We had a fabulous time in Montesilvano and with the home on Oglio st. It was exactly what we needed. We were 5 adults travelling together and the house fit the bill perfectly. Gaetano was very helpful, giving us useful information on local stores, markets, etc. It is a very short walk to the beautiful beach. You will need to rent an umbrella for the day but Gaetano can give you a recommendation for that as well. The home would also be a great location for families as it has the 3 bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities on site. I would definitely recommend the property here and would not hesitate to rent with Gaetano again when we return.

Clean apartment, very well equipped, spacious and very well exposed a few meters from the beach. The palm is a real plus for enjoying the holidays. We will happily rent it again ;)

This is the third year that I have spent a month-long holiday in this apartment with my family in the summer. It is very well maintained, clean and equipped with appliances, large, with two large and usable terraces, equipped with windows that can be opened at various points to always keep the apartment ventilated. The free offer of a large umbrella (palm tree) and sunbeds on the beach located 50 meters in front of the apartment is very appreciable. In the immediate vicinity there are restaurants, pizzerias, 3 supermarkets, fishmonger and butcher. I will definitely be back next year.
Questo è il terzo anno che in estate trascorro con la mia famiglia un periodo di un mese di vacanza in questo appartamento. E' molto ben tenuto, pulito e attrezzato con elettrodomestici, ampio, con due terrazzi grandi e utilizzabili, dotati di vetrate che possono essere aperte in vari punti per tenere sempre arieggiato l'appartamento. Molto apprezzabile l'offerta gratuita di un grande ombrellone (palma) e lettini nella spiaggia posta 50 metri di fronte all'appartamento. Nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano ristoranti, pizzerie, 3 supermercati, pescheria e macelleria. Tornerò sicuramente il prossimo anno.
Large and airy apartment, fully equipped kitchen, a stone's throw from the sea with its own fantastic huge umbrella. The owner Sandrine is always kind and helpful, it's already the second year I've been going and there's probably no two without three?.
Appartamento grande e arieggiato, cucina attrezzatissima, a due passi dal mare con ombrellone enorme fantastico di proprietà. La proprietaria Sandrine sempre gentile e disponibile, è già il secondo anno che vado e probabilmente non c’è il due senza il tre….
Wonderful place surrounded by nature, a relaxing holiday despite being a bit traveling .... Andrea is an exquisite person, like his whole family, and he immediately made us feel at home ... There were 6 of us ... but we never stepped on our feet given the practicality and comfort of the house. A somewhat rustic genre but perfect ... I must say that I would go back tomorrow if I could .... The evening in the farmhouse with the Compagnia dell'Alma that Andrea organized on Tuesday evening for his guests was also very pleasant ... with dinner based on pizzas and arrosticini ... all spectacular ... Highly recommended for those who love relaxation and nature ... A place that you leave with the certainty that one day you will return because you had a really good time.... Frances
Posto meraviglioso immerso nella natura, una vacanza rilassante nonostante sia stata un po' itinerante....
Andrea è una persona squisita, come tutta la sua famiglia, e ci ha fatto sentire da subito a casa... Eravamo in 6 noi...ma non ci siamo mai pestati i piedi visto la praticità e la comodità della casa. Un genere un po' rustico ma perfetto... Devo dire che ci tornerei domani se potessi.... Molto carina anche la serata nel casale con la Compagnia dell'Alma che Andrea ha organizzato il martedì sera per i suoi ospiti... con cena a base di pizze e arrosticini... tutto spettacolare... Consigliato vivamente per chi ama relax e natura...
Un posto che lasci con la certezza che un giorno ci tornerai perchè sei stato veramente bene....

Very large apartment, clean and equipped with every comfort (dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, laundry). Very close to the sea and to all the attractions of the place. Owners available, kind, friendly .... They even gave us typical local products. Great experience.
Appartamento molto grande, pulito e dotato di ogni comfort(lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, lavatrice, lavanderia). Vicinissimo al mare e a tutte le attrattive del posto. Proprietari disponibili, gentili, cordiali.... Ci hanno regalato perfino prodotti tipici del posto.

The apartments, pool and gardens are tidy, clean and complete.
In the oasis the Giambuzzi family ensures a pleasant stay.

Clean, well maintained and equipped with everything. Near the sea. The only two negative points are the lack of a bidet and the Wi-Fi. If I were to find myself in the area I would not hesitate to return.

Apartment already used in June 2021. Very well maintained and equipped with every appliance. Very close to the sea that can be seen from the windows. The free umbrella on the beach is also very useful. We will come back again.
Appartamento già utilizzato nel giugno 2021. Molto ben tenuto e dotato di ogni elettrodomestico. Vicinissimo al mare che si vede dalle finestre. Utilissimo anche l ombrellone gratuito in spiaggia.

Very nice place a short distance from the sea, quiet area, perfect for a relaxing holiday, nice pool and always ventilated area. On some details it can be better treated but the owner is always very available to satisfy every need.
