We stayed in 8 (4 adults and 4 children), house as in the photo, owner (very helpful) lives next door and was always very indiscreet and ready to support if we needed it. Absolutely needed car for anything. Beach 9 minutes away but many more can be reached within 30 km. I highly recommend staying here.

Necessaria assolutamente auto per qualsiasi cosa . Spiaggia a 9 minuti ma se ne possono raggiungere nell’arco di 30 km molte molte altre . Consiglio vivamente di alloggiarci.
I stayed in this apartment for a week together with 4 other friends. The house is exactly like the pictures, very cozy and spacious. Excellent also the fact that there is a garden and a veranda where you can relax whenever you want. The owner was motorbike available even when we had some problems. The only thing missing would be the Wi-Fi and some other small convenience such as a microwave oven or linen for the room. The location of the house is not on the beach but is easily reached on foot, is about 1 km.
Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per una settimana insieme ad altri 4 amici. La casa è esattamente come dalle foto, molto accogliente e spaziosa. Ottimo anche il fatto che ci sia un giardinetto e una veranda dove portar rilassarsi ogni volta che si vuole. Il proprietario è stato moto disponibile anche quando abbiamo avuto qualche problema.
L'unica cosa che manca sarebbe il Wi-Fi e qualche altra piccola comodità come un fornetto a microonde o la biancheria per la camera.
La posizione della casa non è in riva alla spiaggia ma si raggiunge tranquillamente a piedi, dista circa 1 km.
We had two wonderful weeks with Nadia and Remo. The apartment is well located, we often go to the beach at Capo Comino. There is a restaurant right next to the apartment and another nearby at Capo Rosso. There is also a supermarket there. The apartment is spacious and clean. We often cooked and it was perfectly equipped with a fridge, freezer and cooking utensils. Nadia and Remo are very good hosts. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.
Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen bei Nadia und Remo. Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen, wir sind oft an den Capo Comino an den Strand. Direkt neben der Wohnung gibt es ein Restaurant, ein weiteres in der Nähe, beim Capo Rosso. Dort gibt es auch einen Supermarkt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sauber. Wir haben oft gekocht und dafür war sie perfekt ausgerüstet mit Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach und Kochutensilien. Nadia und Remo sind sehr gute Gastgeber. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und kommen gerne wieder.
The apartment fully met our expectations and was very clean. The welcome was very warm, the advice on visits and the environment was very useful and informed.
We also really liked the little café right next to the rental.
Our only regret: not being able to stay longer!
L'appartement était tout à fait conforme à nos attentes et très propre. L'accueil était très chaleureux, les conseils sur les visites et l'environnement furent très utiles et avisés.
Nous avons aussi beaucoup aimé le petit café juste à côté de la location.
Notre seul regret : n'avoir pu rester plus longtemps !

We stayed in Mr. Paolo's apartment for 18 days and had a great time. Clean and very nice apartment with a terrace overlooking the sea and the beautiful port!!!! Convenient parking under the house and you can reach the center of the village La Caletta comfortably on foot in 5 minutes. The beach of San Giovanni can also be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Mr. Paolo and his wife were very kind and if we have the opportunity to spend our holidays in La Caletta again, we will definitely come back to them.
Abbiamo alloggiato nell'appartamento del signor Paolo 18 giorni e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Appartamento pulito e molto carino con una terrazza vista mare e porto bellissima!!!! Parcheggio sotto casa comodissimo e si arriva al centro del paese La Caletta comodamente a piedi in 5 minuti. Sempre in 5 minuti a piedi è raggiungibile anche la spiaggia di San Giovanni. Il signor Paolo e sua moglie sono stati molto gentili e se avremo di nuovo occasione di trascorrere le vacanze a La Caletta torneremo sicuramente da loro.
Ground floor apartment spacious and very functional for us who were 4 people. Excellent outdoor space and private parking inside the courtyard. Valentina the owner very kind and available for any information. To go to the beach, however, I recommend using the car because it is not really close on foot if you also have to bring umbrellas, etc. .. however, there are parking spaces (for a fee) convenient for the Caletta beach and other nearby ones. Absolutely recommended!
Appartamento al piano terra spazioso e molto funzionale per noi che eravamo in 4 persone. Ottimo lo spazio esterno e il posteggio privato all'interno del cortile. Valentina la proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi informazione. Per andare in spiaggia consiglio comunque l'uso della macchina perché non è proprio vicinissima a piedi se si devono portare anche ombrelloni,ecc.. però ci sono posteggi ( a pagamento) comodi per la spiaggia della Caletta e altre vicine. Assolutamente consigliato!

