The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and equipped. It is also very central, in the main street of Villasimius, a stone's throw from restaurants and shops. There is also a large free car park a stone's throw from the house, which is fundamental in my opinion, especially in high season. Simone, the owner, is a very helpful and kind person, he gave us many useful tips about the area, the best restaurants, the beaches. We enjoyed it very much and will certainly be back!
L'appartamento è molto spazioso, comodo e accessoriato. Inoltre è centralissimo, nella via principale di Villasimius, a due passi da ristoranti e negozi. C'è anche un grande parcheggio gratuito a due passi dall'abitazione, a mio avviso fondamentale soprattutto in alta stagione. Simone, il proprietario, è una persona molto disponibile e gentile, ci ha dato tanti consigli utili sulla zona, sui migliori ristoranti, sulle spiagge. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e di certo ci torneremo!
We had a great time, Mr. Martial is a very cordial and very helpful person. Complete flexibility on arrival and departure times. The apartment is one of the most complete and stocked we have ever found, very clean and nothing is really missing. The location is very convenient both to go to the town center and to reach the main ones beaches. Highly recommended!

Apartment convenient to everything, 2 km from the beach, reachable by bike, on foot or scooter (a stone's throw away), located in the center but at the same time very quiet at night. Equipped with all the essentials, very clean! Car parking a stone's throw from the apartment is free. All supermarkets in the area can be reached on foot in 3 minutes. SUPER RECOMMENDED!

Appartamento comodo a tutto, a 2 km dalla spiaggia, raggiungibile in bici, a piedi o monopattino (a due passi ), posizionato in centro ma nel contempo molto silenzioso la notte.
Dotato di tutto l' essenziale, molto pulito !
Il parcheggio della macchina a due passi dall' appartamento e gratuito.
Tutti i supermercati della zona sono raggiungibili a piedi in 3 minuti.

We spent a week as a couple in this cute house in the center of Villasimius, and we found it very comfortable and conveniently located. 15 minutes from most of the most beautiful beaches in southern Sardinia, it also allows you to meet in the evening directly in the main street of the town, to be able to take a tour without having to use the car. Internally, the space is one of the strong points, which in my opinion is more than abundant for two people. All the rooms are equipped with the necessary equipment, especially the kitchen where every object you may need is easily available. We were also impressed by the careful cleaning with which we were made to find the house, and by the availability of the owners, who welcomed us without any problem even at 22.30 on Saturday evening. I would therefore recommend this house to anyone who wants to spend a few days in the comfort of the center, without worrying about the distance from the sea and without fearing the welcoming environment!
Abbiamo passato una settimana in coppia in questa carinissima casa in centro pieno di Villasimius, e l’abbiamo trovata molto confortevole e di comoda collocazione.
A 15 minuti dalla maggior parte delle più belle spiagge del sud Sardegna, permette anche di ritrovarsi la sera direttamente nella via principale del paese, per poter fare un giro senza dover ricorrere all’uso dell’auto.
Internamente lo spazio è uno dei punti forti, che a mio avviso, per due persone è più che abbondante.
Tutti gli ambienti sono muniti delle dotazioni necessarie, specialmente la cucina in cui ogni oggetto di cui si può avere bisogno è facilmente reperibile.
Siamo stati colpiti inoltre edalla pulizia accurata con cui ci è stata fatta trovare la casa, e dalla disponibilità dei proprietari, che anche alle 22.30 di sabato sera ci hanno accolto senza alcun problema.
Mi sento di consigliare pertanto questa casa a chiunque voglia passare qualche giorno nella comodità del centro, senza preoccuparsi della distanza dal mare e senza avere timori sull’accoglienza dell’ambiente!

It was a fantastic stay. The house is well maintained and well equipped, has all the comforts. The location is great for getting to the nearby beach. The owner was very helpful and met all our needs. Hope to be back!

Very hospitable, clean and well-organized apartment on the ground floor of a beautiful building, with outdoor space for eating. Nothing is missing, the very kind and helpful owner has equipped her with every need. The building is located a stone's throw from the main street and about 1.5 km from the Simius beach. If we pass by Villasimius again we will return.
Appartamento molto ospitale, pulito e ben organizzato ricavato al piano terra di una bella palazzina,dotata di spazio esterno per poter mangiare.non manca nulla ,la proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile l'ha dotata di ogni necessità.
La palazzina si trova a due passi dalla via principale ed a 1,5 km circa dalla spiaggia di Simius.
Se passeremo ancora da Villasimius ci ritorneremo.

