Very well equipped apartment in a prime location with a great view.
The apartment was clean (we only had to wash some dishes that were not perfectly cleaned in the dish washer). The landlord was extremely friendly and answered all inquiries immediately. We were very happy with this apartment.
My wife and I have stayed in many rented homes in France over 30 years. This property was exceptionally well appointed and completely lived up to its promises on the web site; views and equipment were excellent. It was modern and very tasteful. Communication with the owner in Paris for one piece of advice was executed in English with a perfect outcome.
It is very suitable for any one with mobility problems as on the ground floor there is a shower and toilet; but five steps from street level would make a wheelchair difficult.
It is windy but we expected that on the cliff. The wind was warm !!
All in all very worthwhile.
The house is near to the sea, near to restaurants, supermarket.. and to the cliffs of Etretat, thats great :-)
Its a small house, but you have everything you need.
We ( a family with 3 children ) had wonderful holidays and the contact to Mister Nowac was very nice too.

The apartment corresponded to our ideas and the advertisement. The landlord was very reliable and accommodating. We got the deposit back immediately. Etretat is a beautiful place. The house was in the middle of town, 2 minutes walk from the beach. There were a lot of tourists on the way every day, but we didn't notice anything in the area. There was a supermarket opposite. Where we had to get used to it was with parking. A paid parking lot was about 15 minutes walk away. A free parking lot about 25 minutes walk. But we got used to it. That wasn't a problem then. We'll definitely be back. Thanks to the landlord!
Die Wohnung entsprach unseren Vorstellung und der Anzeige. Der Vermieter war sehr zuverlässig und zuvorkommend. Die Kaution haben wir sofort zurück bekommen. Etretat ist ein wunderschöner Ort. Das Ferienhaus lag mitten im Ort, 2Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Touristen waren täglich sehr viele Unterwegs, aber wir haben in der Anlage davon nichts mitbekommen. Ein Supermarkt gab es gegenüber. Wo wir uns daran gewöhnen mussten, war das Parken. Ein kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz ca. 15 Gehminuten war entfernt. Ein Kostenfreier Parkplatz ca. 25.Gehminuten. Aber wir haben uns daran gewöhnt. Das war dann kein Problem. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Danke an den Vermieter!
The apartment is in a great location - the beach and supermarket can be reached in two minutes. The house itself is very charming. The apartment is comfortably furnished, so staying indoors a lot during a rainy day was not a problem. Everything you need is there. The landlord was always available and very friendly and the lady on site was very helpful and nice. We had a really great time in Etretat and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Die Ferienwohnung ist super gelegen - Strand und Supermarkt sind in zwei Minuten zu erreichen. Das Haus an sich ist sehr charmant. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, so dass es kein Problem war, sich während eines Regentages viel drinnen aufzuhalten. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Vermieter war stets erreichbar und sehr freundlich und die Dame vor Ort sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit in Etretat und haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung rundum genossen. Vielen Dank!

A well-equipped accommodation, on 2 levels, which combines the charm of the old with modern comfort, and above all a breathtaking view of the sea and the cliffs: a dream location! The whole city is accessible on foot (shopping, museums ..., the promenade on the beach in front of the house. 7 adults can stay there without any problem. (and we didn't use the sofa in the second living room). Only downside: the very random internet connection, the intermittent TV. Natalie is very available and answers the phone in any case. Un logement bien équipé, sur 2 niveaux, qui allie le charme de l'ancien au confort moderne, et surtout une vue époustouflante sur la mer et les falaises : un lieu de rêve ! Toute la ville est accessible à pied (courses, musées ..., la promenade sur la plage devant la maison.
7 personnes adultes peuvent y séjourner sans problème. (et nous n'avons pas utilisé le canapé du second salon). Seul bémol : la connexion internet très aléatoire, la TV intermittente.

Ideally located, pretty fisherman's house, comfortable and well equipped. Pleasant hosts, good contacts. Only downside, you have to anticipate parking.

The apartment corresponded perfectly to the description. It is located in the heart of the city center 5 mins walk from the beach of Etretat where there is a public car park (red zone) offering a weekly package (80?). The inner courtyard of this small house is very spacious and secure when you have young children. Very well equipped integrated kitchen, nothing is missing. Lounge area (sofa not convertible), sufficient for holidays. Spiral staircases leading to very spacious bedrooms. One located on the 1st floor with bathroom on the same landing then on the 2nd floor for the second semi-attic bedroom (2 single beds and small cocooning area). Comfortable bedding. Basic necessities provided for arrival. Tastefully decorated on the theme of the sea for the ground floor. Very clean accommodation. Very warm welcome from the host. Everything is done to have a very good stay.
L'appartement correspondait parfaitement au descriptif. Il est situé au coeur du centre ville à 5 mins à pied de la plage d'Etretat où se trouve un parking public (zone rouge) proposant un forfait à la semaine (80€). La cour intérieure de cette petite maison est très spacieuse et sécurisée lorsque l'on a des enfants en bas âge. Cuisine intégrée très bien équipée, il ne manque rien. Coin salon (canapé non convertible), suffisant pour les vacances. Escaliers en colimaçon menant à des chambres très spacieuses. L'une située au 1er étage avec SDB sur le même palier puis au 2ème étage pour la seconde chambre semi-mansardée (2 lits simples et petit coin cocooning). Literie confortable. Articles de première nécessité prévu pour l'arrivée. Décoré avec goût sur le thème de la mer pour le RDC. Logement très propre. Très bon accueil de l'hôte. Tout est fait pour passer un très bon séjour.
Maritime accommodation in maritime accommodation on the Alabaster Coast. Friendly . Personal reception with a gift from the host on the day of arrival. Except for a few things, we didn't miss anything in the apartment. Everything was neat and clean. There was no German television program, but we didn't miss it. Wlan was not available either, but the reception via mobile phone was enough. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed, otherwise we would have this paradise with side. Sea view chosen again for sure.

Persönlicher Empfang mit Gastgebergeschenk am Ankunftstag.Bis auf weniges hat es uns an nichts im Appartement gefehlt.Alles war ordentlich und sauber.Es gab kein Deutsches Fernsehprogramm ,was uns aber nicht gefehlt hat. Wlan war auch nicht vorhanden, aber der Empfang übers Handy hat gereicht.. Leider sind Hunde nicht erwünscht, sonst hätten wir dieses Paradies mit seitl. Meerblick sicher wieder gewählt.
We are delighted with our stay in Etretat in this typical fishermen's house, so well laid out, comfortable, carefully decorated and in which everything has been thought out for the happiness of the tenants.
In addition, it is located in a very quiet dead end, a few minutes from the city center, the beach and the cliffs. We were, from the morning, at the start of the coastal paths and could easily go and admire the sunset in the evening.
We also greatly appreciated the telephone contact with the owner and the warm welcome of her niece.
Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour à Etretat dans cette maison de pêcheurs typique, si bien agencée, confortable, décorée avec soin et dans laquelle tout a été pensé pour le bonheur des locataires.
De plus, elle est située dans une impasse très calme, à quelques minutes du centre ville, de la plage et des falaises. Nous étions, dès le matin, au départ des chemins littoraux et pouvions facilement le soir aller admirer le coucher de soleil.
Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le contact téléphonique avec la propriétaire et l'accueil chaleureux de sa nièce.
