The location of the villa is excellent, 200 meters from the sea and very close to the market, bar and restaurant. The villa is spacious and comfortable both inside and outside and complete with everything. Riccardo and his family are very welcoming people and available for every need. The beaches nearby are stunning as is the sea! Wonderful holiday in every way! Highly recommended
Ottima la posizione del villino a 200 mt dal mare e vicinissimo al market, bar e ristorante. La villa è spaziosa e comoda sia all’Interno che all’esterno e completa di tutto. Riccardo e la sua famiglia sono persone molto accoglienti e disponibili per ogni necessità.

The accommodation is spacious, tidy and equipped with everything you need, both the external and internal showers are very comfortable (I hate small showers) and the airy veranda offers space for meals/games of cards or relaxation. It is in good condition. position to reach the beach and the various services such as supermarkets/fishmongers/restaurants on foot. The area also offers many beaches just a few minutes away by car even if the very long and beautiful beach of Costa Rei does not encourage the search for other beaches. Samuele is a person helpful and courteous. We spent a pleasant 2 weeks, myself, my wife and my son.
L'alloggio è spazioso in ordine e dotato di tutto il necessario, molto comode sia la doccia esterna che la doccia interna(odio le docce piccole)inoltre la ariosa veranda offre spazio per i pasti/partite a carte o relax.Si trova in buona posizione per raggiungere la spiaggia e i vari servizi come supermercati/pescheria/ristoranti a piedi.La zona offre anche molte spiagge a pochi minuti di auto anche se la lunghissima e bella spiaggia di Costa rei non invoglia la ricerca di altri lidi.Samuele è una persona disponibile e cortese.Abbiamo trascorso 2 settimane piacevoli io mia moglie e mio figlio.
The apartment is really nice, spacious and well kept. Carmen and her husband were very helpful and hospitable. In addition to what is described in the announcement, we also found umbrellas and chairs for the beach, water in the fridge and coffee capsules! We had a really good time.
L'appartamento é veramente carino, spazioso e ben tenuto. Carmen e suo marito sono stati molto disponibili e ospitali. Oltre a quanto descritto nell'annuncio, abbiamo trovato anche ombrellone e seggioline per la spiaggia, acqua in frigo e capsule per il caffè! Ci siamo trovati veramente bene.

We were met at the airport by Idelma and Adriano who accompanied us to the house despite the late hour. They are exceptional hosts, kind and uncommonly responsive. The house with a terrace and a beautiful garden is very pleasant, 10 minutes walk from a pretty beach. VILLASIMIUS is 15 minutes by car, otherwise the nearest village is Torre di stelle 5 minutes by car with shops, bars and an equipped beach. Nous avons été accueillis à l'aéroport oar Idelma et Adriano qui nous ont accompagné jusqu'à la maison malgré l'heure tardive. Ce sont des hôtes exceptionnels, gentils et d'une réactivité peu commune. La maison dotée d'une terrasse et d'un beau jardin est très agréable, à 10 minutes à pieds d'une jolie plage. VILLASIMIUS est à 15 minutes en voiture, sinon le village le plus proche est Torre di stelle à 5 minutes en voiture avec commerces, bars et plage aménagée. Nous avons passé une agréable semaine et merci encore à Idelma et Adriano.

The apartment is ideal for a holiday in this part of Sardinia. The bedrooms are large, the kitchen is well equipped and the outdoor terrace with sea view is wonderful. The location is strategic as, by walking along the internal road in a few minutes (therefore without crossing the provincial road), you reach the first of the enchanting beaches of Chia which are all reachable with a beautiful walk. The owner is very kind and the exchange of information is always complete and fast. Highly recommended.

Le camere da letto sono ampie, la cucina è ben dotata e la terrazza esterna con vista mare è meravigliosa.
La posizione è strategica in quanto, percorrendo in pochi minuti a piedi la stradina interna (quindi senza attraversare la provinciale), si giunge alla prima delle incantevoli spiagge di Chia che sono tutte raggiungibili con una bellissima passeggiata.
La proprietaria è molto gentile e i lo scambio di informazioni sempre completo e veloce.

