Hi to all that are interested in renting. We have spent 2 weeks (end of September 2016) in Villa Valery and it was one of our best holiday ever. The place is beautiful and quiet. The Villa is exactly as described and as in photos. It is full equipped so we did not miss anything. The center from Tre Fontane is aprox. 3 km and Lidl 10 km from Villa. Besides that there are many interesting places to visit but it is useful to have a car.
The host is very friendly and helpful and live in neighbourhood. I really recommend. We have come back really relaxed and we will for sure come back. Thank you Antonino :-) !
In May - July 2015 we were vacationing at this villa with our two little kids. Evrything was good enough. The villa is exatly as in the pictures, the discription is also correct and full.
The owner - Mr. Bono - attentive and caring person, whose English is perfect! We have spent 6 weeks in this villa, and Mr. Bono was always ready for any support we requested.
The place is excellent for families with kids. It is very quiet (except Saturdays and Sundays, when you can hear music from aquapark near by). The territory of the villa is fenced, so our kids explored it all. There is no vehicular traffic near the villa, so no danger for kids. Mainly, during the period of our stay, the temperature was comfortable both day and night, so we swiched on air conditioning only several times at the daytime. The beach is really 80 meters from the villa. There is shallow entry into the water, need to go 20-30 meters that water reaches the mid-thigh. The wave usually is not high. So it is very comfortable for little kids, they will not affraid of water.
Tre Fontane is a small town, francly speaking, - a village. There are some shops, bars, farmacy. Big supermarkets, such as Lidl and Eurspin, can be found in the suburb of another town - Campobello di Mazara. It is only 6-7 kilometers from the villa, but the only way to reach it is by the car. From my point of view, rental car is definitely needed to feel free to move around.

Characteristic bungalow in a small-scale neighborhood with comparable bungalows. Beautiful view with panoramic view of the sea and sunset. Life mainly takes place outside, inside is only used for sleeping and cooking. Also no air conditioning, only ventilation. Plenty of outdoor space, plenty of shade, parking is fine. The outdoor shower is ideal! The kitchen has recently been renewed. The bed in the bedroom is not large (max 180 cm long). Part of the neighborhood is dilapidated and abandoned, which is a pity. The bungalow itself also has some cracks that have been neatly removed ;-) The quality of the stuff of the bungalow has also had its longest time (unfortunately the owner still thinks that everything is brand new ;-(
The beach is about a 3-minute walk away, but lying there is almost impossible. There is a better option if you walk a few minutes further. Or just get in the car and drive to one of the many beautiful beaches! Every day at the end of the morning, bread can be bought from a bakery that visits the grounds. The bungalow is secluded. That's a quality, but keep in mind that everything (restaurant,supermarket, provincial road, etc.) is at least about 10-15 minutes away. Central location to visit towns and sights.
Karakteristieke bungalow in een kleinschalig buurtje met vergelijkbare bungalows. Prachtig uitzicht met panoramisch zicht op de zee en zonsondergang. Het leven speelt zich vooral buiten af, binnen wordt enkel gebruikt om te slapen en te koken. Ook geen airco aanwezig, enkel ventilatie.
Voldoende buitenruimte, voldoende schaduw, parkeergelegenheid is prima. De buitendouche is ideaal! De keuken is onlangs vernieuwd. Het bed in de slaapkamer is niet groot (max 180 cm lang).
Een deel van het buurtje is vervallen en verlaten, dat is jammer. De bungalow zelf heeft ook enkele scheuren die keurig zijn weggewerkt ;-) Ook de kwaliteit van de spullen van de bungalow hebben hun langste tijd gehad (helaas denkt de eigenaar nog dat alles spiksplinternieuw is ;-(
Het strand is zo'n 3 minuten lopen, daar liggen is echter bijna niet mogelijk. Een paar minuten verder lopen is er een betere mogelijkheid. Of even de auto in stappen en naar een van de vele mooie stranden rijden! Iedere dag aan het eind van de ochtend kan er brood worden gekocht bij een bakkertje dat terrein bezoekt.
De bungalow is afgelegen. Dat is een kwaliteit, maar houd er rekening mee dat alles (restaurant, supermarkt, provinciale weg, etc.) minstens zo'n 10-15 minuten rijden is. Centrale ligging om stadjes en bezienswaardigheden te bezoeken.
Excellent apartment clean and equipped with everything you need, large living area and air conditioning. Only the microwave oven is missing. Beautiful large terrace with sea view. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to external stairs or too tall people in the attic 2 bedroom.
Ottimo appartamento pulito e attrezzato di tutto il necessario, ampia zona giorno e aria condizionata. Manca solo il forno a microonde. Bellissimo ampio terrazzo con vista mare.
Non adatto a persone con mobilità ridotta a causa delle scale esterne o a persone troppo alte nella 2 camera mansarda.
I stayed in the Sciacca holiday home for 20 days, I confirm the cleanliness of the house first, complete with all the necessary accessories, even an umbrella and small beach, comfortably equipped, silent, a wonderful panoramic view from our veranda overlooking the sea, very relaxing .... the hospitality of the owners, punctual in our every need, in short, excellent in every respect, I highly recommend it !!!!
Ho soggiornato nella casa vacanze di Sciacca per 20 giorni, confermo la pulizia innanzitutto della casa, completa di ogni accessorio necessario, persino ombrellone e spiaggine, comodamente attrezzata, silenziosa, una vista panoramica stupenda dalla nostra veranda sul mare, molto rilassante.... l'ospitalità dei proprietari, puntuali in ogni nostra esigenza, insomma eccellente sotto ogni aspetto, la consiglio vivamente!!!!
We spent a week in this apartment and we had a great time! The apartment is new, well maintained, clean, has a terrace that allows you to enjoy the outdoor space and the beautiful sea view. Excellent location, fine sandy beach within walking distance, beautiful sea with water to degrade ideal for families with small children. The apartment is located in an ideal position and allows easy access to various tourist destinations (Agrigento, Valle dei Templi, Selinunte ....). The owner is a really hospitable and helpful person. We will definitely be back.

L'appartamento è nuovo, ben curato, pulito, dispone di una terrazza che permette di godere dello spazio esterno e della splendida vista mare.
Dislocazione ottima, la spiaggia di sabbia fine raggiungibile a piedi, mare stupendo con acqua a degradare ideale per famiglie con bambini piccoli. L'appartamento si trova in una posizione ideale e permette di raggiungere facilmente diverse mete turistiche (Agrigento, Valle dei Templi, Selinunte….). La proprietaria è una persona davvero ospitale e disponibile.
Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Perfect place for a summer holiday with kids. Nino's house is steps away from a beautiful sandy beach that was uncrowded even at the height of summer vacation season. The house is spacious, clean, and comfortable, and Nino was very responsive to any questions or issues we had. Highly recommend!
