Very pleasant cottage, well equipped, clean and very well located for the various activities around. Gérard is very welcoming and really very friendly. Hello, We were very well received by Gérard who is a very friendly host, attentive and always present when needed. The chalet is simply magnificent, very functional, nothing is missing, the little extra: a wood stove lit by Gérard before our arrival and the big plus, a hot Nordic bath as soon as we arrived, we loved it. All surrounded by greenery, forest and beautiful places to walk and relax. A real corner of paradise! Thank you again for all. Angelique, Anthony and Leo.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Gérard qui est un hôte très sympathique, à l'écoute et toujours présent en cas de besoin.
Le chalet est tout simplement magnifique, très fonctionnel il ne manque rien, le petit plus : un poêle à bois allumé par Gérard avant notre arrivée et le grand plus, un bain nordique bien chaud dès notre arrivée, nous avons adoré.
Le tout entouré de verdure, forêt et de très beaux endroits pour se balader et se ressourcer.
Un vrai coin de paradis !

We had a wonderful stay in the middle of nature, forest and snow. Gérard and his wife are very welcoming hosts and full of good advice. We greatly appreciated the calm and the evenings by the fireside with this magnificent view over the lower part of the forest. The long walks will be missed. But we will be back! Very nice chalet, quiet location and good base for walks. The chalet itself is well equipped with materials (kitchen, bed linen, ....) and is child-friendly. There is also material provided for a Baby (cot, bouncer, changing table, etc...) Kindly received by the owner. Highly recommended!
Heel mooie chalet, rustig gelegen en goeie uitvalbasis om wandelingen te maken.
De chalet zelf is goed voorzien van materiaal (keuken, beddengoed, ....) en is kindvriendelijk. Er is ook materiaal voorzien voor een Baby (bedje, wipper, verzorgingstafel, etc...)

We spent an intoxicating week in this natural setting offered by Gérard and Claudie's gîte. The cottage is ideally located and is the starting point for unforgettable walks. The view from the terrace is sublime! The cottage is very pleasant, very clean and functional. Nothing is missing and everything is done to feel good. (many guides and books on the region, botany, top top children's books). Gérard is a wonderful man, generous, benevolent and full of sensitivity. He is passionate about nature who is committed to sharing his love of his beautiful region with you and making your stay an unforgettable experience! It was really a superb family vacation that will mark us for a long time! And what about the wood-fired spa under a radiant moon, listening to the crackling fire and the murmurs of animals! Magical! We will happily return!

Le gîte est idéalement placé et est le point de départ de ballades innoubliables.
La vue depuis la terrasse est sublime!
Le gîte est très agréable, très propre et fonctionnel. Il ne manque rien et tout est fait pour s'y sentir bien. (nombreux guides et ouvrages sur la région, botanique, livres pour enfants top top).
Gérard est un homme merveilleux, généreux, bienveillant et plein de sensibilité. C'est un passionné de nature qui a à coeur de vous faire partager son amour de sa belle région et faire de votre séjour une expérience inoubliable!
Ce furent vraiment de superbes vacances en famille qui nous marqueront longtemps! Et que dire du spa au feu de bois sous une lune rayonnante, à ecouter le feu crépiter et les murmures des animaux! Magique!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Le gîte est très agréable et conforme à la description. C'est vraiment une location "tout compris" et Gérard est là pour pallier tout problème qui pourrait se présenter et vous aider dans votre recherche de randonnées. Ideal cottage for 6 people with its 3 independent bedrooms. Really well equipped to feel like at home. Gérard who lives next door takes great care of his guests. Advice, sharing, warming up the Nordic bath ... you won't go wanting.
Gite idéal pour 6 personnes avec ses 3 chambres indépendantes. Vraiment bien équipé pour se sentir comme à la maison. Gérard qui habite juste à côté est au petit soin pour ses hôtes. Conseils, partages, préchauffage du bain nordique.... vous ne manquerez de rien.

Superb week spent at Gérard's gîte. Owner very welcoming, warm, considerate, heart in hand, full of good advice. Cottage conforms to the description, functional, nothing is missing. Great evening show with the animals. Not to mention Claudine's good advice on mushroom picking and hiking.