We were pleasantly surprised. Everything super clean. Everything available. Well equipped kitchen. Even soap, dish soap, sponge, cleaning material and more. You were even allowed to use beach chairs, chairs, umbrellas and the like. Nice contact. Good explanation / handover on site. Close to the beach. In a calm neighborhood. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich um die Ecke Mt allem was man braucht und frisch. Grosser Garten für unsere Kids. Gedeckten Platz und grosser Tisch. Mückengitter waren vorhanden. Wir konnten gern wieder.
The house is located in a strategic area to visit the southern coast of Sardinia. Idelma and Adriano are wonderful people who with their kindness made us feel at home.The house is clean and has all the comforts to make the holiday perfect , from linen to beach equipment and even coal for the barbeque, nothing was missing.Thank you again we will definitely see you again.
La casa si trova in una zona strategica x visitare la costa del sud della Sardegna .Idelma e Adriano sono delle persone meravigliose che con la loro gentilezza ci hanno fatto sentire in famiglia.La casa è pulita e ha tutti i comfort x rendere la vacanza perfetta ,dalla biancheria all'attrezzatura da spiaggia e perfino il carbone x il barbeque ,non mancava proprio nulla.Grazie ancora ci rivedremo sicuramente.

Abbiamo soggiornato 12 giorni in questa bellissima casetta a 250 metri dal mare con tutti i confort spaziosa e con un giardino su 3 lati una bella veranda dove pranzare o cenare posto auto privato. We had a great time, Mr. Martial is a very cordial and very helpful person. Complete flexibility on arrival and departure times. The apartment is one of the most complete and stocked we have ever found, very clean and nothing is really missing. The location is very convenient both to go to the town center and to reach the main ones beaches. Highly recommended!

Excellent value for money, very kind owner, welcoming and helpful, house stocked with everything and very well furnished. The garden is very enjoyable and the distance from the sea is not too much, you can go down on foot without effort, then the return with the climb is a bit more tiring. However, we suggest the car to visit all the beautiful beaches and enjoy the splendid sea of Costa Rei. Parking in front of the house, on the street, has never been a problem despite the week of August. The extreme heat this year was acceptable, even in the absence of air conditioning, because the house is cool and equipped with fans. Thank you ! Guests from Monza 2022
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo , proprietaria gentilissima, accogliente e disponibile, casa rifornita di tutto e molto ben arredata. Il giardino è godibilissimo e la distanza dal mare non troppa, si può scendere a piedi senza fatica, poi il rientro con la salita è un po’ più faticoso. Suggeriamo comunque l’auto per visitare tutte le bellissime spiagge e godere dello splendido mare di Costa Rei. Il parcheggio davanti casa, su strada, nonostante la settimana di ferragosto non è mai stato un problema. Il caldo pesantissimo di quest’anno è stato accettabile , anche in assenza di aria condizionata, perché la casa è fresca e dotata di ventilatori. Grazie ! Ospiti da Monza 2022
I stayed in this terraced house with my family, wife and two children. We had a great time, everything corresponds as described, the outdoor terrace, the outdoor hot shower, air conditioning and the parking space are very comfortable. It is really 300 meters from the sea where you can choose whether to go to the free beach or to a paid lido. Thanks a lot to Mr. Samuel.
Ho soggiornato in questa villetta a schiera con la mia famiglia, moglie e due bambini . Ci siamo trovati benissimo, corrisponde tutto come da descrizione, molto comoda la terrazza esterna ,la doccia calda esterna ,climatizzatore e il posto auto. È veramente a 300 metri dal mare dove si può scegliere se andare nella spiaggia libera o in un lido a pagamento . Grazie mille al sig. Samuele .
