The owner (Mr. Filipe) was always very efficient in responding to questions asked, as well as throughout the entire rental process. D. Fernanda, who welcomed us in São Martinho to hand over the keys, was also always very helpful and friendly, always available for any support we needed.
The only less positive point is Saturday nights in high season, when you can hear the sound of live music at night, coming from the cafe next door, but as it is only on Saturday night it is tolerated well, and we ended up going to watch the band that was playing perform, which ended up not being a problem.
Very quiet beach and location with calm sea and good food, I recommend it!
Shaded terrace, which is a plus during a summer rental.

Regarding the terrace, the table and chairs deserve to be replaced, the umbrella was not there, only the base so much to say that outdoor meals are difficult except in the evening.
The barbecue is allowed but no material provided, too bad, would be a real plus for this rental.
Otherwise this apartment is very well located and the owners are relatively available.
Sao Martinho do Porto is a nice town and the beach is ideal for children, very few waves.

It is sometimes difficult to manage the exits and entrances of tenants and in high season also the beds are not always made. In addition, the linen being paid some tenants prefer to take theirs.
Il est parfois difficile de gérer les sorties et entrées de locataires et ce en haute saison aussi les lits ne sont pas toujours faits. Par ailleurs le linge étant payant certains locataires préfèrent prendre le leur.
