very beautiful house, very clean, very well located, well ventilated, beautiful view of the island of Dominica, very good comfort, no water cut, beautiful garden, close to super market and caterer for doing our shopping, everything what you need to welcome a baby, very nice welcome with everything you need for dinner in the evening and breakfast (very appreciable given the late time at which we arrived) finally, very welcoming and available owners. In short, this stay was nothing but happiness in this house, I will return there during my next trip to Guadeloupe and I will give the address to all my friends and acquaintances.
très belle maison, très propre, très bien placée, bien ventilée, belle vue sur l'ile de la Dominique, très bon confort, pas de coupure d'eau, beau jardin, proche de super marché et traiteur pour faire nos courses, tout ce qu'il faut pour accueillir un bébé, très bel accueil avec tout ce qu'il faut pour dîner le soir et prendre le petit déjeuner (super appréciable vu l'heure tardive à laquelle nous sommes arrivés)
pour finir, propriétaires très accueillants et disponibles. Bref, ce séjour ne fut que du bonheur dans cette maison, j'y retournerai lors de mon prochain voyage en Guadeloupe et je donnerai l'adresse à tous mes amis et connaissances.
We stayed at Villa Kazami in April 2023 for a short week. From the first contact with Dominique, everything was perfect. Dominique is a very friendly person who does everything to ensure that your preparation for your stay and your stay goes perfectly. We were able to have access, before our arrival, to a guide of the Villa which included all the necessary information (for the Villa but also tourist information).
Arriving at Villa Kazami, we discovered a real paradise. The place is very quiet and the view from the house is perfect with the sun setting over the Caribbean Sea. The Villa is surrounded by greenery which allowed us to be quiet and to see many different birds and insects (all harmless).
The Carbet and the Terrace invite contemplation and they are timeless places. The Villa is fully equipped in all rooms. Nothing is missing, really nothing (thanks for discovering the Skyjo board game ?). Inside, the temperature is pleasant thanks to the fans and the trade winds. The bedrooms are very spacious, the bathrooms offerall amenities and the living room-kitchen is very pleasant even if we spent most of our time on the terrace and in the Carbet. The decoration is neat with very pretty paintings and the house is very clean.
The swimming pool is "the icing on the cake" of this paradise. We were able to take advantage of the Villa's superb swimming pool when we returned from an excursion in order to take advantage of its freshness (relative to the outside temperature ?) and its exceptional view of the Caribbean Sea.
In addition to all this, Cédric who takes care of the concierge is a very professional person who takes care of the house and its guests perfectly.
To sum up, we had an excellent stay thanks to Dominique. Villa Kazami is an exceptional place where time stands still located in Basse Terre which deserves to be better known because it is much more natural. We would like more than anything to return to Villa Kazami during a future stay in Guadeloupe.
Nous avons séjourné à la Villa Kazami en Avril 2023 pour une petite semaine. Dès le premier contact avec Dominique, tout à été parfait. Dominique est une personne très sympathique et qui fait tout pour que votre préparation de séjour et séjour se passe d’une façon parfaite. Nous avons pu avoir accès, avant notre arrivée, à un guide de la Villa qui comprenait la totalité des informations nécessaires (pour la Villa mais également des informations touristiques).
En arrivant à la Villa Kazami, nous avons découvert un vrai paradis. Le lieu est très calme et la vue depuis la maison est parfaite avec le soleil qui se couche sur la mer des Caraïbes. La Villa est en pleine verdure ce qui nous a permis d’être au calme et d’apercevoir beaucoup d’oiseaux et insectes différents (tous inoffensifs).
Le Carbet et la Terrasse invite à la contemplation et ce sont des lieux hors du temps. La Villa est parfaitement équipée dans toutes les pièces. Il ne manque rien, vraiment rien (merci pour la découverte du jeu de société le Skyjo 😊). A l’intérieur, la température est agréable grâce aux ventilateurs et aux alizés. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, les salles de bains offrent toutes les commodités et le salon-cuisine est très agréable à vivre même si nous avons passés la plupart de notre temps sur la terrasse et dans le Carbet. La décoration est soignée avec de très jolis tableaux et la maison est très propre.
La piscine est « la cerise sur le gâteau » de ce paradis. Nous avons pu profiter de la superbe piscine de la Villa lors de nos retours d’excursion afin de profiter de sa fraicheur (relative par rapport à la température extérieure 😉) et de sa vue exceptionnelle sur la mer des Caraïbes.
En plus de tout ceci, Cédric qui s’occupe de la conciergerie est une personne très professionnelle qui s’occupe parfaitement de la maison et des hôtes de celle-ci.
Pour résumé, nous avons passés un excellent séjour grâce à Dominique. La Villa Kazami est un lieu d’exception ou le temps s’arrête située en Basse Terre qui mérite d’être plus connue car beaucoup plus nature. Nous souhaiterions plus que tout revenir à la Villa Kazami lors d’un prochain séjour en Guadeloupe.

Very pleasant location, 5 minutes from the beach of the clear grapes. The house, in very good condition, has a beautiful terrace with a magnificent sea view. All the comforts are available (swimming pool, barbecue, air conditioning) which helps to make the stay very pleasant for two couples. A big thank you to Carmen, the concierge of the villa who planned a meal for us on the evening of our arrival (due to the curfew) and who was very responsive, as was the owner. We highly recommend this rental.
Emplacement très agréable, à 5 mn de la plage des raisins clairs. La maison, en très bon état, possède une belle terrasse avec une magnifique vue mer. Tout le confort est disponible (piscine, barbecue, climatisation) qui concoure à rendre le séjour très agréable pour deux couples. Un grand merci à Carmen, la concierge de la villa qui nous a prévu un repas le soir de notre arrivée (a cause du couvre feu) et qui a été très réactive, de même que le propriétaire.
Nous recommandons très fortement cette location.

