Highly recommended if you want to spend a lovely holiday by a beautiful sandy beach in Ostend. Renee was very friendly and great to deal with and the flat was ideally situated within a short walk of the Kusttram to travel up and down the Belgian coast. Ideal for a couple, but has 2 double beds so we managed ok for a week with our youngest teenage son.Would certainly return one day !
Studio on the dike, directly overlooking the sea with a superb view. What more could you ask for!!! Very pleasant studio, with all the comfort requested, very functional. During the two days of the weekend, there were 4 of us in this one and we were completely comfortable and not at all cramped. The wifi works very well. It was a very neat studio. Sea view and very close to the shopping street. Everything was there in the studio, the bed was also good for sleeping. I have no negative points to note, everything was great. Good contact with William and his wife.

I had a great vacation in this beautiful little cozy studio close to everything and with a magnificent landscape, sea view. The organization for the reception of the keys is simple, the time of arrival is easy, the contacts with the owner of the place is fluid, I highly recommend. I was very satisfied with my vacation.

Very nice studio, very clean and comfortable, with a beautiful terrace with sea view. Charming and welcoming owner, explaining very well the content of her rental, TV included, very complicated, which stops easily but she has nothing to do with it, it is the distribution network which should improve. We hope to come back, during the same period, this time taking along stoves and pans with Téfal coating, which left something to be desired, but we understand the owners because the tenants quickly damage the equipment. Excellent stay of which we keep a very good memory, until next year
Très joli studio, très propre et confortable, avec une belle terrasse avec vue sur mer.
Propriétaire charmante et accueillante, nous expliquant très bien le contenu de sa location, TV comprise, très compliquée, qui s'arrête facilement mais elle n'y est pour rien, c'est le réseau de distribution qui devrait s'améliorer. Nous espérons bien y revenir, à la même période, en emportant cette fois des poêles et poêlons revêtement Téfal, ce qui laissait à désirer, mais on comprend les propriétaires car les locataires abîment vite le matériel. Excellent séjour dont nous gardons un très bon souvenir, jusqu'à l'année prochaine

I spent a week in the studio at the beginning of August, a studio which, in my opinion, has excellent value for money: - Very well located (on foot, supermarket 5 mins away, Avenue Lippens 2 mins away, free or paying beach at the foot of the building). - given the orientation, it is not too hot in the studio, even with strong heat. - Good general comfort, simple but functional furniture, fittings and toilets (I slept very well in the retractable bed). - Nice view from the balcony (2nd floor), even if it is too small to install with a chair. - The building is no longer very recent, but in good general condition and well maintained. - Note that there is no internet access directly in the studio, but fortunately I had access via proximus-wifi-public via my personal subscription.
J'ai passé une semaine dans le studio au début du mois d'août, studio qui possède selon moi un excellent rapport qualité/prix :
- Très bien situé (à pied, supermaché à 5mins, Avenue Lippens à 2 min, plage gratuite ou payante au pied de l'immeuble).
- vu l'orientation, il ne fait pas trop chaud dans le studio, même avec de fortes chaleurs.
- Bon confort général, mobilier, équipements et sanitaires simples, mais fonctionnels (j'ai très bien dormi dans le lit escamotable).
- Belle vue depuis le balcon (2e étage), même si celui-ci est trop petit pour s'installer avec une chaise.
- L'immeuble n'est plus très récent, mais en bon état général et bien entretenu.
- A noter qu'il n'y a pas d'accès internet directement dans le studio, mais j'avais heureusement un accès via proximus-wifi-public via mon abonnement personnel.
Very pleasant quiet winter holidays in a very well renovated and very well equipped studio. The sea view is omnipresent and relaxing. Also note the central location and proximity to food shops. To do again.

The studio is very well equipped in a very quiet residence. The sea view is superb. It is very well located: on the dike, close to the terraces but also to food shops. Ideal for a regenerating stay in the great outdoors!
Le studio est tout à fait bien équipé dans une résidence très calme. La vue sur la mer est superbe. Il est très bien situé : sur la digue, proche des terrasses mais également des commerces d'alimentation. Idéal pour un séjour régénérateur au grand air !
Very nice studio, as in the photos, much bigger and more comfortable than some. The quality of the sofas, the bed with a very comfortable mattress, no back pain when you get up. the ideal location, no need for a car (garage for rent available): restaurants, shops and the delhaize which are located one street from the studio. The magnificent view. The friendliness of the owner. No complaints. I highly recommend it.
Très beau studio, comme sur les photos, bien plus grand et plus confortable que certains. La qualité des divans, du lit dont le matelas est très confortable, pas mal au dos quand on se lève. l'emplacement idéal, pas besoin de l'auto (garage à louer à disposition) : les restos, les magasins ainsi que le delhaize qui se trouvent à une rue du studio. La vue magnifique. La gentillesse de la propriétaire. Rien à redire. Je le recommande vivement.
Spent a great week in Knokke. The apartment is modernly furnished. The balcony in front to the sea is a dream. All things are available in the apartment for everyday use. I would definitely recommend the apartment.
Eine super Woche in knokke verbracht. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet. Der Balkon vorne zum Meer ist ein Traum. Für den täglichen Gebrauch sind alle Sachen in der Wohnung vorhanden. Ich würde die Wohnung aufjedenfall weiterempfehlen.
The apartment is fantastic, everything is there that you need. The view is fabulous. The landlady is very nice and uncomplicated. We had a great vacation.
