The Mini Villa is surrounded by olive and pine trees, has a private garden of 40 sqm, closed and equipped with deckchairs, parasol and stone BBQ, with a terrace of 12sqm from which you can enjoy a wonderful sea view over the bay of St. Cyprien.
Reserved parking in front of the garden gate and next to an additional relaxation area.
In the bedroom there is a large double bed, a ceiling fan and a built-in wardrobe; in the living room there is a convenient csofa bed (for 2 guests), TV and a second wardrobe.
The kitchen is equipped with plates, glasses, cutlery and crockery for more than 4 people. There is also coffee machines (moka and French), toaster, kettle, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator + freezer.
In the bathroom with shower and shower, there is a washing machine.

Getting there
From the roundabout to the village of Sant Cyprien, continue towards Pinarello for almost 2 km. In front of "Country Horse" on the left, there is the sign for Residence I Caselli, follow the signs and after a few meters turn right to enter the private road of the residence.
Follow the unique direction and before a large gate turn right again -uphill- a few tens of meters and you arrive at the reserved parking Nr. 12 located in front of the minivilla.
