We stayed a week in this house, very kind and helpful owners, the house is practically new, very quiet location and still close to Rio Marina, I definitely recommend it for those who want to experience a relaxing holiday.
Siamo stati una settimana in questa casa, proprietari molto gentili e disponibili, la casa è praticamente nuova, posizione molto tranquilla e comunque vicina a Rio Marina, la raccomando sicuramente per chi vuole vivere una vacanza in relax.

We had already stayed in this beautiful house a few years ago, we returned and we plan to return again. The house is very nice, very clean, well stocked with new and functional equipment. There is everything and more. The view is fantastic, and those who love walking can follow the various paths and reach enchanting and uncrowded beaches. The owners are exquisite and discreet people, they allowed us to collect figs and lemons and thanks to Mr. Odoardo we were also able to appreciate the prickly pears (already cleaned) several times during our stay. Great stay, highly recommended.
Avevamo già soggiornato in questa bellissima villetta qualche anno addietro, ci siamo ritornati e pensiamo di ritornarci nuovamente. La casa è molto carina, molto pulita, fornitissima di attrezzature nuove e funzionali. C'è di tutto e di più.
Il panorama è fantastico, e chi ama camminare può percorrere i vari sentieri e raggiungere spiagge incantevoli e poco affollate.
I proprietari sono persone squisite e discrete, ci hanno permesso di raccogliere i fichi ed i limoni e grazie al signor Odoardo abbiamo anche potuto apprezzare i fichi d'india (già puliti) più volte, durante il nostro soggiorno.
Ottimo soggiorno, consigliatissimo.
The "Ninetta" holiday home is located in a beautiful place with a clear view of the sea. It is well equipped and gives ample space for two people. both inside and outside. At the center of Rio Marina you can arrive on foot within 15/20 minutes. We can highly recommend this beautiful accommodation.
La casa vacanze „Ninetta“ è situata in un posto splendido con vista libera sul mare. È ben attrezzata e dà vasto spazio per due persone. sia all‘interna che all‘esterno. Al centro di Rio Marina si arriva a piedi entro 15/20 minuti.
Possiamo vivamente raccomandare questo bell‘alloggio.
The house perfectly matches the pictures. The view on the sea is amazing: boats, view on the rocks, the coast of Italy .. all can be enjoyed from one of the many chairs in the garden. The interior is new and clean. The two bathrooms very comfortable for our family of five. The walk to Rio de Marina is just about 10 minutes and 6/7 minutes to the nearest (rocky) beach. The outdoor shower is really handy after a dip in the sea. The surroundings are quite (but not isolated). Car parking is provided 50 meters from the house. The only comment would be 30 steps to get to the house. Also a bit more shade in the early morning would be useful when we visited during the hottest week of the year.
This is the nicest house we interest in Italy in the past decade. We will come again.

We stayed at this beautiful chalet with breathtaking views. The house is very welcoming, clean and well-equipped (I emphasize very clean and well equipped) of new and functional equipment, with also the dishwasher and washing machine. The owners are exquisitely kind, they allowed us to pick up their tomatoes and figs. We will definitely stay at this cozy chalet.
Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bellissima villetta con panorama mozzafiato. La casa è molto accogliente, pulitissima e ben dotata (sottolineo pulitissima e ben dotata) di attrezzature nuove e funzionali, con a disposizione anche la lavastoviglie e la lavatrice. I proprietari sono squisitamente gentili, ci hanno permesso di raccogliere i pomodori del loro orto ed i fichi. Sicuramente ritorneremo a soggiornare in questa accogliente villetta.

The swimming pool is fantastic! There are plenty of seats.
The location of the apartment is perfect. You can walk to the shops and the seafront promenade.
Unfortunately it is not possible to park the car at the apartment. Parking is available at a public car park a little further. This is free of charge.
The property is excellent value for money. It has a wonderful private swimming pool on the roof and a spacious apartment the floor below.
The two double bedrooms were both good size and there is a shared shower room. There is also a nice balcony area for BBQs.
The landlord was pleasant and attentive.
It is at the top of a residential block but close to Porto Azzurro's many restaurants and bars. It is also close to a beach but there are nicer beaches on the island. I'd recommend anyone staying here to take a car so they can explore the rest of this beautiful island.
I'd go back here in a heartbeat.
It is the fifth time we have returned to the island of Elba, so we know the place and love it. But I must say that we leave this year with particular nostalgia. Mrs. Daniela and her entire family were always available and hospitable, but never intrusive or out of place. I found the location more beautiful than I expected, immersed in a corner of uncontaminated greenery, in contact with nature and the animals that my 4-year-old daughter and I adore. My dog Fiona was welcomed as a member of the family and she too was free to live peacefully and freely for 10 days. I am almost certain that we will return with joy next year.
È la quinta volta che torniamo all isola d'Elba, quindi conosciamo il posto e lo amiamo. Ma devo dire che quest anno lo lasciamo con particolare nostalgia. La signora Daniela e tutta la sua famiglia sono stati sempre disponibili e ospitali, ma mai invadenti o fuori luogo. La location l ho trovata più bella di quello che mi aspettavo, immersa in un angolo di verde incontaminato, a contatto con la natura e gli animali che io e mia figlia di 4 anni adoriamo. La mia cagnolina Fiona è stata accolta come un membro della famiglia e anche lei è stata per 10 gg libera di vivere serena e in libertà.
Sono quasi certa che l anno prossimo torneremo con gioia.

I stayed in Piombino with my family. I must say that our experience has been more than positive, both for the place and for the apartment. Close to all the necessary services or in any case reachable in a short time. Mr. Luca very kind and helpful: he showed us the city and recommended where to go to visit the surroundings and reach the most beautiful beaches. We will be back...
Ho soggiornato a Piombino con la mia famiglia. Devo dire che la nostra esperienza è stata più che positiva, sia per il luogo sia per l' appartamento.
Vicino a tutti i servizi necessari o comunque raggiungibili in poco tempo.
Il Sig. Luca gentilissimo e disponibile : ci ha illustrato la città e consigliato dive poter andare per visitare i dintorni e raggiungere le spiagge più belle.

Super welcome from the person in charge of cleaning and reception, the accommodation conforms to the description, it is in a small street with no vehicle traffic which makes it pleasant. Please note that the parking spaces nearby are few (not there are any!) and difficult to access for large vehicles and for those who are not used to it. On the accommodation, one element could easily be improved: there is no microwave oven, I think that would be a plus. The people of the village are very welcoming, we had a great stay there! THANKS !
Super accueil de la personne en charge du ménage et de l'accueil, le logement est conforme à la description, il est dans une petite rue sans circulation de véhicule ce qui le rend agréable. Attention les places de stationnement à proximité sont peu nombreuses ( pas il y en a !) et difficile d'accès pour les gros véhicules et pour ceux qui n'ont pas l'habitude. Sur le logement, un élément pourrait être amélioré facilement : il n'y a pas de four micro-ondes, je pense que ça serait un plus. Les personnes du village sont très accueillantes, nous y avons passé un super séjour ! Merci !
