The house offers enough space for a family, is very well maintained and has a beautiful outdoor space. The footpath to the sea leads directly into a small bay. Thanks to the air conditioning in the bedrooms, the nights are pleasant. Because the mosquitoes don't allow windows to be open. The managers of the house are very nice and uncomplicated. Shopping options, including organic ones, can be found in nearby Porto Vecchio.
Das Haus bietet gut Platz für eine Familie, ist sehr gepflegt und hat eine schöne Aussenplatzgestaltung. Der Fussweg ans Meer führt direkt in eine kleine Bucht. Dank der Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern, sind die Nächte angenehm. Denn die Mücken lassen geöffnete Fenster nicht zu.
Die Verwalter des Hauses sind sehr nett und unkompliziert.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, auch Bio, sind im nahen Porto Vecchio zu finden.
The villa is ideally located, close to the most beautiful beaches and Porto Vecchio. The residence's swimming pool and tennis court are a plus. It should be noted that the equipment is of good quality as well as the bedding. The welcome on site is warm and efficient. Very good stay for which we keep an excellent memory.
La villa est idéalement située, proche des plus belles plages et de Porto Vecchio. La piscine et le tennis de la résidence sont un plus appréciable.

Very nice house, clean and cared for in every detail. Equipped with everything! Fantastic location, the beach so close you can hear the sea. The outdoor space is truly remarkable! Privacy and total peace. The beach is excellent for children because the seabed is very shallow. The main services can be reached on foot and Porto Vecchio is 10 minutes away by car. Highly recommended!
Casa molto bella, pulita e curata in ogni dettaglio. Fornita di tutto! Posizione fantastica, la spiaggia talmente vicina da sentire il mare. Lo spazio esterno è davvero notevole! Privacy e pace totale. La spiaggia è ottima per i bambini perché il fondale è molto basso. A piedi si raggiungono i principali servizi e Porto Vecchio è a 10 minuti di macchina. Consigliatissima!
We have nothing but compliments to give about this rental: Impeccable house, in new condition, comfortable, with neat decor, perfectly matching the description. The garden is charming, very pleasant in the evening with its night lighting and of course during the day, since the house is located just a few steps from the beautiful bay of Santa Giulia in a place where the beach is reserved for bathers. Ideal for spending a family holiday with children. We appreciated the proximity of the convenience store as well as that of the activities offered in the bay and the fact that the house is located in a private residence. Very great kindness of the owners whom we warmly thank for these wonderful moments spent in this little corner of paradise!
Nous n'avons que des compliments à faire à propos de cette location : Maison impeccable, à l'état neuf, confortable, au décor soigné, correspondant parfaitement au descriptif. Le jardin est charmant, très agréable en soirée avec son éclairage nocturne et bien sûr en journée, puisque la maison est située à seulement quelques pas de la magnifique baie de Santa Giulia dans un endroit où la plage est réservée aux baigneurs. Idéale pour passer des vacances en famille avec enfants. Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la superette ainsi que celle des activités proposées dans la baie et le fait que la maison soit située dans une résidence privée. Très grande amabilité des propriétaires que nous remercions vivement pour ces merveilleux moments passés dans ce petit coin de paradis !
For only 2 couples we are very satisfied with the whole. The parental bed with bath and toilet is very good for a couple. By cons beds of the other 2 rooms are not easy for couples: sofa bed in room too small, impossible to go around. As for the 3rd room the bed 1 person is good but impossible to gather the bed below to make a double bed for a couple. 2nd bathroom with toilet very well too.
Pour seulement 2 couples nous sommes très satisfaits de l'ensemble. Le couchage parental avec salle de bain et WC est très bien pour un couple. Par contre les couchages des 2 autres chambres ne sont pas faciles pour des couples: canapé-lit dans chambre trop petite, impossible de faire le tour. Quant à la 3ème chambre le lit 1 personne est bien mais impossible de rassembler le lit du dessous pour en faire un couchage double pour un couple. 2ème salle de bain avec WC très bien aussi.
Pleasant surprise arriving on site: even better than the description and photos. Very comfortable house in an idyllic, spacious, tasteful decoration. Varied and complete equipment, nothing is missing, quality crockery and glassware, branded appliances, beautiful outdoor equipment, and icing on the cake ... the beach at 50 m walk! The only downside: A / C in the rooms would be welcome.

Maison très confortable dans un cadre idyllique, spacieuse, décoration de bon goût. Équipement varié et complet, rien ne manque, vaisselle et verrerie de qualité, appareils ménagers de marque, bel équipement extérieur, et cerise sur le gâteau ... la plage à 50 m à pied !
Le seul petit bémol : une clim dans les chambres serait la bienvenue.
Positive, very nice place and home. The owners of the adjacent houses are pleasant and friendly. For those who have a boat in the back as in my case very useful the private gavitello for mooring in front of the house.

Rental quite consistent with the description. The house is very bright and very well equipped. We had a wonderful week just meters from the beach! We will definitely be back next year!
Location tout à fait conforme à la description. La maison est très claire et très bien équipée. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine à quelques mètres de la plage ! Nous reviendrons certainement l'année prochaine !
Beautiful vacation home. Everything is there for a pleasant stay. We were 2 couples and 2 bathrooms are really great. the kitchen equipment as well. The beds perfect. The beautifully lit and terrace equipped with a shower for returning from the beach: fabulous. The reception great.

Negative points: The refrigerator is set at 2 degrees and must not be adjusted, also this was very loud. Dishes and Küchenutensielien were not really clean. Slightly more einheiliche glasses would not have been bad.
But otherwise very nice and close to the beautiful sandy beach.
Negative Punkte:
Der Kühlschrank ist auf 2Grad eingestellt und darf nicht verstellt werden, zudem war dieser sehr laut.
Geschirr und Küchenutensielien waren nicht wirklich sauber.
Etwas mehr einheiliche Gläser wäre auch nicht schlecht gewesen.
Aber ansonsten sehr schön und nahe am schönen Sandstrand.
