Apartment of 43 m2 adjoining owner's house, with independent entrance, landscaped and fenced, parking, overlooking the garden.

3.5 km from the sea, 300 meters from the forest and bike trails and near the marsh.

MAIN ROOM: Sofa, kitchenette, 4-burner gas hob, fridge, mini-oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kitchen utensils, iron and ironing board, table and chairs (5), DTTV, FM radio , DVD player, wifi.
BEDROOM: room of 20 m2 upstairs with 2 double beds of 140, possibility of an extra bed of 90 for children.
BATHROOM: shower, sink, furniture, separate toilet.
TERRACE: Garden furniture (table, chairs, parasol).
