We had a fabulous time in Montesilvano and with the home on Oglio st. It was exactly what we needed. We were 5 adults travelling together and the house fit the bill perfectly. Gaetano was very helpful, giving us useful information on local stores, markets, etc. It is a very short walk to the beautiful beach. You will need to rent an umbrella for the day but Gaetano can give you a recommendation for that as well. The home would also be a great location for families as it has the 3 bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities on site. I would definitely recommend the property here and would not hesitate to rent with Gaetano again when we return.

Clean apartment, very well equipped, spacious and very well exposed a few meters from the beach. The palm is a real plus for enjoying the holidays. We will happily rent it again ;)

This is the third year that I have spent a month-long holiday in this apartment with my family in the summer. It is very well maintained, clean and equipped with appliances, large, with two large and usable terraces, equipped with windows that can be opened at various points to always keep the apartment ventilated. The free offer of a large umbrella (palm tree) and sunbeds on the beach located 50 meters in front of the apartment is very appreciable. In the immediate vicinity there are restaurants, pizzerias, 3 supermarkets, fishmonger and butcher. I will definitely be back next year.
Questo è il terzo anno che in estate trascorro con la mia famiglia un periodo di un mese di vacanza in questo appartamento. E' molto ben tenuto, pulito e attrezzato con elettrodomestici, ampio, con due terrazzi grandi e utilizzabili, dotati di vetrate che possono essere aperte in vari punti per tenere sempre arieggiato l'appartamento. Molto apprezzabile l'offerta gratuita di un grande ombrellone (palma) e lettini nella spiaggia posta 50 metri di fronte all'appartamento. Nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano ristoranti, pizzerie, 3 supermercati, pescheria e macelleria. Tornerò sicuramente il prossimo anno.

New and remodeled house. Furnishings that are pleasing to the eye and comfortable. Top cleaning, never found an apartment so clean. Close to the sea, the beach is very beautiful and the lido has affordable prices. We had a wonderful time with our 3 year old daughter and our dog.
Casa nuova e ristrutturata. Arredi piacevoli alla vista e confortevoli. Pulizia al top, mai trovato un appartamento così pulito. Vicino al mare, la spiaggia è molto bella e il lido ha prezzi abbordabili. Noi ci siamo trovati splendidamente con la nostra bimba di 3 anni e il nostro cane.
Owner of the structure very helpful, clean house and very close to the sea, you can easily reach it on foot. The house is equipped with all appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, etc.)

Very large apartment, clean and equipped with every comfort (dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, laundry). Very close to the sea and to all the attractions of the place. Owners available, kind, friendly .... They even gave us typical local products. Great experience.
Appartamento molto grande, pulito e dotato di ogni comfort(lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, lavatrice, lavanderia). Vicinissimo al mare e a tutte le attrattive del posto. Proprietari disponibili, gentili, cordiali.... Ci hanno regalato perfino prodotti tipici del posto.

Clean, well maintained and equipped with everything. Near the sea. The only two negative points are the lack of a bidet and the Wi-Fi. If I were to find myself in the area I would not hesitate to return.

Apartment already used in June 2021. Very well maintained and equipped with every appliance. Very close to the sea that can be seen from the windows. The free umbrella on the beach is also very useful. We will come back again.
Appartamento già utilizzato nel giugno 2021. Molto ben tenuto e dotato di ogni elettrodomestico. Vicinissimo al mare che si vede dalle finestre. Utilissimo anche l ombrellone gratuito in spiaggia.

We returned today from this wonderful holiday the villa is beautiful there are three bedrooms each with a bathroom with a fantastic shower box the house is always ventilated Mr. Domenico is very helpful and nice. The sea is close and very clean, we found joyfully on the shore of the starfish. The universe shopping center is very close and well stocked. Absolutely to recommend
Siamo tornati oggi da questa splendida vacanza la villa è bellissima ci sono tre camere ognuna con bagno con un fantastico box doccia la casa è sempre ventilata il signor Domenico è molto disponibile e simpatico. Il mare è vicino e molto pulito, abbiamo trovato con gioia a riva delle stelle marine. Il centro commerciale universo è vicinissimo e molto fornito. Assolutamente da consigliare
Wonderful holiday! The owner is a really kind and helpful person, informed about every event in the area. The sea is easily reachable on foot from the house and the apartment is very comfortable.

Very nice apartment, nice and well organized in the spaces. It has everything you need. We found it as clean as we left it. Great location, just cross the street to get to the sea. The equipment of the palm tree at the Il Veliero plant is also excellent, where we found welcoming, accurate and excellent cleaning staff. We had a really relaxing holiday. Signora Sandrine was very courteous and helpful as was Mr Bartolomeo.
Appartamento davvero grazioso, curato e ben organizzato negli spazi. E' provvisto di tutto ciò che occorre. Lo abbiamo trovato pulitissimo, così come lo abbiamo lasciato. Ottima posizione, basta attraversare la strada per arrivare al mare. Ottima anche la dotazione della palma allo stabilimento "Il Veliero" dove abbiamo trovato personale accogliente, accurato e ottima pulizia. Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza davvero rilassante. La signora Sandrine è stata molto cortese e disponibile così come il signor Bartolomeo.
