The location of the residence from the city center and shops is more than satisfactory. The proximity of the beach and the apartment on the ground floor is an advantage especially with a young child, no stairs to climb, no roads to cross to get to the sand and the sea, in short, a true happiness for our son! An undeniable value, very friendly owners, if you go to Villers sur Mer, book early this apartment!!

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cet appartement extrêmement propre, à la décoration soignée et d'un goût exquis et aux équipements plus que complets.
La situation géographique de la résidence par rapport au centre ville et aux commerces est plus que satisfaisante.
La proximité de la plage et l'appartement au rez-de-chaussée est un atout surtout avec un jeune enfant : pas d'escalier à monter, pas de route à traverser pour accéder au sable et à la mer, bref, un vrai bonheur pour notre fils !!
Un rapport qualité-prix indéniable, des propriétaires très sympathiques, si vous devez aller à Villers sur Mer, réservez vite cet appartement !!!!
Very nice location, tastefully decorated and very clean. Perfect throw from the beach location, which takes full advantage of the sea at any time of the day. Downtown within easy walking distance. A bus stop very close ( "Norman Residences ") provides fast access to sites Cabourg, Deauville-Trouville (the station) and Honfleur. Exceptional holiday largely due to the location of the rental.
Location extrêmement agréable, décorée avec goût et très propre. Situation idéale à deux pas de la plage, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement de la mer à toute heure de la journée. Centre-ville accessible facilement à pied. Un arrêt de bus très proche ("Résidences normandes") permet de rejoindre rapidement les sites de Cabourg, Deauville-Trouville (dont la gare) et Honfleur. Vacances exceptionnelles largement dues à l'emplacement de la location.

Dans une allée piétonne, c'est une petite maison de pêcheur rénovée par le propriétaire, le rez de chaussée est petit à quatre, les chambres sont accessibles par un escalier étroit et haut mais elles ont pour chacune la salle d'eau et un wc, et c'est très propre.
En cas de problème la propriétaire est très serviable, mais en fin de séjour l'examen final de la sœur de mme Malécot a été terrible, attention donc au ménage car il faut récupérer la caution.
Un avantage certain c'est situé près du casino et de la plage mais la place est restreinte
