The property is very clean and organised. The pool was great and clean. Close to Lisbon and the branches with Uber are 5-10 minutes drive against minimum costs. The owners were very nice, available and very customer friendly. I dearly recommend this property to families. I can assure you will have a great time!!!
We were 10 people that rented Villa Jaune in October 2014. The house absolutely did the job, a great kitchen with all necessary facilities, a living room with plenty of space for everybody to eat, great sleeping rooms and bathrooms. The pool was maybe not the biggest one but it worked alright and the outside garden kitchen was the obvious place every night to end up the day. All of us were equally pleased with the week and with the house and can warmly recommend this property
As advertised, it was clean and suitable for the 5 of us. Very well located accommodation. The owners are understanding (arrived late following a flight delay), pleasant and available. We had a very good stay.
Conforme à l'annonce, c'était propre et adapté pour nous 5. Logement très bien situé. Les propriétaires sont compréhensifs (arrivé tardivement suite à un retard de vol) , agréables et disponibles. Nous avons passés un très bon séjours.
rare rental with swimming pool at this price. You have to take the car for everything but we had peace and the swimming pool. Everyone has their own choices! The little extra would be the heated swimming pool.

Pleasant stay in Lisbon, first time in Portugal. Housing conforms to the description, sheets plus towels plus end of stay cleaning included in the price. Arrival in line with our flight from Paris. 4 stations from the airport. Perfectly clean when we arrived. Fairly calm and quiet. Bus very close and metro 10 mins walk away: easy access to visit Lisbon and its surroundings (Cascais, Sintra...). Also easy to do your shopping with the bus if not conveyed. Good communication with the owner.

Logement conforme au descriptif, draps plus serviettes plus ménage de fin de séjour compris dans le tarif. Arrivée en adéquation avec notre vol de Paris. A 4 stations de l'aéroport. Parfait état de propreté à notre arrivée. Assez calme et tranquille. Bus très proche et métro à 10 mn à pieds : accès facile pour visiter Lisbonne et ses environs (Cascais, Sintra...). Facile également de faire ses courses avec le bus si non véhiculé.
Bonne communication avec le propriétaire.
Very quiet place and close to all amenities, shopping center, metro bus. Only downside lock problem, very complicated to open or close with the key, sometimes even the key got stuck.
Endroit très calme et à proximité de toutes commodités, centre commercial, bus métro.
Seul bémol problème de serrure, très compliqué d'ouvrir ou fermer avec la clef, parfois même la clef restait coincée.
Superb location close to all amenities (bus, shops) Owners are lovely, binders for sights to see and transportation. I highly recommend and will rent this rental again.

Nous avons bien aimé la maison "Casa Lisboa Beach" avec nos 2 enfants de 11 et 14 ans. super sound : - le calme - autant que c'est bien facile pour prendre les 2 ferries jusqu'à Lisboa centre/Belem - la maison agréable et bien décorée, assez grande pour 4 personnes - la piscine (surtout quand le temps est plus beau) - la gentillesse de mr. Fernando, Mme Irène et Mme Carla - qui nous a rendu un objet oublié - la flexibilité dans le planning C'est vrai qu'une voiture est agréable car la plage est à peu près 3 km plus loin, et la route n'est pas bien prévu pour des piétons ou des cyclistes.

It was very nice there. Well-kept, clean and everything available, such as washing machine, dishwasher, etc. The landlord Maria was very friendly. Maria speaks good English. We can only recommend it and would be happy to come back.
Es war sehr schön dort. Gepflegt, sauber und alles vorhanden, wie Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler usw.. Die Vermieter Maria war sehr freundlich. Maria spricht gut englisch. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.
A very warm welcome from Maria and José who know how to be available throughout the stay. Ideal house for welcoming our whole family where everyone could appreciate all the facilities (summer kitchen, games room, swimming pool, ...) clean and in perfect working order. Ok and very nice apartment where we had a very good stay, in a very quiet place to rest and especially well located to enjoy Lisbon because 5 minutes from the metro. In addition, it is very easy to park near the apartment at any time of day, and the apartment is located 5 minutes walk from a shopping center and restaurants. And we thank Mr. Miranda for his friendliness and hospitality.
Appartement correct et très agréable où nous avons passé un très bon séjour, dans un cadre très calme pour se reposer et surtout bien situé pour profiter de Lisbonne car à 5mn du métro.
De plus, il est très facile de se garer à proximité de l'appartement à toutes heures de la journée, et l'appartement est situé à 5mn à pied d'un centre commercial et restaurants.
Et nous remercions M. Miranda pour sa convivialité et son accueil.
