Rental at the top, we enjoyed a very nice family holiday in this cottage. Thank you very much, I highly recommend it. Access to the trails and downtown very easy either on foot or with shuttles.

Spacious and well equipped chalet. Near the cable car and the center. The welcome by the person in charge of receiving us perfect and pleasant. Perfect for all my family. We will come back if we can and without problem.

Large and comfortable rental on 3 levels. The lower floor is less well equipped. The view is superb but a car is essential to access the shops and ski lifts.

Thank you to Mrs. Tochon for her welcome. The cottage is clean and the view is beautiful. Too bad there is carpet in children's rooms. May be a future idea of ??work to predict.

Beautiful family cottage! Very well thought. We were 14 people and we had plenty of room. 4 toilets / 4 bathrooms. Very good bedding! Bunk beds provided for children. A bit narrow for adults. The dining table may be a fair bit for 14 people but you can extend it with a side table. It is essential to be equipped with chain in case of snow but the snow plow still clears the way regularly. We recommend this cottage!

Lits superposés prévu pour des enfants. Un peu étroit pour des adultes.
La table à manger peut-être un peu juste pour 14 personnes mais on peut la rallonger avec une table d’appoint.
Il est essentiel d’être équipé de chaîne en cas de neige mais le chasse-neige dégage tout de même le chemin régulièrement.
Nous recommandons ce chalet!
Very comfortable chalet, he deserves to be renovated (furniture, mattresses). Very well stocked for kitchen equipment, lack stemware to accompany the wines. The owner is available by phone or mail, and most accomodating. Very good exposure of the cottage balcony is in full sun. We had a great week in the sun and snow.
Chalet très confortable, il mériterait d'être rénové (salon, matelas). Très bien achalandé pour le matériel cuisine, manque des verres à pied pour accompagner des bons vins. La propriétaire est très disponible au téléphone ou par mail et très arrangeante. Très bonne exposition du chalet le balcon est en plein soleil. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine sous le soleil et avec de la neige.
beautiful old cottage, some beds for that matter, to accommodate 15 people is great with dishes galore (this is the first time we have it), three floors with very nice bathroom, in all very beautiful location. We regret that circumstances may a far from downtown and an evening shuttle stops at 18h and little parking downtown. For skiers it's perfect, a shuttle every 30 minutes, or you can park at the parking Prodains with 7 minutes euros a day and thank you to the person who is receiving as nice
beau chalet ancien, certain lits aussi d'ailleurs, pour loger 15 personnes c'est super avec une vaisselle à profusion (c'est la première fois que nous avons ça ), trois étages très pratique avec de belles salle de bain, dans l'ensemble très belle location. On regrette ça situation un peut loin du centre ville, surtout le soir les navettes s’arrête à 18h et peu de parking au centre ville. Pour les skieurs c'est parfait, une navette toutes les 30 mn, ou vous pouvez vous garer au prodains avec un parking à 7 minutes à euros la journée et merci à la personne qui fait la réception car très agréable

Very nice chalet. Well designed, new, comfortable. Beautiful view of Mont Blanc, far enough from the main road, but close to the town center and shops. A TV in every room, although not significant when the same desires of programs! The owner is welcoming and friendly and available when you need help or advice. Appreciated! Good quality / price ratio. A wonderful place with confidence.

Une TV dans chaque chambre, bien appréciable quand on a pas les mêmes envies de programmes !
Le propriétaire est accueillant et sympathique et disponible quand on a besoin d'aide ou d'un conseil. Très appréciable !

Lovely chalet and conform to the description. Two large bedrooms and full of small rooms (height) under the roof. Ideal for a family or a group of friends who are not afraid of this promiscuity under the roof. Chalet with beautiful views and well equipped. Very good quality / price ratio except cleaning fee which is higher in summer (understandable for the winter with the snow). Quiet. In spring, the shops are located in Grand Bornand not very far away. All right.
Chalet agréable et conforme à la description. Deux grandes chambres et plein de petites chambres (hauteur) sous le toit. Idéal pour une famille ou pour un groupe d'amis n'ayant pas peur de cette promiscuité sous le toit. Chalet avec très belle vue et bien équipé. Très bon rapport qualité/prix excepté le forfait ménage qui est élevé en été (compréhensible pour l'hiver avec la neige). Au calme. Au printemps, les commerces sont situés au Grand Bornand donc pas très loin en voiture. Très bien.

Lovely house, beautiful combination of atmosphere and practical, nice bathrooms and enough ovens to cook for 14 people. Nice terrace in the sun. approximately 5 to 10 min walk from the bus to the lifts. The bus only comes every half hour. There were 2 beds not very top, all in all a wonderful holiday!
Heerlijk huis, mooie combinatie van sfeer en praktisch, lekker badkamers en voldoende ovens om te koken voor 14 mensen.
Mooi terras in de zon. ongeveer 5 a 10 min. lopen van de bushalte naar de liften. De bus komt maar om het half uur.
Verder waren er 2 bedden niet heel top, al met al een heerlijke vakantie gehad!
For twenty years I rented this cottage was my best good surprise. Nothing was missing. The owner was charming and accommondant. The accommodation is perfect, pretty, nice and has every comfort.
Depuis vingt ans que je loue, ce chalet a été ma meilleure bonne surprise. Rien n'y manquait. Le propriétaire a été accommondant et charmant. L'hébergement est parfait, joli, agréable et comporte tout le confort souhaité.
The view of the Mont Blanc alone could be worth of satisfaction. But the quality of services in this brand new chalet and really neat in detail to comfortably accommodate its guests both during the day (great ski and unfrequented stations compared to better known) in the evening (sofas, armchairs, all hi-fi/vidéo necessary ...), definitely add more drives us to rebook for this winter 2006 chalet. Besides the owner, yet close, never comes prevail if it is to lend us raclette or logs for the fire ... A real vacation.
La vue sur le Mont Blanc pourrait valoir à elle seule motif de satisfaction. Mais la qualité des prestations dans ce châlet tout neuf et vraiment soigné dans le détail pour recevoir confortablement ses hôtes, tant en journée (domaine skiable grand et peu fréquenté par rapport aux stations mieux connues) qu'en soirée (canapés, fauteuils, toute la hi-fi/vidéo nécessaire...), ajoute indéniablement un plus qui nous pousse à relouer pour l'hiver 2006 ce châlet. Sans compter que le propriétaire, pourtant voisin, ne vient jamais s'imposer si ce n'est pour nous prêter appareils à raclette ou bûches pour le feu... De vraies vacances.
