pas trop loin de la plage. On s’y attache vraiment :-). Votre séjour sera encore plus agréable grâce à la gentillesse et la disponibilité de M. Jean-Pierre et Mme. Rubina, à l’aide desquels vous êtes sûrs de ne rater aucune occasion de manger très bien à Flic en Flac et de découvrir les meilleurs endroits de l’île. We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Route Des Epices. Everything is there to enjoy with the family: large swimming pool, deckchair, barbecue, large bedrooms each with their own private space, magnificent terrace with a view of the nature that surrounds us and the bay of Tamarin. Everything was very well managed from start to finish by Rikesh and Christian, who welcomed and helped us tremendously throughout the stay. The rental cars were already at the villa when we arrived, we had wonderful local encounters. The cleaning lady was super efficient and very kind. She cooked us local dishes from time to time for the aperitif (a treat!). In short, we will come back without hesitation! Thank you again a thousand times and see you very soon, The R family.
Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances à la Villa Route Des Epices. Tout y est pour se régaler en famille: grande piscine, transat, barbecue, grandes chambres avec chacune leur espace privé, magnifique terrasse avec vue sur la nature qui nous entoure et la baie de Tamarin.
Tout a été très bien géré du début à la fin par Rikesh et Christian, qui nous ont formidablement accueilli et aidé tout au long du séjour. Les voitures de location étaient déjà à la villa lorsque l'on est arrivés, nous avons fait de magnifiques rencontres locales. La femme de ménage était super efficace et très gentille. Elle nous a cuisiné des mets locaux de temps en temps pour l'apéritif (un régal!).
Bref, nous reviendrons sans hésitation !

Beautiful villa with a beautiful view of the sea. Located 5 minutes from shops and tamarind beach on foot. All comfort guaranteed, swimming pool and surroundings around beautiful. Very nice performance.

Our 3rd stay in this beautiful villa, excellent standing, very well equipped and very clean the housekeeper is efficient. Ideally located, close to the beach and shops with the possibility to be delivered prepared dishes. Very warm welcome from Rikesh and Pinky who are, like Christian, good advice for us to discover and know this beautiful Mauritius. We had a great time by the pool and / or around the BBQ. We will return to this villa without hesitation.
Notre 3e séjour dans cette magnifique villa, d'excellent standing, très bien équipée et très propre la femme de ménage est efficace. Idéalement placée, proche de la plage et des commerces avec la possibilité de se faire livrer des plats préparés. Accueil très chaleureux de Rikesh et Pinky qui sont, comme Christian, de bons conseils pour nous faire découvrir et connaitre cette superbe île Maurice. Nous avons passé de très bons moments au bord de la piscine et/ou autour du barbecue. Nous reviendrons dans cette villa sans hésitation.
Mauritians are always welcoming. Well located villa, especially in the morning for breakfast on balcony sea view and dolphins (think binoculars). Make your car rental by yourself. Very zen housekeeper (tell him what to do).
Les mauriciens sont toujours accueillants. Villa bien située, surtout le matin au petit déjeuner sur balcon vue sur la mer et des dauphins (penser aux jumelles). Faites votre location de voiture par vous même. Femme de ménage très zen (bien lui dire se qu'elle doit faire).
