A very cozy house with beautiful view on the village and the sea. All material present in the house, we missed only good garden seats, these were outdated and uncomfortable but the rest was really okay. A lovely pool ... The owner was very friendly and helpful

Very good location, just across the street from the beach, 3 minute walk from the center of Saint Tropez and right at the intersection with the road to the beaches. The swimming pool was closed Because of winter season, though it must be fantastic During spring / summer. The same goes for the outside BBQ and dining area. Kitchen is very well equipped, good quality furnitures for the living room with a nice sliding-door window facing the patio. I strongly recomend it for a quality vacation in Saint Tropez.

The house was in line with my expectations, as we were late in the season, we took a lot of calm (few neighbors). The house is close to the beach we could actually enjoy the sea I am satisfied with this rental.
La maison était conforme à mon attente, comme nous avons été en fin de saison, nous avons profité de beaucoup de calme (peu de voisinage).
La maison étant à proximité de la plage nous avons pu réellement profiter de la mer.
Je suis satisfait de cette location.
Spacious house, beautiful garden among the vines, beautiful space not enclosed. As mentioned in other reviews, walking access to the village is not ideal, a small section is directly on the road with no sidewalk. Garden furniture and pergola are very nice, the pool is lovely. Water too cold for us, perhaps because it is often shaded. We would recommend this house near Cassis animation while being quiet and airy.
Maison très spacieuse, beau jardin parmi les vignes, très bel espace non clôturé.
Comme mentionné dans d'autres commentaires, l'accès à pied jusqu'au village n'est pas idéal, un petit tronçon se fait directement sur la route, sans trottoir.
Les meubles de jardin et la pergola sont très agréables, la piscine est jolie. L'eau un peu trop froide pour nous, peut-être parce qu'elle est souvent ombragée.
Nous recommanderions cette maison, proche de l'animation de Cassis tout en étant calme et aérée.
The house is very spacious, surrounded by nature yet close to the sea (by car), it offers the opportunity to relax while enjoying the many beaches. The owners are lovely, very helpful and attentive. The garden is very well maintained (olive, geraniums, Bougainville, myrtle ...) and huge, the kids had plenty of room to play.
La maison est très spacieuse, située en pleine nature mais néanmoins proche de la mer (en voiture), elle offre la possibilité de se reposer tout en profitant des nombreuses plages environnantes.
Les propriétaires sont charmants, très disponibles et attentionnés. Le jardin est très bien entretenu (oliviers, géraniums, bougainvillé, myrthe...) et immense, les enfants avaient beaucoup de place pour jouer.
Warm despite the late check-in location. Pleasant environment in the country. Very nice accommodation with large spaces. The owners are very present to meet the needs of their tenants. Total satisfaction for a stay without problems in a picturesque village just 1 km 500 of the rental location. The surrounding beaches are actually located 2 km 500. In short everything is ok.

Environnement très agréable dans la campagne. Logement très agréable avec de vastes espaces. Les propriétaires sont très présents pour satisfaire aux besoins de leurs locataires. Satisfaction totale pour un séjour sans problèmes dans un village pittoresque à quelques 1 km 500 du lieu de location.
Les plages alentour étant en fait situées à 2 km 500.
En résumé tout est ok.
We only stayed two days in this location yet super well located, very nice accommodation, can eat on the terrace and storage room, good beds, free beach nearby. But the owner (just below) was that our dog was barking too (it was a dog in front, we do practically nothing saying) in fact he did not want a tenant, his daughter is in the process of dying ... People who occupied the rental we found an apartment in Cervia, they were great!
Nous ne sommes restés que 2 jours dans cette location pourtant super bien située ; logement très agréable, possibilité de manger sur la terrasse ; chambre et rangement ; bons lits ; plage libre non loin.
Mais le propriétaire (juste en dessous) trouvait que notre chien aboyait trop (c'était un chien en face, le notre ne disant pratiquement rien) ; en fait il ne voulait pas de locataire, sa fille étant en train de décéder...
Les personnes qui s'occupaient de la location nous ont trouvé un appartement à Cervia ; ils ont été supers !

A beautiful family villa in a quiet and perfectly safe. Everyone enjoyed the pool and near the sea In short, we all had a pleasant holiday in Sainte Maxime without forgetting that the sun was at the rendezvous.
Une très jolie villa familiale au calme et parfaitement sécurisée. Tout le monde a bien apprécié la piscine et la proximité de la mer. En bref, nous avons tous passé d'agréables vacances à Sainte Maxime sans oublier que le soleil était au rendez-vous.
After email contact landlord I know there are better pictures available are huge and fantastic garden, the garden can be better illustrated. As well as the master bedroom. One bedroom has 2 double beds instead of 1 double bed + bunk. The information was all rather brief on site while the house and garden are fantastic. I would further mention: Very charming (around built) house. The garden is not a 200 m2 2000 m2 but, really huge (half hill). There is a separate dining room / kitchen + TV room + living room with additional TV and extra dining area. One of the other double bedrooms have ensuite bathroom. No 'cooker' but big stove. Very large freezer. Also present: barbecue and children's toys. Only 15 minutes by car from Palau and Santa Teresa Gallura, close to many of beautiful bays and beaches.
Na e-mailcontact met verhuurder weet ik dat er nog mooiere foto's beschikbaar zijn van enorme en fantastische tuin: de tuin kan dus beter worden geillustreerd. Evenals van de masterbedroom.
Een van de slaapkamers heeft 2 tweepersoonsbedden ipv 1 tweepersoonsbed + stapelbed.
De informatie is over all nogal summier op website terwijl het huis en de tuin echt fantastisch zijn. Ik zou extra vermelden:
Zeer charmant (rond gebouwd) huis.
De tuin is geen 200 m2 maar 2000 m2, echt enorm (halve heuvel).
Er is aparte eetkamer/keuken + televisiekamer + zitkamer met extra tv en extra eethoek.
Een van de andere slaapkamers met tweepersoonsbed heeft aansluitende badkamer.
Geen 'kooktoestel' maar groot gasfornuis.
Zeer grote vriezer.
Ook aanwezig: barbecue en kinderspeelgoed.
Slechts 15 autominuten van Palau en van Santa Teresa Gallura en dichtbij tal van van mooie baaien en stranden.
Rent very well located where the center of Saint-Raphaël is accessible by a walk along the sea We had a very pleasant stay in a quiet ... The terrace is perfectly designed for eating out. Quick access to the port of Santa Lucia is very significant. WITHOUT A DOUBT RECOMMENDED

La terrasse est parfaitement conçue pour les dîners dehors.
L'accès rapide au port de Santa Lucia est très appréciable.

Scenery guaranteed in this house dome. Life is outside, in the sun, with a small beach just 150 meters from the house ... But it is small. Only downside, the distance ... It is far from everything, Sciacca is a good twenty miles and 1 village at least 5km ... But great for lovers of peace!
Dépaysement garantie dans cette maisonnette en forme de dôme. La vie se fait dehors, au soleil, avec une petite plage à peine 150 mètres de la maison... Mais elle est petite. Seul bémol, l'éloignement... On est loin de tout, Sciacca étant à une bonne vingtaine de kilomètres et le 1er village à au moins 5km... Mais super pour les amoureux du calme !
Villa very well situated for the rest, 15 minutes walk from the town center and beaches, we had a very pleasant stay without the worry of parking difficult in Cassis.
Villa très bien située pour le repos, à 15 mn à pied du centre ville et des plages, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour sans avoir les soucis du stationnement difficile dans Cassis.