Pleasant rental. Good location. Mrs R. listens to holidaymakers and wants everything to be at its best. A few things to clarify all the same about air conditioning, access to the beach and the pool. But otherwise the rental is in keeping with the photos and the welcome gifts made us very happy because it is very nice to arrive with a nice basket of prepared fruits and other small gifts.

Very good stay in the house of Mr. P. The welcome was done by his brother, welcoming, friendly ..... The house is very well equipped, we did not expect to find so many things. Very nice environment, the inhabitants of the surrounding houses very friendly, always a nice word when they passed. We felt good at home. A rental that we recommend without hesitation. We will return in principle next year.
Très bon séjour dans la maison de Monsieur P. L'accueil s'est fait par son frère, accueillant, sympathique..... La maison est très bien équipée, on ne s'attendait pas trouver autant de choses. Très bel environnement, les habitants des maisons environnante très sympathiques, toujours un mot gentil quand ils passaient. On se sentait bien chez nous. Une location qu'on recommande sans hésitation. On y retournera en principe l'année prochaine.

What a joy to leave this cold winter for the heat of the tropics! My husband and I had an unforgettable time on this beautiful island. The villa was BEAUTIFUL with everything we needed. The infinity pool overlooking the sea, A HAPPINESS. We drink as they say here our Ti punch (local drink) in the evening with the beautiful lights of the terrace watching the sea and hearing the swell, I have tears in my eyes. What a nice stay! Mr B. is very welcoming and caring. The villa is luxurious, well located and well equipped. What more can you say, go for it! you will not regret it.
Small note: there were a lot of water cuts in Guadeloupe during our stay because of bad weather. However we did not suffer because Mr B. thought of you and had a cistern that allowed us to have access to running water at all times.

Quel bonheur de quitter ce froid hivernal pour la chaleur des tropiques! Nous avons mon mari et moi passé un moment inoubliable sur cette belle île. La villa était MAGNIFIQUE avec tout ce que nous avions besoin. La piscine à débordement vue sur mer, UN BONHEUR. Nous sirotions comme ils disent ici notre Ti punch (boisson locale) le soir avec les belles lumières de la terrasse en regardant la mer et en entendant la houle, j'en ai les larmes aux yeux. Quel beau séjour! Mr B. est très accueillant et aux petits soins. La villa est luxueuse, bien située et bien équipée. Que dire de plus, allez-y! vous ne le regretterez pas.
Petite remarque: il y avait beaucoup de coupures d'eau en Guadeloupe durant notre séjour à cause des intempéries. Cependant nous n'en avons pas souffert car Mr B. a pensé à toi et avait une citerne qui nous permettait d'avoir accès à de l'eau courante en permanence.

We spent 5 days in Villa Topaze. This house is beautiful and consistent with the photos. This is a new villa tastefully decorated and spacious. The terrace is also beautiful and very well equipped. It is ideally located on the heights of St. Francis overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Finally, the pool is also great. In short, I recommend this house in which you will have a good holiday.

We had a very nice stay in Guadeloupe! The villa was perfect for the family ... We had everything we needed for a great holiday ... dishwasher, washing machine, beach chairs, parasol, toys for children, bunk, small extra bed, towels, cooler, high chair, books on Guadeloupe, Wifi .... When we arrived late, Ms. Patricia R. made us very welcome. She explained the operation of all amenities. She is, moreover, very discreet, warm and generous. To begin our stay, she prepared us a nice basket of fruits and offered us several small surprises like local biscuits, soaps, rum, coloring book with pencils ... She took care to offer us bread, milk, juice, jam, pasta, tomato sauce to help us out on the first day. Also, one evening, she prepared us a typical meal there. The beach is not far from the villa and pretty. The pool is located upstairs with a beautiful view of the sea. It is secured by a fence so ideal with young children. Two small cars enter the parking lot. The places wereown. Thank you for everything !

La villa était parfaite pour la famille... Nous avions tout le nécessaire pour passer de belles vacances...
lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, chaises de plage, parasol, jouets pour enfants, couchette, petit lit d’appoint, serviettes, glacière, chaise haute, livres sur la Guadeloupe, Wifi.... Lors de notre arrivée tardive, Mme Patricia R. nous a très bien accueillis. Elle nous a expliqué le fonctionnement de toutes les commodités. Elle est, d’ailleurs, très discrète, chaleureuse et généreuse. Pour débuter notre séjour, elle nous a préparé un joli panier de fruits et nous a offert plusieurs petites surprises comme des biscuits locaux, savons, rhum, livre à colorier avec crayons... Elle a pris soin de nous offrir du pain, lait, jus, confiture, pâtes, sauce tomate pour nous dépanner le premier jour. Aussi, un soir, elle nous a préparé un repas typique de là-bas. La plage n’est pas très loin de la villa et jolie. La piscine est située à l’étage avec une très belle vue sur la mer. Elle est sécurisée par une clôture donc idéale avec les jeunes enfants. Deux petites voitures entrent dans le stationnement. Les lieux étaient propres.

We enjoyed spending 3 weeks in this cottage. We received a very warm welcome. The bungalow was fine there would be just a few things to fix. I recommend the cottage "villa bagatelle " very quiet, relaxing and good starting point to visit the island of Guadeloupe. Stéphanie

Super gite, the manager is really sweet and very professional. The cottage is clean and quiet very relaxing. On the other hand, there is a big problem with telephone reception. It is therefore more reachable once in the house.

My family and I stayed for about a week in the Rubis villa. The view from our terrace was breathtaking and the layout of our villa was of an indisputable taste. A faultless for us! We will come back!
