Ideally located, it is a comfortable villa of 65 m2 in a residence directly on a beach which is offered to you, on the peninsula of Benedettu (municipality of Lecci de Porto Vecchio). Outside, you will appreciate the charm of its granite stones, the tranquillity and space of its large exotic wooden terrace, inside the modern style and "design", the practicality and arrangement of the rooms as well as the air conditioning. It has 3 bedrooms, a living room with kitchen area, a bathroom and a separate toilet (with sink).
Surrounded by vegetation, there is no sea view from the villa, but walking less than 100 meters on a tree-lined path (and without having to cross the road), you arrive on the beautiful beach of Benedettu which is along the residence, the water is crystal clear. The mini villa is classified “meublé de tourisme” with 3 star tourism.
The Benedettu Peninsula (“blessed place”) is a place of all beauty, quiet, in the middle of nature. Coves with pink granite boulders and a sparsely populated wild beach are just a few dozen meters away.
Immediate access to the Golfo di Sogno, windsurfing and kitesurfing spots.

On the side of the Gulf of Porto Vecchio are the beaches (Benedettu, Cala Rossa) surrounded by coves and granite rocks. On the other side of the Peninsula (2-min walk from the mini-villa) stretches the Golfo di Sogno, as well as a shallow lagoon, rich in shells, with Bavella mountains in the background . Cala Rossa is 2 km away and Saint Cyprien is at about 5 km.
