Returning to their facility after ten years was the winning choice to spend a week in Salento amidst the warmth and comfort offered by this wonderful family, always ready to give valuable advice for a more pleasant stay. The apartment is impeccable, characteristic of the place, with thick white walls that keep the environment cool during the hottest days, it is equipped with every comfort: the outdoor space is appreciated and relaxing to be able to enjoy meals outdoors or possibly to park bicycles for cycling enthusiasts. The street is very quiet and peaceful, but equally close to the center of Leuca and its beaches. Very positive experience! We will be back again...before ten years! Monica and Frances

Tornare presso la loro struttura dopo dieci anni è stata la scelta vincente per trascorrere una settimana in Salento tra il calore e i comfort offerti da questa splendida famiglia, sempre pronta a elargire consigli preziosi per un soggiorno più piacevole.
L'appartamento è impeccabile, caratteristico del luogo, dalle bianche e spesse mura che mantengono fresco l'ambiente durante le giornate più calde, è dotato di ogni comodità: apprezzato e rilassante lo spazio esterno per poter godere dei pasti all'aperto o eventualmente per parcheggiare le biciclette per gli appassionati di cicloturismo. La via è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, ma altrettanto vicino al centro di Leuca e alle sue spiagge.
Esperienza positivissima! Torneremo ancora...prima di dieci anni!

We stayed in 10 (3 families with children from 9 months to 12 years). The photos do not convey the beauty of the structure well. The house far exceeded our expectations. The place is strategic, just go a few kilometers and you find yourself in the most beautiful places in Salento. Mr. Luigi (owner) is very thoughtful, helpful and endowed with a kindness of the past. I strongly recommend if you want to spend a relaxing, fun holiday in a wonderful place with a welcome that makes you feel more than at home. We will definitely be back.
Abbiamo soggiornato in 10 (3 famiglie con bambini da 9 mesi a 12 anni). Le foto non rendono bene la bellezza della struttura. La casa ha superato di gran lunga le nostre aspettative. Il posto è strategico, basta fare qualche chilometro e ti ritrovi nei luoghi più belli del Salento. Il signor Luigi (proprietario) è molto premuroso, disponibile e dotato di una gentilezza d'altri tempi. Consiglio fortemente se si vuole passare una vacanza rilassante, divertente in un luogo meraviglioso con un'accoglienza che ti fa sentire più che a casa. Torneremo sicuramente.
The house is large and well kept. Excellent location facing the sea, surrounded by a wonderful garden / park. Very close to beautiful beaches which can also be reached with a pleasant walk, for example the persoluse and others. Mrs. Donata is an exquisite person without being intrusive. I highly recommend this vacation.

Ottima la posizione fronte mare, immersa in un giardino/ parco meraviglioso.
Vicinissima a bellissime spiagge alle quali ci si può arrivare anche con una piacevole passeggiata ad esempio le persoluse ed altre.
La signora Donata è una persona squisita senza essere invadente.

The house is in an excellent position and faithful to the description given on the site. Quiet but not isolated, beautiful outdoor space and Mrs. Donia very kind and present when needed. As per previous reviews there are some things that should be improved but evidently they have not yet proceeded. Awkward and useless bathroom curtain, kitchen equipment to be renewed especially the cookware. The absence of a real oven cannot be replaced by an inefficient little oven except for heating ready meals. The most uncomfortable area is the kitchen, with very little space for support and the refrigerator positioned in the room and therefore very uncomfortable at a distance.
La casa è in un ottima posizione e fedele la descrizione fatta sul sito.Tranquilla ma non isolata, bello spazio esterno e la signora Donia molto gentile e presente al bisogno. Come da precedenti recensioni ci sono alcune cose che andrebbero migliorate ma evidentemente ancora non si è proceduto.Tenda del bagno scomoda e inutile, dotazione di cucina da rinnovare soprattutto il pentolame. L'assenza di un vero forno non può essere sostituito da un fornetto poco efficiente se non per scaldare vivande pronte. La zona più scomoda è la cucina, con pochissimo spazio per gli appoggi e il frigorifero posizionato in sala e quindi distante molto scomodo.
Whoever loves the sea will love this place and the house! As shown, the beautiful, spacious white villa is located directly on a pebble beach (pack your bathing shoes!) and only about 1km from two wonderful sandy beaches: Felloniche in the direction of San Gregorio and the well-known Pescoluse in the other direction. The villa is very quiet, is very practical and has a lot of space! WiFi and air conditioning work very well. Shops (recommendation La Centropietre in San Gregorio) and restaurants in about 700m. Grace of love!
Wer das Meer liebt, wird diesen Ort und das Haus lieben! Die wunderschöne, grosszügige weisse Villa liegt wie gezeigt direkt an einem Kiesstrand (Badeschuhe einpacken!) und nur ca. 1km von zwei wundervollen Sandstränden entfernt: Felloniche Richtung San Gregorio und das bekannte Pescoluse in die andere Richtung. Die Villa liegt sehr ruhig, ist sehr praktisch eingerichtet und hat viel Platz! WLAN und Klimaanlage funktionieren sehr gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Empfehlung La Centropietre in San Gregorio) und Restaurants in ca. 700m erreichbar. Grazie di cuore!