The apartment is very large, bright and fresh. We were 3 but it is also comfortable for 6/8 people We found everything we needed and it was very clean. The terrace/patio is large and seats 8 comfortably The owner was very helpful and courteous. From the photos it is not clear but there are 2 bedrooms with bunk beds plus a third under each bed ... and then the master bedroom also has its own bathroom .. plus a large bathroom with a nice shower Highly recommended

Dalle foto non si capisce ma ci sono 2 camere con letti a castello più sotto ogni letto un terzo...e poi la camera matrimoniale ha anche il bagno personale.. più un bagno grande con una bella doccia

We were on vacation as a family with 2 small children and really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. There are supermarkets and a restaurant within walking distance. Various beaches and the village of Budoni are just a few minutes' drive away. If we are planning a vacation in this region again, then he would love to come back.
Wir waren als Familie mir 2 kleinen Kindern im Urlaub und haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnungen sehr genossen.
Es gibt Supermärkte und ein Restaurant die Problemlos zu Fuß erreicht werden können.
Verschiedene Strände, sowie die Ortschaft Budoni sind in nur wenigen Autominuten entfernt.
Sollten wir wieder einen Urlaub in dieser Region planen, dann kommen er gerne wieder.
The apartment was very clean and well equipped. A bbq is available in front of the terrace of the apartment. It matched the description and photos. The swimming pool and the garden are very well maintained. The swimming pool is very pleasant and calm, there are deckchairs in good condition, parasols and small garden furniture for meeting in the evening by the pool. The owner who lives above is very discreet and friendly. He offered us a bottle of chilled white wine for our arrival. The proximity of the supermarket accessible on foot in 4 minutes and a plus. The beach is a 15-minute walk away, but there is a charge for parking, as everywhere in Sardinia. I recommend this rental, it is ideal for a family.
L'appartement était très propre et bien équipé. Un bbq est à disposition devant la terrasse de l'appartement. Il correspondait à la description et aux photos. La piscine est le jardin sont très bien entretenus. La piscine est très agréable et calme, il y a des transats en bon état, des parasols et des petits salons de jardin pour se retrouver le soir au bord de la piscine. Le propriétaire qui habite au dessus est très discret et sympathique. Il nous a offert une bouteille de vin blanc fraiche pour notre arrivée. La proximité du supermarché accessible à pied en 4 mns et un plus. La plage est à 15 mns à pied mais le parking est payant comme partout en Sardaigne. Je conseille cette location, elle est idéale pour une famille.
Rental as described. Very clean accommodation in a beautiful well maintained property. Beautiful situation. Quiet area even in August. Very pleasant welcome by the owners who live on site. Mario and his wife remain very discreet and available for their tenants. Beautiful location where you can admire the sunset every evening while enjoying the terrace.

Belle situation. Quartier tranquille même au mois d'aout. Accueil très agréable par les propriétaires qui logent sur place. Mario et son épouse restent très discrets et disponibles pour leurs locataires.

The apartment is on the first floor, above there is only the roof; it has a very good structure and position, even the aesthetic aspect of the rooms is taken care of. The living room / kitchen is large and complete with fridge freezer, oven and 4 burners. The air conditioner was indispensable, given the heat. There is no reserved parking space but you can park along the road. During our 10 day stay we had no problems, apart from the lack of running water for a few hours, on two occasions. I would recommend enriching the accessories a bit (a pan, a real colander, a milk jug, a basin, etc.). Kind, correct and helpful the owner. Overall our experience was positive and I would consider this apartment again if I return to the area.
L'appartamento è al primo piano, sopra c'è solo il tetto; ha una struttura e una posizione molto buone, anche l'aspetto estetico degli ambienti è curato. Il soggiorno/cucina è ampio e completo di frigo con congelatore, forno e 4 fornelli. Il condizionatore è risultato indispensabile, visto il caldo. Non c'è posto auto riservato ma si può parcheggiare lungo la strada. Durante il nostro soggiorno di 10 giorni non abbiamo avuto problemi, se si eccettua la mancanza d'acqua corrente per alcune ore, in due occasioni. Consiglierei di arricchire un po' la dotazione di accessori (di una teglia, un vero scolapasta, un bricco per il latte, una bacinella, ecc.). Gentile, corretta e disponibile la proprietaria. Complessivamente la nostra esperienza è stata positiva e prenderei di nuovo in considerazione questo appartamento se dovessi tornare in zona.