It is very nice, well furnished and spacious. Perfect for a family with 2 or 3 children.
In the closet there are so many things for the beach that we could use,
for example the umbrella and lots of toys for the kids.
Another important factor for me was the dishwasher - very convenient,
that in holiday apartments in Italy it is often lacking.
The place is very comfortable, a few meters from the Conad and the center of Villassimius can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
The most beautiful beaches can be reached in a few minutes by car, such as Porto Giunco, Campolongu and Cala Sinzias
I recommend this apartment also for the very kind contact with Esther.
Siamo stati molto contenti con l’appartamento di Esther.
È molto curato, ben arredato e spazioso. Perfetta per una famiglia con 2 o 3 figli.
Nel sgabuzzino ci sono tante cose per la spiaggia che potevamo utilizzare,
per esempio l’ombrellone e tanti giocattoli per i bimbi.
Un fattore importante per me era anche la lavastoviglie – comodissima,
che in appartamenti per vacanza in Italia manca spesso.
Il posto è molto comodo, pochi metri dal Conad e il centro di Villassimius si raggiunge in pochi minuti a piedi.
Le spiagge più belle sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti d’auto, tipo Porto Giunco, Campolongu e Cala Sinzias
Raccomando questo appartamento anche per il gentilissimo contatto con Esther.

The apartments look exactly like the description, the furniture is spartan but you still have everything you need available. The cleanliness is impeccable and Mrs Grazietta has always been present and willing to satisfy our needs.

We were guests in this house for two weeks, we found ourselves very well and set immediately, it's all as described ... The apartment is located at the beginning of the main street and therefore, although in 5 minutes you are in the center, it is still in a very quiet and peaceful area ... Siamo stati ospiti in questa casa per due settimane, ci siamo trovati molto bene e ambientati subito, è tutto come descritto... Simone, gentilissimo ci ha da subito messo a nostro agio e in più ci ha consigliato più posti dove andare a cena la sera e le più belle spiagge da non perdere.. L'appartamento si trova all'inizio della via principale e quindi, seppur in 5 minuti ci si trova in pieno centro, è ancora in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa... Noi lo consigliamo senza ombra di dubbio e se possibile ci ritorneremo volentieri!!! Grazie Simone!!

Apartment in the center but in the quieter part of the main street, which is not bad! Well equipped and with wide spaces that allowed my family to move comfortably without being "compressed ". Simone was very kind and very helpful, for anything! In short, an excellent landlord.
Appartamento in centro ma nella parte più tranquilla della via principale, il che non è male! Ben attrezzato e con ampi spazi che hanno permesso alla mia famiglia di muoversi con comodità senza essere "compressa". Simone è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile, per qualsiasi cosa! Insomma un ottimo padrone di casa.
We spent two weeks at Villasimius in these apartments! Very nice studio, great for a studio and very comfortable. Really strategic location, a stone's throw from the main boulevard where everything is found (restaurants, market, bars, pharmacy, post office, etc.). Parking available in front of and not for a fee. In the street below there is a bar / bakery is greengrocer. The Council is for families and young couples.
Abbiamo trascorso due settimane a Villasimius in questi appartamenti! Monolocale molto carino, grande per essere un monolocale e molto comodo. Posizione veramente strategica, a due passi dal viale principale in cui si trova di tutto (ristoranti, market, bar, farmacia, poste ecc). Parcheggio disponibile davanti e non a pagamento. Nella via sottostante vi è un bar/panificio è fruttivendolo. Lo Consiglio sia per famiglie che per giovani coppie.
The house is exactly as described in the announcement, if not more beautiful. the presence of an outdoor shower allows you to live well even in 5 people and with only one bathroom. The north-facing garden is always fresh and you can eat outside for lunch too. The city center is just a few minutes' walk away and the area in which it is located is very quiet and peaceful. Esther was very kind to us, she gave us many suggestions and directions on beaches and restaurants I would highly recommend it to everyone.
La casa è esattamente come descritta nell'annuncio, se non più bella.
la presenza della doccia esterna permette di vivere bene anche in 5 persone e con un solo bagno.
Il giardino esposto a Nord è sempre fresco e si può mangiare fuori anche a pranzo.
Il centro dista pochi minuti a piedi e la zona in cui è ubicata è molto tranquilla e silenziosa.
Esther è stata gentilissima con noi, ci ha dato molti suggerimenti e indicazioni su spiagge e ristoranti