House well above my expectations. Clean, tidy, bright, equipped (ironing board and iron, hairdryer, dishes and pots, broom, shovel and rags, washing machine, outdoor shower, barbecue, ample parking, fenced property). Two rooms with independent climate. Amazing that you can cook outside. Plenty of space in the courtyard, sea just a few minutes' walk away. My wife and I found ourselves divinely, never turned on the TV in 14 days. If one day we return to Salento, this will be our choice of home. There are food / home / fruit and vegetable shops about 1 km along the seafront or an average supermarket in the village of Salve. Beautiful sea especially towards Torre San Giovanni. Unfortunately, if the wind comes from the south, the sea tends to get dirty and bring algae (this happens to us x 4 days out of 14). Obviously it is not about the property but I give it as info. I really hope to go back !!
Casa ben al di sopra delle mie aspettative. Pulita, ordinata, luminosa, accessoriata (asse stiro e ferro, phon, stoviglie e pentole, scopa paletta e stracci, lavatrice, doccia esterna, barbecue, ampio parcheggio, proprietà recintata) . Due camere con clima indipendente. Stupendo il fatto di poter cucinare all'esterno. Molto spazio nel cortile, mare a pochi minuti a piedi. Io e mia moglie ci siam trovati divinamente, mai acceso la tv in 14 giorni. Se un giorno torneremo in Salento, sarà questa la nostra scelta di casa. Ci sono negozi alimentari/casa/frutta e verdura a circa 1 km sul lungomare oppure supermercato medio, al paese di Salve. Mare bellissimo sopratutto verso Torre San Giovanni. Purtroppo se il vento proviene da sud, il mare tende a sporcarsi e portare alghe (a noi successo x 4 giorni su 14). Ovviamente non riguarda la proprietà ma la dò come info. Spero davvero di ritornarci!!
Very clean villa equipped with every comfort, found kitchen well stocked with utensils and even with film and foil for food, dish sponges, detergent and softener for washing machines, mosquito plugs, garbage bags etc. etc. Functionally furnished, fully air conditioned with stunning sea views. Unfortunately we did not use the rocky beach in front of the house because we love sandy beaches, found just over a kilometer away, markets and various shops nearby, amazing fish fry in the center of Torre Vado, proximity to many places of tourist interest. If I have to find a fault, the second bathroom is really minimal ... Solvable defect with the addition of a shower curtain to avoid wetting around, but overall a beautiful holiday, thanks also to the kindness and helpfulness of the owner, Ms. Donia. Highly recommended!
Villetta pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort, trovato cucina ben fornita di utensili e con addirittura pellicola e stagnola per alimenti, spugne per piatti, detersivo e ammorbidente per lavatrice, spine antizanzara, sacchi dell'immondizia ecc. ecc. Arredata in modo funzionale, completamente climatizzata con vista mozzafiato sul mare. Purtroppo non abbiamo usufruito della spiaggia rocciosa di fronte alla casa perché amiamo lidi sabbiosi, trovati a poco più di un chilometro di distanza, market e negozi vari vicini, friggitoria di pesce strepitosa in centro a Torre Vado, vicinanza con molti luoghi di interesse turistico. Se devo trovare un difetto, il secondo bagno davvero minimal... Difetto risolvibilissimo con aggiunta di una tenda doccia per non bagnare in giro, ma nel complesso vacanza bellissima, grazie anche alla gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietaria, Sig. na Donia. Consigliatissima!
Wonderful villa, comfortable and livable even for 7 people, with large indoor and outdoor spaces, airy and with a wonderful view. Equipped with all the comforts for a comfortable stay. Very kind and helpful owner. Optimal position to visit both the Ionian and Adriatic side of Salento.
Villa stupenda, comoda e vivibile anche in 7 persone, con ampi spazi sia interni che esterni, ariosa e con una vista stupenda. Dotata di tutti i confort per un comodo soggiorno. Proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile. Posizione ottimale per visitare il Salento sia lato Ionio che Adriatico.
We stayed in the apartment "il ficus " for 15 days and I highly recommend the accommodation, we found it exactly as it was described with all its essential comforts to stay (dishes, crockery, pots, hairdryer, iron. .) excellent cleaning throughout the house, the external courtyard allows you to stay outdoors but in total privacy. The owner is a very kind person who has taken with all our fears and problems available for our every need. The house is located in a quiet village very close to the sea (5 minutes by car) but for those of us who love tranquility at night it was ideal. We had a great time if we go back to Salento we will definitely contact Mr. Vincenzo.
Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento "il ficus" per 15gg e consiglio vivamente l'alloggio, lo abbiamo trovato esattamente per come era descritto con tutti i suoi confort essenziali per poter soggiornare (piatti, stoviglie, pentole, phon, ferro da stiro..) ottima pulizia in tutta la casa, il resede esterno ti permette di stare all'aria aperta ma in totale privacy. Il proprietario una persona gentissima che ha con preso tutte le nostre paure e problematiche a disposizione per ogni nostra esigenza. La casa si trova in un paesino tranquillo vicinissimo al mare (5minuti di macchina) ma per chi come noi ama la tranquillità notturna è stata l'ideale. Siamo stati benissimo se torniamo in Salento contatteremo sicuramente il sig. Vincenzo.

