The house was clean when we arrived, and the owner is very reactive (with the help of his mother) in case of question or problem. The bedding is good, and the bedrooms are spacious. The table football is cool. Concerning the kitchen, there is no dishwasher, and the cooker is quite old (one of the cooker plate was not working and the oven blows the fuse when you turn it off...), but this is very easy and cheap to order pizza :-). Viarreggio is a good place to visit Toscana and to enjoy the see. We had great holidays !

Love Viareggio and Versilia. The property is great! Prior to our arrival the host provided us with lots of useful information which helped us in organizing our stay in Viareggio. The check-in was smooth and we felt very welcome. The house is well sized with lots of space and fully equipped, 5 stars out of 5 on cleanliness. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the backgarden. The neighborhood is quiet,road with no traffic so total silence. the location is excellent, only 10 minutes walk to the seafront, 3 minutes the to supermarket. We had a great time. highly recommended.

The apartment was comfortable and clean, all very satisfying for a big family. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable. The apartment was situated in a quiet neighbourhood, close to the supermarket, the park and the beach. The owner is reliable and always helpful when needed, we were given extra tips about programs and restaurants and extra help. We spent our vacation at the best place that I could have imagined. I recommend this apartment for families.

The only problem was not all the instructions were available in English or Italian, just German or probably Dutch (I don't even know none of those languages, may be was another one as well), and even the antenna for TV can catch Dutch or German language channels only as well. For everything else it was good enough. The bungalow was quite clean and comfortable, the camping services were good as well but I thought the swimming pool was as little bit bigger from the pictures I've seen in the advertisement.

A really great property, perfectly based near the train station to explore the area but on a quiet italian street that gives an authentic feeling of how italians live. would reccomend and return.