Magnificent Gîte, that of Monsieur F., really a very beautiful High-end chalet, inside everything is beautiful, very nicely furnished, it looks like everything is new! And of rare cleanliness ..! So exceptional comfort, rarely encountered. This cottage is ideally located, in lush greenery, in a luxuriant nature .. a breathtaking view from the chalet terrace and from all the windows .. An "Olympian " calm reigns around this magnificent gîte .. greenery as far as the eye can see, surrounded by magnificent fir forests .. The owner is an exquisite person! .. adorable person, always smiling, outgoing, and of a very easy contact. We left this rental regretfully, our stay was so pleasant and relaxing .. A very good address, which I will recommend to all my friends ..
Magnifique Gîte , que celui de Monsieur F., vraiment un très beau chalet Haut de Gamme, à l' intérieur tout est beau, très joliment meublé, on dirait que tout est neuf! Et d'une propreté rare..!
Donc un confort exceptionnel, rarement rencontré..
Ce gîte est idéalement situé, dans un écrin de verdure, au sein d'une nature Luxuriante..une vue à couper le souffle de la terrasse du chalet et de toutes les fenêtres..Un calme "olympien" règne autour de ce magnifique gîte..de la verdure à perte de vue, entourée de magnifiques forêts de sapins..Le propriétaire est une personne exquise!..adorable personne, toujours souriant, avenant, et d'un contact très facile.Nous avons quitté cette location à regret, tellement notre séjour y fut agréable et reposant..Une très bonne adresse, que je recommanderai à tous mes amis..

Excellent stay, warm welcome from Gérard who takes care of his tenants (the bottle of crémant in the fridge much appreciated to start a good holiday!). Magnificent view of the pine forest, friendly setting, super equipped cottage as described in the advertisement, outdoor and indoor games available, well-stocked library with many guides, not to mention the Finnish bath, very pleasant after walks in this beautiful region of the Vosges. Completely satisfied with our stay with our grandchildren.

Excellent séjour, chaleureux accueil de Gérard qui est aux petits soins pour ses locataires (la bouteille de crémant dans le frigo très appréciée pour bien commencer de bonnes vacances !). Vue magnifique sur forêt de sapins , cadre sympathique, gite super équipé comme décrit dans l'annonce, jeux extérieurs et intérieurs à disposition, bibliothèque bien garnie avec de nombreux guides, sans oublier le bain finlandais, très agréable après les ballades dans cette belle région des Vosges.
Entièrement satisfaits de notre séjour avec nos petits-enfants.

Well nothing wrong is the second year that we go in this house. The setting and very friendly, the owners are more than charming and know very well the region, gastronomy, walks finally anything that can be useful for a good holiday. We will return!

Cottage to book with your eyes closed! Located in the heart of nature, we were able to enjoy the slaughter of deer at dusk (September). Several walks start from the cottage, and in a few minutes by car, you reach new departures to beautiful places. Gerard is very good advice, do not hesitate to ask him. The cottage offers everything you could need for a great stay: fully equipped kitchen, bedding very comfortable, open fire much appreciated, large fridge, plenty of storage space, library rich in books on nature (very popular with children and parents), ... The outdoors allows children to let off steam, enjoy the swings and slide, while parents enjoy the hot bath, barbecue and deckchairs. Small plus non negligible: bed linen and towels provided, final cleaning included in the price. Thanks to Gerard for his many small touches (we will say no more, to you to discover)!
Gîte à réserver les yeux fermés! Situé en pleine nature, nous avons pu profiter du brame des cerfs le soir tombé (septembre). Plusieurs promenades partent du gîte, et en quelques minutes en voiture, vous atteignez de nouveaux départs vers des endroits magnifiques. Gérard est de très bon conseil, n'hésitez pas à lui en demander. Le gîte vous offre tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour passer un excellent séjour: cuisine hyper équipée, literie très confortable, feu ouvert fort apprécié, grand frigo, nombreux espaces de rangements, bibliothèque riche en livres sur la nature (très appréciés des enfants et parents), ... L'extérieur permet aux enfants de se défouler, de profiter des balançoires et toboggan, pendant que les parents profitent du bain chaud, du barbecue et des transats. Petit plus non négligeable: linge de lit et serviettes fournis, nettoyage final compris dans le prix. Merci à Gérard pour ses nombreuses petites attentions (nous n'en dirons pas plus, à vous de les découvrir)!

Location near shops (3 minutes by car) but being far enough and in a very quiet valley, with very little neighborhood.
Full of hiking and walking (on foot or mountain bike) nearby (100m from the rental or 1/2 hour drive), that your host will be happy to present, documentation and maps IGN in support .
Do not want to move: the Nordic bath is a treat not to neglect !!

And icing on the cake, all the nonsense that we forget to take away or buy (paper towels, salt pepper, pebbles for the dishwasher, oil ....) were available on site.
In short, a great stay in a great setting!
Location à proximité des commerces (3 minutes de voiture) mais en en étant suffisamment éloignée et dans une vallée très tranquille, avec très peu de voisinage.
Pleins de randonnées et de promenade (à pied ou en VTT) à proximité (à 100m de la location ou à 1/2 heure de voiture), que votre hôte se fera un plaisir de vous présenter, documentation et cartes IGN à l'appui.
Pas envie de bouger: le bain nordique est un régal à ne pas négliger !!
Accueil super sympa de la part de Mr. F. et son épouse.
Et cerise sur le gâteau, toutes les âneries que l'on oublie d'emporter ou d'acheter (essuie-tout, sel poivre, galets pour le lave-vaisselle, huile....) étaient dispos sur place.
Bref, un super séjour dans un super cadre !