We rented this location for two weeks and we really enjoyed it. Distance from the beach 500 meters within walking distance, very spacious apartment equipped with everything, not to mention the owners, Mr. Benito and his wife, two very kind and helpful people. I highly recommend.
Abbiamo affittato questa locazione per due settimane e ci siamo trovati veramente molto bene. Distanza dalla spiaggia 500 metri raggiungibile a piedi, appartamento molto spazioso e fornito di tutto, per non parlare dei proprietari, il signor Benito e sua moglie, due persone molto gentili e disponibili. Consiglio vivamente.
We stayed for a week in the apartment at the end of July 2022. We had a great time. The house is large and very comfortable (we were with our 4 children). The plants are not brand new. Absolutely strategic position: on foot you arrive in 20 seconds (30 real meters) in the small but very enjoyable beach of the marina of Torre Pali (ideal for relaxing). A 20-minute walk (via the beach) takes you to the famous Maldives of Salento (5 minutes by car). Two notable notes: 1-first of all, the terrace you see in the photo is really comfortable and very pleasant to use (the photos may not do it justice). It is on via Caboto but there are few cars and the context is really relaxing. 2- the outdoor shower is very convenient. Finally, to report the kindness and courtesy of the owners (father and son): I contacted them for some need related to the apartment: they responded immediately and intervened immediately solving the problem. Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana nell'appartamento a fine luglio 2022.
Siamo stati benissimo. La casa è ampia e comodissima (noi eravamo con i nostri 4 bambini).
Gli impianti non nuovissimi. Posizione assolutamente strategica: a piedi si arriva in 20 secondi (30 mt reali) nella piccola ma godibilissima spiaggia della marina di Torre Pali (ideale per rilassarsi). A 20 minuti a piedi (via spiaggia) si arriva alle famose Maldive del Salento (in auto 5 minuti).
Due noti di rilievo:
1-anzitutto il terrazzo che si vede in foto è davvero comodo e gradevolissimo da utilizzare (le foto forse non rendono giustizia). È su via Caboto ma ci sono poche auto ed il contesto è davvero rilassante.
2- molto comoda la doccia esterna.
Infine da segnalare la gentilezza e la cortesia dei proprietari (padre e figlio): li ho contattati per qualche esigenza legata alla appartamento: hanno risposto immediatamente e sono intervenuti subito risolvendo il problema.
Lo consiglio davvero.

My large family and I stayed for two weeks at this apartment, which proved to be a strategic point to comfortably enjoy the nearby beaches and the beautiful sea of the area, as well as for excursions and visits to the nearby villages and cities of Salento. . The owners have always been very friendly and helpful, precise in their directions and in responding to our requests. We thank them for their courtesy and hospitality.
Io e la mia numerosa famiglia abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane presso questo appartamento, che si è rivelato un punto strategico per godere comodamente delle vicinissime spiagge e del bel mare della zona, oltre che per fare escursioni e visite nei borghi vicini e nelle città del Salento.
I proprietari sono stati sempre molto cordiali e disponibili, precisi nelle indicazioni e nel rispondere alle nostre richieste. Li ringraziamo per la cortesia e l'accoglienza.
Spectacular location ... 500 meters on foot and you arrive at the beach (surgive Torre Vado); large house as described, three bedrooms and two bathrooms and mosquito nets everywhere, a sort of open space under the external porch that allows you to eat outside. Reserved parking for cars, sheltered from the sun. The owners, who live in the house next door, are very nice people and very willing to provide tips on places to eat and where to buy good food. We felt at home for the welcome shown. Mr. Benito is an exceptional person, a gentleman of other times. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Posizione spettacolare...500 metri a piedi e si arriva in spiaggia(surgive Torre Vado); casa grande come da descrizione, tre camere da letto e due bagni e zanzariere dappertutto, sorta di open space sotto porticato esterno che consente di mangiare fuori. Parcheggio riservato per auto, al riparo dal sole.
I proprietari, che abiatano nella casa a fianco, sono persone carinissime e molto disponibili anche a fornire dritte su luoghi in cui mangiare e dove acquistare buon cibo.
Ci siamo sentiti a casa per l'accoglienza dimostrata . Il Signor Benito è una persona eccezionale, galantuomo di altri tempi.
