A newly built house, complete with all the accessories including air conditioning and dishwasher, a terrace of over 30 square meters with panoramic views over the ion, the owner of the Mr. Giuseppe very friendly and polite, lives on site and always available for helpful advice. I recommend this home to all vacationers.
Una casa di nuova costruzione, completa di tutti gli accessori compreso di climatizzatore e lavastoviglie, un terrazzo di oltre 30 mq con vista panoramica sullo ionio, il proprietario il sig. Giuseppe molto cordiale e gentile,abita sul posto e sempre disponibile per consigli utili.

The house is exactly like the photo / description. It's super-equipped, comfortable, safe. It has stunning sea views. Is isolated but close to the houses. Walking access to the beach is not easy. The owner is present and always very helpful and cute (it provides vegetable and fruit of her very very good vegetable). Really very nice and relaxing.
La casa è esattamente come da foto/descrizione. e' super accessoriata, comoda, sicura. Ha una vista mozzafiato sul mare. e' isolata ma vicino alle case. A piedi l'accesso alla spiaggia non è agevole. il proprietario è presente e sempre molto disponibile e carino (fornisce verdura e frutta del suo orto molto molto buona). Veramente molto bello e rilassante.
The house is brand new and also the furniture and there is a terrace with sea view where we always had breakfast, lunch and dinner! Mr. Joseph is also very friendly
La casa è nuovissima e anche l'arredamento e c'è un terrazzo con vista mare dove abbiamo sempre fatto colazione, pranzato e cenato!!!
