Lovely concerned owner. Excellent apartment. Amenities excellent. More like being in someone's home than rented accommodation. Near town centre, two bars close to the building, but the best was the new bar cafe in piazza Cavour. Good negronis and excellent stuts. 50 metres away. Although garage is nearby, I parked almost every day outside the house. Watch out for street sweeping signs on Mondays. Recommend to all families and elderly, as it has a lift.
Mrs. Irene was very kind. He gave us all the useful information about the place already on the first day. So we already knew which beach to choose and what to visit one day later. Beautiful place with a wonderful panoramic view We want to go back :) Monica P.

Spectacular view of the gulf of Moneglia with two terraces; one on the lower floor of the garden where you can have lunch in absolute tranquility, with a beautiful view of the sea and rest in the shade of the plants. Villetta splendida su più livelli con un fresco giardino mediterraneo.
Spettacolare vista sul golfo di Moneglia con due terrazze; una al piano basso del giardino dove si può consumare il pranzo nella più assoluta tranquillità, con una vista del mare bellissima e riposarsi al fresco delle piante.
Terrazzo al piano terreno dove cenare con splendida vista mare e sotto il cielo stellato della Liguria.
Immobile dotato di due comodi bagni ed aria condizionata. Arredata e fornita di tutto il necessario.

We only stayed 2 nights in the house but we had a great time. Very nice and quiet place, free parking nearby. We found everything in order and clean. Irene was very helpful in providing us with all the information we needed. The house is located about 4km from Deiva beach which can be traveled quickly by car. We found parking easily. We will certainly keep it in mind if we return to the area. Thank you!
Siamo stati solo 2 notti nella casa ma ci siamo trovati benissimo. Posto molto bello e tranquillo, parcheggio vicino gratuito. Abbiamo trovato tutto in ordine e pulito. Irene è stata molto disponibile nel fornirci tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno.
La casa si trova a circa 4km dalla spiaggia di Deiva che si percorrono velocemente in auto. Abbiamo trovato facilmente parcheggio.
Ne terremo conto sicuramente se dovessimo ritornare in zona.

A truly welcoming house in a bucolic context full of scents interspersed with the chirping of birds and, all this, just a few km from the sea. The landlady, Mrs. Irene, is a really pleasant person, she immediately puts you at ease and does her utmost to make your stay even more pleasant. What to add, a place to return to.
Una casa davvero accogliente all'interno di un contesto bucolico ricco di profumi intervallato dal cinguettio degli uccellini e, tutto ciò, a pochissimi km dal mare.
La padrona di casa, la signora Irene, è una persona davvero piacevole, ti mette da subito a proprio agio e si prodiga per rendere ancora più gradevole il soggiorno. Cosa aggiungere, un luogo dove ritornare.

We had a very good stay at Irene's, in a charming and quiet village away from the tourist bustle but nevertheless just 10 minutes from Deiva Marina station which distributes all the villages of Cinque Terre. Irene is delicious, discreet and always available for information, her welcome is perfect and she does everything possible to make her guests feel comfortable. We obviously recommend this apartment. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Irene , dans un charmant et calme village à l’écart de l’agitation touristique mais néanmoins à a peine à 10 mn de la gare de Deiva Marina qui distribue tous les villages de Cinque Terre. Irene est délicieuse,discrète et toujours disponible pour un renseignement, son accueil est parfait et elle met tout en œuvre pour que ses hôtes soient à l’aise. Nous recommandons bien évidemment cet appartement. Je précise également que les chiens sont acceptés 😁

My family and I stayed here mainly to visit the nearby Cinque Terre which we easily reached by train from Deiva Marina station. Mrs. Irene was very kind and super helpful in giving us the right advice. Perfect house for 4 people (small bathroom if you are burly), complete with everything you need. Balcony with table and chairs overlooking the hills that invites you to relax and from which an enchanting scent of orange blossoms came to us! The distances indicated from the center and the beach of Deiva Marina are true, very nice and tidy free beach and beautiful sea.
Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato qui principalmente per visitare le vicine Cinque Terre che abbiamo comodamente raggiunto in treno dalla stazione di Deiva Marina. La signora Irene è stata gentilissima e super disponibile nel darci consigli azzeccati. Casetta perfetta per 4 persone (bagno piccolino se siete corpulenti), completa di tutto il necessario. Balcone con tavolino e sedie con vista sulle colline che invita a rilassarsi e dal quale giungeva a noi un incantevole profumo di zagare! Le distanze indicate dal centro e dalla spiaggia di Deiva Marina sono veritiere, spiaggia libera molto bella e in ordine e mare bellissimo.

apartment corresponding to the description of the announcement, very comfortable as a location and nice. Excellent base for visiting the 5 lands (only 15 minutes away by train) and the whole area. We also went to Genoa to visit the aquarium. The area is truly spectacular from a landscape point of view.

Sono soddisfatta di aver trascorso là vacanza a Deiva Marina la casa corrisponde al annuncio la proprietaria e molto gentile! Chi volle fare una vacanza in mezzo alla natura e al mare e posto giusto e appassionati di biciclette e posto giusto per fare gran fondo 🤩
Casa molto carina che offre quasi tutto. Belli in particolare i terrazzi con bellissima vista mare. Zona molto tranquilla pero fu puori paese (in collina). Un punto anche per l'aria condizionata in estate e d'obligo, abbiamo dormito semper belli freschi! Unico punto meno è la mancanza del WIFI. Patrizia e stata molto gentile, consiglio assolutamente questa casa nella quale ritorneremo volentieri.

Very nice owner, apartment conform to the description, spacious (we were 8 with a child), very well placed because in the center but quietly, close to everything (stores, etc .. station) we went to the 5 lands, easy to park, nice neighbors, nearby seaside, restos. I highly recommend it.
Propriétaire très sympa, appartement conforme à la description, spacieux (nous étions 8 avec un enfant), très bien placé car en plein centre mais sans bruit, à proximité de tout (magasin, gare etc..)
nous sommes allés aux 5 terres, facile pour se garer, voisins sympas, proche bord de mer, des restos.
Je le recommande vivement.
