Beautiful old house near the sea (10 meters !!!! sand), tastefully renovated, and very kind attention of the owner on arrival. We love Saint Cyprien, although large dogs owners should keep a leash on the beach (there was one who wanted to play with me by surprise and I had not invited even though I love ... dogs). People come here twice a year in principle.
Belle ancienne maison du bord de mer (le sable à 10 mètres!!!!), rénovée avec goût, et très aimable attention de la propriétaire à l'arrivée. Nous aimons beaucoup Saint Cyprien, même si les propriétaires de gros chiens devraient les tenir en laisse sur la plage (il y en avait un qui voulait jouer par surprise avec moi et je ne l'avais pas invité... même si j'adore les chiens).
On y vient deux fois par an en principe.

We rented this apartment on 2 occasions, the first time in April 2013, the second in July 2013. And yes, we liked the place that we went back a few months later! The apartment is in excellent condition, very well equipped with large rooms and a very pleasant stay. It also has a beautiful terrace with large windows with view over the sea is perfect to eat there and finish the evening with children. The location is at the beach with a beautiful private pool for residents (closed in April but open in summer). We had very good contacts with the owners who also answered all our questions before our stay. The location is also perfect for activities such walks or cycling, tennis, aquatic center, tree climbing and of course enjoy the beach and the sea ..
Nous avons loué à 2 occasions cet appartement, la première fois en avril 2013, la seconde en juillet 2013. Et oui, nous avons tellement aimé le lieu que nous y sommes retournés quelques mois après !
L'appartement est dans un excellent état, très bien équipé avec de grandes chambres et un séjour très agréable. Il possède également une magnifique terrasse avec de grandes baies vitrées avec vue dégagée sur la mer. C'est parfait pour y manger et y finir les soirées avec des enfants.
La location est au bord de la plage avec une très belle piscine privée pour les résidents (fermée en avril mais ouverte l'été).
Nous avons eu de très bons contacts avec les propriétaires qui ont par ailleurs répondus à toutes nos questions avant notre séjour.
Le lieu est également parfait pour les activités de type balades à pied ou a vélo, tennis, centre aquatique, accrobranches et bien entendu profiter de la plage et de la mer...
Very nice apartment, bright, with beautiful views of the sea Everything is according to the announcement, everything is very clean, nothing is missing. We had a great time and enjoyed the proximity to the pool and the direct and rapid access to the beach. The residence is nice with children. We'll be back!

L'appartement est très bien équipé, fonctionnel, meublé et décoré avec goût. Habitués des locations, nous avons été plus qu'agréablement surpris par le souci des propriétaires à penser au moindre détail pour faciliter le séjour des locataires.
De plus, il est rassurant d'avoir une personne à proximité en cas de problème dans l'appartement.

Very nice apartment. Direct access to the beach through the rear terrace (ground floor) is a real comfort with children. The assistance of the owner and his representative on site is significant and effective (replacing a clogged sink trap in the day that followed the finding). Small downside: a bit tight for 4 people (one bedroom and sofa bed in the living room is quite small for 2 adults). We had a great holiday in this beautiful region of Argeles.
Très bel appartement. L'accès direct à la plage par la terrasse arrière (rez-de-chaussée) est un confort réel avec les enfants. L'assistance du propriétaire et de son représentant sur place est appréciable et efficace (remplacement d'un siphon d'évier bouché dans la journée qui a suivi la constatation).
Petit bémol : un peu juste pour 4 personnes (une seule chambre et le clic-clac dans le living est assez petit pour 2 adultes).
