The villa accomodates up to 6 people in the old town of Saõ Martinho do Porto. The master bedroom has a double bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has two double beds and private bathroom. The villa has a shaded terrace with BBQ, a roof terrace with bay view and a garden with garden furniture. A fully equipped kitchen with oven and dish washer, a dining place and a living room with TV set and wifi internet. Car parking in the street available. The beach is only a short walk away. Public elevator easy to access. Bakery, market, butcher reachable by foot. Laundry machine available on request..Distance to the beach : walk to the elevator and arrive at the beach level.

We ask 175 euros for meet and greet , cleaning on arrival and departure, we asked to phone one hour before you arrive so we can be there to give you the keys and all the explanation you need. We can provide sheets and towels at 15 euro a set a person.

The house location in the center of Sao Martinho provides easy access to a child friendly beach and all kind of restaurants along the seaside. You use the public elevator to arrive at sealevel. Distance from the house to the elevator 100m. You can also walk through the old center of Sao Martinho to the seasight, 4 to 5 min, about 200 m. Within a 20 min ride you can visit Nazaré, Alcobaça, Obidos, etc. From Lisboa airport you can take the rede expressos bus or you can rent a car, about 1h drive. Please do not hesitate to contact me for any other info.

by bus : direct bus line from/to Lissabon: rede expressos
by air : from the Lisboa airport: you can take the taxi(+-10 euros) to lisboa sete rios busterminal, redexpressosbus to Sao Martinho Do Porto or Caldas Da Rainha (+- 12 euros a person). Bus arrives at Intermarche in Sao Martinho Do Porto, from there you walk 10 min to Rua Norte.
