The owner of the house is very friendly, he gave us a warm welcome and immediately made us feel at ease. The house is very comfortable, bright, nothing is missing either inside or outside. The furnishings and appliances are top notch, the garden is superbly landscaped. The terrace offers a magnificent open view; sunrise over the sea is a moment of pure happiness! We really enjoyed our stay in this rental and will be delighted to come back.
Le propriétaire de la maison est très sympathique, il nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et nous a mis de suite à l'aise. La maison est très confortable, lumineuse, il ne manque rien ni à l'intérieur, ni à l'extérieur. L'ameublement et l'électro-ménager sont au top, le jardin est superbement aménagé. La terrasse offre une vue dégagée magnifique ; le lever du soleil sur la mer est un moment de pur bonheur ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le séjour dans cette location et serons ravis d'y revenir.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, la location comporte des prestations même supérieures au descriptif, la vue est magnifique. The accommodation was very nice and quiet. We were there with 4 people for 10 days and bathed in the sea every day. The pools that you can use are also very nice. Everything is available in the house and the small pool in the garden invites you to cool off for a moment. Jo and Ella are lovely and friendly landlords and are happy to help with any questions or problems. We can highly recommend the accommodation.
Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Wir waren 10 Tage mit 4 Personen dort und haben jeden Tag im Meer gebadet. Auch die Pools ,die man mitbenutzen kann sind sehr schön.
Im Haus ist alles vorhanden und der kleine Pool im Garten lädt ein um sich kurz mal abzukühlen.
Jo und Ella sind ganz reizende und freundliche Vermieter und helfen bei Fragen oder Problemen gerne weiter. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.
Apartment conforms to the photos of the announcement. Very clean. Nothing was missing (household appliances, crockery, cleaning accessories). Very nice view of the bay of Ste Maxime. Very friendly welcome by the person responsible for handing over the keys and the inventory. Small improvement suggested: put some self-adhesive dots on the large bay window, indicating in a conspicuous way that the latter is closed. Also note that access to the apartment from the parking lot is a little difficult if the tenant is a little old, (41 steps in total, in several steps, separated by fairly steep paved passages, but nevertheless practical with a wheeled suitcase). Very attentive owner, with sending of plan, photos and who answers any request for information.
Appartement conforme aux photos de l'annonce. Très propre. Rien n'y manquait (électro-ménager, vaisselle, accessoires d'entretien). Très belle vue sur la baie de Ste Maxime. Accueil très sympathique par la personne chargée de la remise des clés et de l'état des lieux.
Petite amélioration suggérée : mettre quelques pastilles auto-collantes sur la grande baie vitrée, indiquant de façon voyante que cette dernière est fermée.
Signaler aussi que l'accès à l'appartement depuis le parking en hauteur est un peu difficile si le locataire est un peu âgé, (41 marches au total, en plusieurs fois, séparées par des passages bitumés assez pentus, mais néanmoins pratiques avec une valise à roulettes).

Hello, we spent 2 weeks in August 2020, the site is great (calm and clean), the apartment is well equipped (including a comfortable mattress :) The highlight is the magnificent view over the bay of St Tropez (perfect to start your day!) Water park not far away, amusement park also (by car) In my opinion, the only condition for a successful stay is to be transported (even if the beach is not far, the slope is quite steep, especially if you have small children. The residence is closed at night which gives a feeling of security, the swimming pool is also pleasant The owner Mr. Vahid is very responsive and available.

nous avons passé 2 semaines en Août 2020, le site est formidable (calme et propreté) , l’appart est bien équipé (notamment un matelas confortable :)
Le point fort est la vue magnifique sur la baie de st Tropez ( parfait pour commencer sa journée!)
Parc aquatique pas loin, parc d'attraction également (en voiture)
La seul condition à mon sens pour un séjour réussi c’est d'être véhiculé (même si la plage n’est pas loin, la pente est assez rude notamment si on a des enfants en bas âge
La résidence est fermée le soir ce qui procure un sentiment de sécurité, la piscine est également agréable
Le propriétaire M. Vahid est très réactif et disponible.
