Catherine and Patrick were very welcoming and accommodating during our stay, the chalet is only 3 minutes from the bars and restaurants in the village and is the most spacious we have ever stayed in over the past 5 years of renting ski chalets in the region. I definitely would recommend this chalet for large families.

We had a pleasant stay, the chalet is very well located 5 minutes from the first shops and close to the shuttle. The owners were very welcoming and friendly. The apartment is well designed, spacious and we found it very clean when we arrived.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, le chalet est très bien situé à 5mn des premiers commerces et proche de la navette. Les propriétaires ont été très accueillants et sympathiques. L'appartement est bien conçu, spacieux et nous l'avons très propre à notre arrivée.

Very well equipped and extremely well placed chalet. The 3 bedrooms are large. The closed sleeping area is perfectly fine. A very kind welcome.

Great apartment, fully furnished, landlords also have the adjacent hotel, so always present for questions. Clean, beautiful, new, ... super holiday experienced in this apartment. Nice location in Morzine, in the valley, near the center, everything within walking distance.
Tof appartement, volledig ingericht, verhuurders hebben ook het naastgelegen hotel, dus steeds aanwezig voor vragen. Proper, mooi, nieuw, ... super vakantie beleefd in dit appartement. Fijne ligging in Morzine, in het dal, vlak bij het centrum, alles op wandelafstand.
The accommodation is very well maintained, has a wonderful garden and a very dear landlady! We were very satisfied. Unfortunately, we did not read the sheets, this is not there, but since we could borrow some. Super would have been for us, if we had the opportunity to get the MutliPass / guest card for the place, you will not get this when you book this accommodation. You can recommend the two apartments in any case, for information we were 1 couple & 3 adults. Christina
Die Unterkunft ist super gepflegt, hat einen wundervollen Garten und eine sehr liebe Vermieterin! Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Bettwäsche hatten wir leider nicht gelesen das diese nicht dabei ist, aber da konnten wir uns welche ausleihen. Super wäre für uns noch gewesen, wenn wir die Möglichkeit gehabt hätten den MutliPass/Gästekarte für den Ort zu bekommen, diesen bekommt man nicht dazu wenn man diese Unterkunft bucht. Weiterempfehlen kann man die beiden Appartments auf alle Fälle, zur Info wir waren 1 Pärchen & 3 Erwachsene. Christina

Rental absolutely clean with a sober decoration. Nothing is missing in the dishwasher level. The bedding is impeccable. To this you add the kindness of the owner, his availability and discretion.

Beautiful cottage complies with pictures. Excellent quality / price ratio in LOW season suddenly. Only default course, the necessity of having to take the car (5 minutes) to get to the slopes but access is easy and the ability to leave his skis on site rental shop a much needed.

Overall a very good overall assessment (careful if you have young children, given the wealth of decoration and property damage will be caused vites if you're not not accidentally).

Seul défaut bien sûr, la nécessité de devoir prendre le véhicule (5 minutes) pour se rendre sur les pistes mais l'accès est aisé et la possibilité de laisser ses skis sur place au magasin de location un plus bien nécessaire.

Dans l'ensemble une très bonne appréciation globale (attention si vous avez de jeunes enfants, vu la richesses de la décoration et des biens, des dégâts seront vites occasionné si vous n'y prenez pas mégarde).
Comfortable and nicely decorated chalet. The living room, though small, is warm. However, missing door wardrobes or more coats to dry ski clothes.
Chalet confortable et joliment aménagé. La pièce à vivre, bien que petite, est chaleureuse. Manque toutefois des penderies ou davantage de porte manteaux pour sécher les vêtements de ski.
Very spacious, clean and well equipped (kitchen, wardrobes ...). The wood stove is nice. It lacks a true second bathroom (shower, no sink or toilet), but we were family and it was not very troublesome. The close proximity of the shuttle is very valuable for quick access to different parts of the station. The owners are friendly but discreet and ensure the well-being (eg. Regular plowing the parking lot). We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment and will come back with pleasure.
Appartement très spacieux, propre et très bien équipé (cuisine, placards...). Le poële à bois est bien agréable.
Il manque juste une vraie deuxième salle d'eau (juste une douche, pas de lavabo ni wc), mais nous étions en famille et cela n'a pas été très gênant.
La proximité immédiate de la navette est très appréciable pour accéder rapidement au différents points de la station.
Les propriétaires sont accueillants, mais discrets et veillent au bien être (ex. : déneigement régulier du parking).
Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement et y reviendrons avec plaisir.
