Located in a quiet area of Torre Lapillo but not far from the center, reachable even with bicycles provided by the hotel, and at the same time close to the state road that leads to the most beautiful beaches in the area. The house corresponds to the description (very pretty and with all the essential to spend a great holiday. The owner Domenico made us feel like at our home, welcoming us with fruit. Very discreet and helpful. The location of the house allows you to reach other fantastic beaches in few km. I highly recommend.

Stayed for a week, new apartments, functional and very well maintained. Also the very nice and well-stocked public areas that make the night a corner of peace and relaxation, all surrounded by a high masonry bush and cameras that help increase privacy and sense of security. Value added certainly to the owners, exquisite people and available to every request as well as often present inside the residence. If our vacation was more than pleasant we must surely have them and the facility itself.
Soggiornato per una settimana, appartamenti nuovi, funzionali e molto curati.
Anche le aree comuni molto belle e comprese di tutti i comfort che rendono la sera una angolo di pace e relax, il tutto contornato da un alta recinzione in muratura e di telecamere che aiutano ad aumentare privacy e senso di sicurezza.
Valore aggiunto sicuramente i titolari, persone squisite e disponibili ad ogni richiesta oltre che spesso presenti all'interno del residence.
Se la nostra vacanza è stata più che piacevole lo dobbiamo sicuramente anche a loro ed alla struttura stessa.
The apartment corresponds to the description and the images on the site. Very clean structure with convenient parking outside of the building. Locators are always available for any request for help or advice on places to visit. It is 2km far from the sea, but it is a completely flat road and therefore the beaches are easily accessible both on foot and by bicycle (the structure offers some that can be used free of charge). I would go back!
L'appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione e alle immagini presenti sul sito. Struttura molto pulita con comoda possibilità di parcheggio esterno all'edificio. I locatori sono sempre disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta di aiuto o consiglio sui luoghi da visitare. Si trova a 2km dal mare, ma si tratta di una strada completamente pianeggiante e quindi le spiagge sono facilmente raggiungibili sia a piedi che in bicicletta (la struttura ne offre alcune che si possono utilizzare gratuitamente). Ci ritornerei al volo!

I stayed in the residence of Mr Fernando with my husband and two children aged 4 and 1 and a half year 13 to 27 August 2016. We really enjoyed our time. Excellent position. nice apartment, new and clean. Owners friendly welcoming and always available. I highly recommend it .... and I do not exclude to come back next year.

Casa spaziosa con ampio giardino, per poter cenare fuori la sera. Casa pulita ed in ordine, a ca. 80 m dal mare. Spiaggetta di fronte e piccole scogliere ai lati. Vicina anche al paese Torre Lapillo per effettuare piccole compere. Mare pulito e cristallino. Esperienza sicuramente positiva.

Apartments small but delicious, there's everything you need for every need, and above all extremely clean. The owners are always available and very reserved and polite, the garden is cozy with hammocks, sofas and tables for outdoor dining, also is completely fenced. The sea is beautiful. For adults it is reached by bicycle, for small children it is advisable to take the car for traffic problems .. We were with children (4-6 years) and loved it all. I strongly suggest this especially to young couples looking for relaxation and a strategic starting point for visiting the wonderful Apulia. Appartamenti piccoli ma deliziosi, c'è tutto l'occorrente per ogni esigenza, e soprattutto estremamente puliti. I proprietari sono sempre disponibili e molto riservati ed educati, il giardino è accogliente con amache, divanetti e tavolini per cenare all'aperto, inoltre è completamente recintato. Il mare è stupendo. Per gli adulti è raggiungibile anche in bicicletta, per i bambini piccoli è consigliabile prendere l'auto per problemi di traffico..
Noi siamo stati con i bimbi (4-6 anni) ed è piaciuto tantissimo a tutti. Consiglio caldamente questa struttura soprattutto a giovani coppie che cercano relax e un punto di partenza strategico per visitare la meravigliosa Puglia. Grazie ad Anna, Fernando e il figlio Stefano per l'accoglienza!
