The accommodation is perfect for a stay in Nerja. Very well placed, in front of the playa Torrecilla and close to the city center, the apartment offers a magnificent view of the sea. Very clean and well equipped, we did not lack anything and the welcome was very warm. We recommend this accommodation and wish the next tenants to enjoy as much as we do their stay in Nerja!

We had a great holiday in this ideally located apartment, close to the beach and any convenience; Also, the view from the balcony is amazing! The welcome from the friend of the owner was very warm! In short, it was perfect for us (2 adults and 2 children)

We have just spent 3 weeks in this wonderful Andalusian villa. Everything is really perfect, the interior of the house is nicely decorated and everything is impeccable both in cleanliness and comfort. The garden is really idyllic with its flowers and its beautiful swimming pool. We enjoyed the quiet, sea views and we are delighted with the great vacation. Nous venons de passer 3 semaines dans cette merveilleuse villa Andalouse. Tout est vraiment parfait, l'intérieur de la maison est joliment décoré et tout est impeccable tant au niveau propreté que confort.
Le jardin est vraiment idyllique avec ses fleurs et sa magnifique piscine.
Nous avons apprécié le calme, la vue sur la mer enfin nous sommes enchantés de ces superbes vacances.

Superb location, from all points of view: the house is spacious, warm and functional; the beautiful garden, sheltered from view, allows both moments of relaxation, friendliness and fun, thanks to the swimming pool, perfectly maintained. The house, located in a pretty and quiet area of ??Benalmadena, has all the shops nearby. Moreover, Berthy and Jose are particularly welcoming and available owners. Location highly recommended!
Superbe location, à tous points de vue: la maison est spacieuse, chaleureuse, fonctionnelle ; le magnifique jardin , à l'abri des regards, permet à la fois des moments de détente, de convivialité et d'amusement, grâce à la piscine, parfaitement entretenue.
La maison, située dans un quartier coquet et tranquille de Benalmadena, dispose de tous les commerces à proximité. De plus, Berthy et Jose sont des propriétaires particulièrement accueillants et disponibles. Location à recommander vivement!
Highly recommended. I can not think more than lip service when it comes to qualify this house. Very quiet, but very close to all shops and leisure centers. It features free WiFi, a detail that is not mentioned in the ad and that allowed my son to play with their consoles smoothly. Very nice, original and functional decoration. Very full kitchen with everything needed to prepare the daily meal without problems. It has a couple of bathrooms, more than enough for us, one with a bathtub where you can knock, however high you are .... If you ask my daughter, surely highlight the enormous living room couch, invites you to sit for a long time after meals. Focus: Breakfast on the terrace surrounded by so much greenery, and with that so nice breeze.
And if the house has an outstanding rating, its owners José Luis and Berthy not fall short, they are really lovely, friendly, very close and a great willingness to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
It certainly gives the taste when renting a house, you meet people like that.

No se me ocurren más que buenas palabras a la hora de calificar esta casa. Zona muy tranquila, pero muy cerca de todos los comercios y centros de ocio. Cuenta con conexión WIFI, detalle que no se menciona en el anuncio y que permitió a mi hijo jugar con sus consolas sin problemas. Decoración muy agradable, original y funcional. Cocina muy completa, con todo lo necesario para preparar la comida diaria sin problemas.
Cuenta con un par de baños, para nosotros más que suficiente, uno de ellos con una bañera en la que te puedes tumbar, por muy alta que seas.... Si le preguntamos a mi hija, seguramente destacaría el enorme sofá del salón, que invita a reposar un largo tiempo después de las comidas. Punto fuerte: Desayunar en la terraza rodeada de tanta vegetación, y con esa brisa tan agradable.
Y si la casa tiene una calificación sobresaliente, sus dueños José Luis y Berthy, no se quedan cortos, son realmente encantadores, simpáticos, muy cercanos y con un gran disposición para hacerte la estancia lo más agradable posible.
Sin duda, da gusto cuando al alquilar una casa, encuentras a personas así.

Very friendly house, well equipped, well decorated with beautiful volumes. There were 12 (3 couples and 6 children 8-16 years). The location is great with shops nearby without taking the car, and Velez Malaga possibility of reaching easily to surrounding towns. The pool was a real plus, especially with temperatures this July! (That's what we were picked). The welcome is warm while remaining discreet, the owners advised us well for our needs (activities, tours, restaurant ...). To recommend !!
Maison très conviviale, bien équipée, bien décorée avec de beaux volumes. Nous étions 12 (3 couples et 6 enfants de 8 à 16 ans). L'emplacement est idéal avec les commerces à proximité sans prendre la voiture, et Velez Malaga permet de rayonner facilement sur les villes environnantes. La piscine était un vrai plus, surtout avec les températures de ce mois de juillet ! (c'est ce que nous étions venu chercher). L'accueil est chaleureux tout en restant discret, les propriétaires nous ont bien conseillé pour toutes nos demandes (activités, visites, restau...). A recommander !!

Great place, a nickel house, we had a pleasant stay in this lovely villa, very quiet place to rest. We enjoyed the pool to cool off after a day walking around this beautiful region, you can not be disappointed !!! And the view from the villa is really great, breathtaking !!! Super endroit, une maison nickel, nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette charmante villa, endroit très calme pour se reposer. Nous avons apprécié la piscine pour nous rafraîchir après une journée à nous promener dans cette superbe région, on ne peux pas être déçu !!! Very nice house with all the amenities. Black single point access because the road is not famous. By owner against serious and responsive. Very satisfied.
