The apartment is like the description, in fact it looked even better than the pictures. Big, very clean, towels and linen change. In the kitchen there is everything you need. On the balcony a table where you can eat a meal. Next to supermarkets and bus stop. Not far from the beach and the city as well. Quiet neighborhood. Owners very nice. There were no minuses.
We arrived at night and the owner of the house accompanied us to the house. She showed everything to us. Even had water and bicuits ready for us! The house is very proper and has everything in it that you will need. You do need a car and then everything is easy to reach. Big supermarkets. As well as beautifull beaches and the town Alghero on a few minutes drive.
House also has a big terrace so you can eat outside and is surrounded by a nice garden with olive trees.
Excellent location both for shops and bars, and for taking walks in the evening without having to take the car, and very importantly there is parking inside the building. The apartment complies with the photos and is very comfortable. Mrs. Manuela let us check in at 10.00 in the morning. The very pleasant welcome and Mrs. Manuela's collaborator very helpful, both when we arrived and when we left. I would gladly go back.
Ottima posizione sia per negozi e bar, sia per fare passeggiate la sera senza dover prendere la macchina, e cosa molto importante c'è il parcheggio interno al palazzo. L'appartamento è conforme alle foto ed è molto confortevole. La Sig.ra Manuela ci ha fatto fare il check in alle 10,00 del mattino. L'accoglienza molto piacevole e la collaboratrice della Sig.ra Manuela molto disponibile, sia quando siamo arrivati che quando siamo andati via. Tornerei molto volentieri.
Mrs. Marina and her sister Daniela who welcomed us were very kind and helpful both during the booking process and during our week-long holiday in Alghero. From the apartment you can walk to both the center of Alghero (15min) and the beach of San Giovanni. With a few more minutes of walking you arrive at the pinera of the Maria Pia beach. The apartment complied with the description and photos posted on the site.
La signora Marina e sua sorella Daniela che ci ha accolto sono state molto gentili e disponibili sia in fase di prenotazione che durante la nostra vacanza di una settimana ad Alghero.
Dall'appartamento si possono raggiiungere a piedi sia il centro di Alghero (15min) sia la spiaggia di San Giovanni. Con qualche minuto di cammino in piu' si arriva alla pinera della spiaggia Maria Pia.
L'appartamento era conforme alla descrizione e alle foto pubblicate sul sito.

Check-in e check-out effettuato dalla Sig,raEmanuela perfetto e puntuale, l'appartamento è molto bello e dotato di tutto il necessario, comfort compresi ed è dotato di ascensore, ottima la pulizia, bel terrazzo vista mare, buon materasso, vicinanza al centro storico, supermercato, farmacia, ristoranti, per il parcheggio consiglio l'utilizzo di auto di piccole dimensioni, noi abbiamo comunque parcheggiato con una station wagon con un cambio di posto auto. Ci ritorneremmo volentieri.
Excellent house, in a quiet and convenient location on the beach. Paolo and his mum were hospitable and did not make us miss anything! The house is perfect and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a holiday in Alghero.

Ms. Luisa's house is large and very clean. Equipped with everything you need on holiday and well ventilated. The area is quiet and the center can be reached in about 30 minutes along the beautiful Alghero seafront. In addition, the possibility of using it in the garage was excellent given the very busy period. The owner is very kind and helpful, we definitely recommend this apartment for a nice holiday in Alghero
La casa della signora Luisa è grande e molto pulita. Fornita di tutto quello che può servire in vacanza e ben arieggiata. La zona è tranquilla ed il centro si raggiunge in circa 30 minuti percorrendo il bel lungomare di Alghero. Inoltre la possibilità di utilizzare in garage è stata ottima visto il periodo molto affollato. La proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile, consigliamo sicuramente questo appartamento per una bella vacanza ad Alghero
Very tastefully furnished and bright apartment, equipped with all comforts and a splendid terrace overlooking the sea. Included in the price are bed / bath / kitchen linen and an internal car park. Alghero is delightful, welcoming and unmissable, like Mrs. Lai's house. Spacious and airy, clean and comfortable, the house lacks nothing. Very close to the seafront, it is in an excellent position for those who prefer to be quiet but in the center. The owner is really helpful and kind. We were delighted and I think we will return. Alghero è deliziosa, accogliente e imperdibile, come la casa della signora Lai. Spaziosa e ariosa, pulita e confortevole, la casa non manca di nulla. Vicinissima al lungomare, si trova in un'ottima posiziona per chi preferisce stare tranquilli ma al centro. La proprietaria è davvero disponibile e gentile. Siamo rimasti contentissimi e penso che ci ritorneremo. Da non sottovalutare la facilità di parcheggio proprio vicino casa. Grazie Alghero e grazie signora Lai
A very clean and very spacious apartment. The air conditioning broke down during our stay and the owner changed it 2 days later it was perfect. The residence and very quiet, pool very convenient for children. Near the sea and the center of Alghero. We will return for sure.
Un appartement très propre et très spacieux. La climatisation est tombée en panne pendant notre séjour et le propriétaire nous l'=a changer 2 jours après c'était parfait. La résidence et très calme, piscine très pratique pour les enfants. Proche de la mer ainsi que le centre d'Alghero. Nous y retournerons à coup sûr.
Very good exchanges with the owner and very welcome on arrival. We had a wonderful stay in the apartment, with all the comforts offered in the ad. The balcony stays cool all day, with the awning and inside we never put the air conditioning, although the stay was particularly sunny ... This location allowed us to visit all the North-West of Sardinia, and enjoy the nearby beach, as well as lively evenings in Alghero; city accessible on foot or by bike, very appreciable.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans l'appartement, avec tout le confort proposé dans l'annonce.
Le balcon reste frais toute la journée, avec le store et à l'intérieur nous n'avons jamais mis la climatisation, même si le séjour a été particulièrement ensoleillé...
Cet emplacement nous a permis de visiter tout le Nord-Ouest de la Sardaigne, et de profiter de la plage toute proche, ainsi que des soirées animées à Alghero; ville accessible à pieds ou à vélo, très appréciable.
The apartment is located about 100 meters from the beach of Alghero and about 300 meters from the beach of Santa Maria. Spacious and well-ventilated apartment with a nice shared pool where children can have fun jumping off the trampolines. Nothing is missing inside the apartment. Wipes, hair dryer, kitchen equipment. Very helpful and friendly owners, upon arrival they made us find a very good cake made by them as a welcome. Convenient as a starting point for getting around while considering that there is a private car park inside the residence. Alghero center is about 3 km walkable in 30 minutes on foot along the sea or alternatively with bus service AF line, stop at 50 mt. Nearby, however, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, supermarkets and other places. Staying in bed with a child I can feel more than satisfied.
L'appartamento è situato a circa 100 mt dalla spiaggia di Alghero e circa 300 mt dalla spiaggia di Santa Maria. Appartamento spazioso e ben areato con bella piscina in comune dove i bambini possono divertirsi a tuffarsi dal trampolini.
All'interno dell'appartamento praticamente non manca nulla. Salviette, phon, attrezzatura da cucina.
Proprietari molto disponibili e cordiali, all'arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare una buonissima torta fatta da loro come benvenuto.
Comodo come punto di partenza per girare nei dintorni considerando che all'interno del residence c' è il pargheggio per auto privato.
Alghero centro dista circa 3km percorribili in 30 minuti a piedi camminando lungo mare o in alternativa con servizio autobus linea AF, fermata a 50 mt.
Nelle vicinanze comunque pizzerie, gelateria, supermarket e altri locali.
Soggiornato voppia con un figlio posso ritenermi più che soddisfatto.
