Best apartment we have had in France, position was great right on the promenade and beach just so relaxing to sit on the patio and watch the world go by. The whole apartment was equipped to a high standard, kitchen had all mod cons, comfortable large bed, good power shower and great living /dining area. The communication with Monsieur Cornet was good and the lady who met us with the keys was very helpful. We had great weather all week and the town of Wissant was delightful so unspoiled and typically French, just loved it.

We had a very enjoyable week in this apartment. It overlooked the sea at Wissant and endless hours could be spent just staring out of the window! The apartment itself was to a very high standard, Francois seems to have spared no expense in equipping and decorating the apartment. I was a little disappointed there was no wifi as described in the blurb but, to be fair, I did not raise this with Francois and there could be a perfectly satisfactory explanation.
It was a very nice Appartement . All things who were offered have been there. A very nice kitchen with all things you need and a very nice view to the water. The persons you contact to get this appartement have been very kind. We want to go to this appartement at another time to make holiday. :-)
We had a lovely stay in this apartment, which exceeded all our expectations. It is an upper ground floor, so not many steps to the front door.
The location is perfect, close to the beach and to the town. The tram stops really close by and there is free parking in the beachfront car park nearby.
The apartment is well appointed. The living room is spacious and there is a nice view of the sea. Our bedroom, at the back of the building was quiet.
There is a selection of books and CDs in the flat which we enjoyed. We didn't watch TV, but its there if you need it. The kitchen has everything you might need.
There are deckchairs if you want to sunbathe. There's a flat roof that can be accessed from the childrens bedroom, but the garden is not accessible. However; even without this short-cut, the route to the beach is quick.
The owners were efficient and helpful during the booking process and refunded our deposit very quickly at the end of the stay. We were met by the cleaner, who was very helpful and showed us around.
Le Havre is a lovely city. The world heritage area is very interesting and beautiful. We found fantastic cafes and restaurants nearby, as well as a good selection of local shops.
We took some trips out of town along the Seine and to gardens in the vicinity. The tourist office is on the beach front and they can give you maps and leaflets.
The modern art museum is not to be missed.
We perfectly spent our holidays on the seashore in this hospitable house. There is all to enjoy rest - a garden, a barbecue, the pure warm sea and a fine uncrowded beach. Owners are always ready to help if it is required. In easy availability from the house the most interesting sights of Sicily - Noto, Modika, Ragusa, Syracuse, Etna and others. We hope sometime to return here again.

The apartment had a superb position, within a few meters of a beautiful sandy beach. Swimming was excellent because there wasn't a current and the beach had a very gentle slope, idea for a young family .
The apartment was comfortable and clean with a use of a secure garden and patio.
Both Angela and Davide were extremely pleasant and helpful.
It was a most relaxing experience.
We should have made Noto our main near town rather than Avola.
Noto is much more interesting and has a greater range of eating places. It is not easy to navigate round Avola's one-way system!
for me it's the 2nd time I've rented and still just as satisfied the direct sea view from the apartment is magnificent, the owners are very friendly, the sites to visit are all 30 minutes from the rental location, so it?s very beneficial. we hope to return a 3rd time next year I recommend this rental 100%

Apartment very well located from where you can see the seals basking...a little far but with a good telephoto lens it is doable. Very quiet building and 5 minutes walk from the city center.
Appartement très bien situé d'où l'on peut voir se prélasser les phoques..un peu loin mais avec un bon téléobjectif c'est faisable. Immeuble très calme et à 5 minutes à pied du centre ville.
