Open plan living pleasant, well appointed, with a large balcony that offers a real extra room in the apartment and two independent rooms: one is quite small but adequate for a holiday period
The pool view is nice and the view is quite clear
The big plus is that you can do everything on foot: 5 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from Aqualand, 10 minutes walk from shops, 10 minutes from the Island leisure and twenty minutes to go the port of Cap d'Agde Rochelongue by footpaths

The beach is accessible on foot in 5 minutes.

The residence is nice and the pool secure and well maintained.
The location near the beach is also an asset.
The enclosed patio is very pleasant this is a real piece more.
The pool is very safe for children, the home is very well maintained and quiet.
